Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

I’ve booked once with them in Glasgow and was a great experience, last week booked again in Edinburgh and another great experience. Big thanks to Fan for making all the arrangements, I’ll come back for sure . Best wishes.
Very kind and fast comunication, we always had a perfect service. The appartment is nice and in a gorgeous position near the castle. We stayed there for the second time. We will go with this host the next time again .
This was a great flat for a family trip (two adults and two children in their early 20s) to Edinburgh. The flat is centrally located, being only a few minutes’ walk from virtually all the major tourist sites: the Castle, the Royal Mile, Calton Hill, Princes Street Gardens, Dean Village, and the Royal Botanic Garden. There are many, many excellent restaurants and bars close to the flat. There is also a Sainsbury’s grocery store nearby, and other shops - pharmacies and bookstores - close as well (on Princes Street). The hosts were excellent. They were always very prompt, and clear, when responding to our emails, and shared clear information about check-in, etc. The flat was spotless upon our arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The bar below the flat was never a problem. It can barely, if at all, be heard from the bedrooms, and, in any case, closes at 11 p.m. We never had any problem falling asleep. We recommend this flat, and would stay there again.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the apartment we stayed in from Bonjour Residences! The apartment was in a convenient location in Holyrood with with walking access to most anywhere to the rest of downtown Edinburgh! From the time of booking, our host's communication was excellent. They sent multiple confirmations and had all of the check-in and checkout information emailed to me ahead of time. The host's were extremely accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Thank you so much, we can't wait to stay again!
Location.. Location..location The place is very specious and modern design and very clean.. also it’s exactly in the Victoria street. The host is very responsive and helpful. Just one note to remember, the free parking is so narrow and it does not have a CCTV inside only in the entrance they do as someone broke our car mirror so we could not find who did it.
The apartment was as described and completely met our needs. Communication was efficient and joining instructions were easy to follow. The location is perfect for a visit to this beautiful city. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed.
The location is excellent near the city center! The rooms are all very spacious and clean! Everything was very tidy and communication was excellent and quick! The place is easy to find and easy to get in. It basically has everything that you would need for a short or a longer stay!
Excellent location, so close to the castle, restaurants and pubs. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but the beds were comfy and all the amenities we needed and a coffee machine. We were grateful they had some of the necessities available and the showers worked fine albeit a bit more pressure would have been welcomed. The service from the owners was amazing, answered any and all questions I had quickly and comprehensively. I think the apartment does need a few slight repairs but it is honestly the perfect apartment for a city break with friends. We will likely book again with a large group. Thank you
Anver`s Suite was clean, quiet and located in the heart of Stockbridge. CheckIn/Out was unproblematic and communication with Piotr was quick and helpful! Our stay here was essential to our overall wonderful experience in Edinburgh, would definitely book with them again.
Stayed at Comely Bank property and very satisfactory. Plants inside are a big plus to me. Check-in and Check-out are smooth.

Do not book here or any of the properties owned by bonjour residence. Cancelled us 2 days before our trip even though we paid 9 months beforeOffered us different accommodation but turned out the original property was actually being used and there was no maintance The refund of the difference took 29 days and chasing! Absolute shambles! Clearly when the rugby is on they want who pays the most yet we paid just under 1700 pound!
They accepted the deposit months ago but this stood for nothing today when the owner cancelled either to take a long let or because his property wasn’t ready. Airbnb weren’t sure which. I’m just annoyed that paying the deposit doesn’t actually give you any security. Airbnb told me I still had 2 months to re plan but the truth is all the affordable properties are now booked for august bank holiday. What a PITA! Do not trust this company if you don’t want to be left with nowhere to stay.
Cancelled our booking with 3 days notice, never mind that it was booked nearly a year ago. Strong suspicion that they bumped us for another booking. They did provide an alternative which didn't have enough beds for our party, thanks. The lucky few who had beds found most of them uncomfortable and the unlucky ones on the sofa just had stained duvets without covers on for bedding. Not a towel to be seen anywhere, bathrooms in need of a clean let alone a refurb. Boiler wasn't working and nobody answered the phone all weekend. All in all, extremely poor and would advise avoiding. They are charging strong money for a terrible product and woeful customer service.
Do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures. While the apartment is tastefully decorated and in a great location, the rest falls far below the standard of a luxury apartment. The entrance to our apartment was behind full garbage bins, the stairway dirty and smelly. There were many things needing repair in the apartment. We were told a repairman would come but it never happened. Overall far below the standard of luxury and for the price that we paid for the stay
Stopped having anything to do with the company in May it is now Sept and still receiving calls from guests and getting Fed up. Advised the company but no response and they have don't nothing about it. Guests are not impressed when they are told the company is using my number without my consent
This is the first place I have ever wrote an official complaint letter to after staying at one of their apartments. Our weekend in Edinburgh was completely ruined by being mis sold unrepresentative accommodation. Avoid like the plague and do not book with this company. There were decomposing mice in the kitchen, urine and blood stained linens, a broken, unusable toilet, a broken fire alarm, a blind that we had to close with a picture hook, mouldy bathrooms, no wifi, sticky dirty floors, hair and dirt clogged bathrooms, severe dust that made me ill, incorrectly fitted bathrooms causing the bathrooms to flood. The worst thing is that when we fed this back we were met with uncaring, arrogant and rude owners who couldn’t care less about their customers. Do not book with this company. Their apartments are horrendous and companies like this should not be allowed to trade.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY: Paid a considerable amount of money in advance in September 2022 for what looked like ideal accommodation in Edinburgh for the Fringe August 2023. Checked 6 weeks out to make sure all was OK, yes it was apparently, two weeks before arrival however was told the accommodation no longer available and was offered worse accommodation in worse area for same money. Cancelled and requested refund, they did not refund as requested but fortunately my credit card company stepped in and they took care of it. I did end up having to pay £2,000 for last minute accommodation elsewhere.
Good experience
We stayed in Infirmary street in Edinburgh flat 3. We had quite a few issues while we were there. There was no smoke alarm at the property I rang bonjour and they told me there was! They did eventually send someone out the following evening who installed a battery smoke alarm, and when we arrived back at the apartment at about 8pm our keys were not in the key box so I had to ring Bonjour again and wait outside in the cold for about 20mins for the man to bring them back! Surely holiday let properties have to meet basic legal safety standards before paying customers enter a property?? Sunday then was a new issue the electric kept going off for about 15mins at a time so we couldn’t use any facilities at all, nothing had tripped so I rang bonjour again they apparently sent someone out again. An alarm kept going off on the smart meter it was ridiculous we were there for 3 nights and the issues we had put a massive dampener on our weekend. I can’t believe holiday properties can be advertised that are not up to legal requirements this is peoples lives and something I find VERY concerning, The whole apartment was run down the one bed wasn’t fit for purpose it was broken and very uncomfortable for my 70 year old dad and stepmother. The other bedroom the shutters didn’t meet when closed so the light comes flooding in. I would definitely not recommend or go back to this property and would probably not use bonjour again if this is their acceptable standard. With regards to your reply I reported everything to you as soon as it happened the only thing I didn’t report was the bed and shutters, the shutters look like they were knocked up with scrap MDF! I really can’t imagine you would have sorted that out in the 3 days we were there it took long enough to get a smoke alarm put up! I wasted enough of my 3 days there trying to sort out the issues.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
