Is bonprix.nl Legit?

Bonprix requires you to sign in with your username, password & POSTCODE as a minimum. I cannot remember which postcode I used when I signed in the first time. I tried looking for all my emails, trying all postcodes in the past and spoke to customer services and they say without the postcode they cannot help! Never heard of any account that requires you a postcode in order to sign in. Something very fishy. This way I cannot close my account ever, or change my password. Very useful for the company to inflate customer numbers? Valuation? Selling more numbers of customer info than exisisting ?

Been using this site, I like the quality clothes sometimes but I bought a jacket and the jacket keeps getting stuck between the zipper. Also another problem , why I'm I paying for administration cost? Which is different from the shipping cost. Not reasonable, do better otherwise everybody going to turn to the Chinese .

Good quality products for fine prices and the delivery is with 5 days but they charge sending fee for whatever amount you spend.

All good, till now! Ordered many things, kept some, returned others... Refund system is working good and customer's service works very fast (whatssap).

I have bought from Bonprix numerous times. However, they charge £4.49 for delivery which compared to other online clothes shops is high. However, despite paying such a high delivery price, I will not get the goods for 5 days. Many other shops, charging a high delivery price like this, are usually next day. I consider this an extortionate price for a poor service!

I general happy with the products. Although it was myself to blame to order on an incorrect address, it´s impossible to change to the correct address after several phone calls and emails.

I bought two PLISSEGORDIJN WIT and the delivery information is totally wrong. I sent a message on WhatsApp and they said that for this kind of item the delivery is 15 days. But in the website is explicitly saying 72h.Totally misleading information making the users to buy. I asked my refund and they refused.

The worst experience, services, products and company ever. I bought a swimwear and came to me without the protection or any product label. I consider that is not new, so it should not be sell. I want to return it, but the money for transport will not be returned. This article seems to be used by another person!! I do not recommend!

The worst customer service /webshop i have ever seen.very long delivery service and it's worse if you return an item or want to change it ,it takes a life time.i am still waiting for a refund that never showed on my bank account,even if they confirmed the receit of the product i sent back.when i sent an email asking about my money they said i have it on my bonprix account and it will take days to have it on my bank ,i want refund on my bank account.i always get dissapointed with them.I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.

If there was a possibility to put 0, i would definitely do that!! Horrible company, we ordered 10 curtains, they brought 9 only. We called again, they brought the last one that was different size from what we asked. We again called and they said they didnt have the product anymore and advised to send all back. We called again to order a different product, they said they will do it, keep the amount that was paid, pay the difference and get a discount for over 2 weeks of hassle. Nothing happened. We called again, they said we have to wait again. Nobody knows what they are doing, horrible horrible company. Till date nothing has changed and its more than 3 weeks we should have had the product. We didnt receive money back and we have no product. Never buy here.

Catastrophe.... if i can ..I give you " Zero" 🌟. I can not understand... when I order a size, a good size for me , why you send me another size? Why? What you think? Maybe is ok... maybe not... You really don't care? From 7 articles ordered, 5 i have to send back... what wrong with your people? Have nothing serious in? Never again, never back again...incredible. I deleted your App I deleted everything about this site... pfff are more serious the site from China?

So,i bought a parka a few weeks ago.It was described as very thick and suitable for winter and let me tell you it was far from that.And besides that IT CAME WITH RIPPED POKETS.I have no idea what happend but the pockets were ripped at the seams.I called the operators from BonPrix Romania and i was told to return it and i will get the money back in 14 days.I don't know what happend but i put the parka in the original box and left it at the post oficce on 29.11.2022.Its now 14.12.2022 and i have't received my money.I kept emailing the operators who said they received the package but they have to send it to Germany to check it and then they decide if they will send my money back.I am sure on the way to Germany something will happen and i will be left without my money.I don't blame the operators they were nice but this entire process takes too long.

Sending a bill with fines for late payments whilst everything was sent back and there is nothing left to pay for.

I love bonprix, everything I purchase is excellent quality and I enjoy all the different designs. Plus I am a larger lady and they have the sizes in everything which makes it nice to be able to purchase ALL the different styles. Its always a great experience with value for the euro.

Good customer service, less than one minute waiting time even during this busy period when everyone is ordering online. I called in to replace some curtains that I purchased. The lady at the call center was nice and even tried to talk English with me since my Dutch is not so great. Thank you for the great service, that is why we always come back.

Fast delivery, good clothes, accurate size charts. Not really user-friendly app: hard to find the bill, all the time need to enter your details, though you entered them once and saved the password. From time to time the page with orders history is not loading (for example, I wanted to re-order sweaters that I bought in different colours or jeans with good fit, but couldn't find it anymore). Overall good experience.

One of my favourite website to order stuff from :) I was super surprised to read that some people had rather terrible experiences?! Hope it was resolved quickly! These Corona times are difficult.. I order at bonprix mainly for pregnancy clothes so my review is based on my experiences in that area. Generally I am very happy with bonprix, the price-quality ratio is quite alright. Still, there have been a few disappointments in that area. I ordered for example a jumper, a jacket and a dress, all priced on the higher end. Upon arrival I noticed at once the poor quality (cheap looking and feeling fabrics, bad fitting) it was far from what I expected. Very unfortunate.

I really love the dress. Super nice and I totally recommend.Only one thing I must say the delivery is expansive and also to return back the item is also expansive. At least one of them should be free. That's the reason I didn't order a lot from bonprix.Best regards

Fine staff, very friendly and knowledgeable,sometimes you get great deals and sometimes your size is sold out very fast.The articles are very good quality and some clothing is difficult to get on.Well packaged and quick delivery.
