I booked insurance through booking.At pick up the car company asked me to put a deposit off 1300 EUR for internal use in Bulgaria because the insurance is with booking. This amount is outrageously high. For Bulgaria I pay usually a deposit of 200 EUR.In order to avoid the blocking of 1300 EUR for a long time I took insurance with the car company.I called immediately Booking. It was less than 12 h since the reservation and less than 30 min after the pick up.They refused to return the amount of the insurance.That is why I am not going to use their services any more.
