I purchased a tv 3 weeks ago. The company sent an confirmation of order detail and tracking number plus estimated time of arrival. The post office also sent a tracking once the item was scanned in, However, now there is investigation being done due to the package now missing. The USPS believes I was scammed. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I order a $79.99 WORX 8 in 1 garden wheel barrow. It’s been one month since I placed my order, and I’ve not heard a word from Bolookstv since they confirmed my order by email. I have emailed them for an update, and called countless times. The phone is busy all the time, and no one responds to emails. I called my credit card company and reported them. I opened a dispute and I’ll be reimbursed but I want to do more to make sure no one else gets duped by these dishonest people. On my credit card statement, they are listed as MOUIAN, not Bolookstv. Someone in China is having a good laugh. I, like others complaining about them, received a stupid little baby tshirt about a week ago. I never connected it to this website, but now I am thinking it might be them. I wish I had read this before I placed that order, caveat emptor!!!!!

Do not order from this site. I ordered a Bluetooth brake adapter and paid 75.00 and after a month I received a shower cap. They claimed it was a mistake. They “ reordered “ and claimed a month later it was lost by the PO. Once again via email asked me if they could reorder. Yeap scam. You’ll wait months after months
i paid 79.99 for a generac gas powered weed trimmer. after several weeks i got an oven mitt in the mail from china. when i emailed them they said my item was a hot sale so they decided i could trim my yard with an oven mitt. it has been 4 weeks since they said they re-shipped the trimmer. this site is definitely a FRAUDULANT SCAMMING outfit. they will not refund my money since they say my item is on the way.
I ordered a jewelry bench in May 2022, I waited 5 weeks and received a shower cap. They said they were very busy and it was a mistake, they will resend order. June 2022 after waiting 5 weeks, order made it to Nevada but it was then lost, they are sorry and will reship the order. End of June 2022 after 5 more weeks order made it to Las Vegas but unable to deliver because there was no actual address at the delivery site. Asked me if they can reship order I asked for refund and you guessed it no such luck . This is nothing more than a scam company . I have learned a lesson don't deal with a Chinese over seas company to try and save money, you will lose time and money.

I ordered a toolbox online for $55 but never received a confirmation but my credit card was charged immediately. I emailed the company and they said wait 3 days.....so I decided to check the reviews - too late! There were many people reporting SCAMS such as getting nothing OR a 25 cent items instead of what they ordered. I reported to my credit card and they issued a temp credit (I also closed the credit card). Bolooktv then contacted me by email to say they were not a scam and I should retract my complaint! They gave me a tracking number which I could not find anywhere - however on 8/11 I received a 15 cent towel from China instead of the $55 toolbox. I believe they ship a cheap item so if you do a track on your order you see something was shipped to give them enough time to sell your info without you suspecting. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

I ordered the Blackstone bbq. Tracking said it was delivered - it wasn't. But now that I think about it a cooling neck towel did show up at the house that was not ordered. I complained and got another bbq on its way. Tracking said second bbq was "undeliverable". Third try tracking said it was "lost". And the 4th try was "undeliverable" again due to no recipient at location - I was at home at said time. Shipping company has to be part of the scam. Do not buy anything from this website.
do not buy from this scam! I ordered an outdoor oven door . Not received but tracking said it was delivered, NOT. Manage to contact with email so they supposedly were to send another item which I did not receive. I managed to contact them again and they were going to send a partial refund .
