It was just by chance we came across this company which was our good fortune. We found the offie staff very helpful and efficient. On the day of removal they arrived punctually. They packed our furniture to very high standard and the whole process of the removal was done with a minimum of fuss. Our furniture and packed boxes arrived in Italy on the day and time we agreed and was transferred to our property with the same efficiency as the UK operation .

Professional but still very friendly and ready to go the extra mile every step of the way!Couldn’t choose a better company!

Had an amazing experience with Bolliger. Efficient, fast and professional. Got everything collected from my flat in the UK in no time and sent to Italy in less than 2 weeks, all perfectly wrapped. All the items were in immaculate conditions, no marks or scratches. Very happy with the overall service, from the early beginning and booking to the end of the process. Would highly recommend.

We moved our furniture and belongings from London, UK, to Milan, Italy, and the service provided was nothing short of outstanding. The support from the office was comprehensive, prompt, and clear. They used all-new, high-quality materials to wrap every piece, ensuring that nothing could be damaged.While the Milan team was unwrapping the items, I noticed they carefully collected all the plastic materials. When I asked about it, they explained that they recycle it, which I love since I am environmentally conscious. This is something Bolliger should promote more.In the end, I felt they delivered exactly what they promised through their social media presence—if not more. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this company enough , I entrusted them with my mums precious antique furniture to be transported from Milan to London . Nothing was too much trouble, every question answered promptly and professionally. They made us feel like we were more than just customers. Everyone from the personnel on the phone in London to the packers in Milan and the unpackers delivering in London went out of their way to do an amazing job! I used this amazing company to move back to Venice in July 2023.From the beginning to the end customer service was extremely helpful.The people that came to my home to do the packing were absolutely fantastic!!!!!So professional, respectful towards my things, my mother and I.Peter, the “Big Boss” is an amazing person and so funny, too.He wrapped up all my precious things amazingly.There were other two men that were fantastic, too.When all my things arrived in Venice, on the hottest day ever, 39 degrees, everything went smoothly, too. NOTHING ARRIVED BROKEN!!!!!!To round things up if you want a stress free move you have to call Bolliger!

On the plus side, the pick up and delivery went well. Everything in time and comunication was clear and easy. On the bad side 50% of my boxes were soaking wet or damaged. The boxes were clearly handled amd stored unproperly, leading in minors damage of my items. (Mostly wet clothes, stains on them due to the water, some kitchen stuff damaged). I am quite unhappy with the service, and I hope I was the exception.

Bolliger was extremely efficient in removing my boxes from the London address and delivering them to the Rome address. All my things arrived on time. The whole process was door to door and stress-free! Staff is also both Italian and English which helps. Would highly recommend for any kind of international move.

Really well planned and assistance was great in every moment. Good way of packaging and everything went well, except for the final delivery, our customer was a bit disappointed because the Courier arrived and left quickly the pallet and run away, without checking anything or giving any help . We know is not included but is important also the mood and the appearance given. Thanks a lot any way, apart from this, all went well.

Quality LastsMy family had utilised Bolliger to move to New Zealand when I was 12 many years ago. I was happy to find they were still going strong and decided to use them for my own mov back to Italy from London.They were attentive, responsive, and accommodating. The moving crew themselves were careful, professional and thorough.When the pallet arrived I could see how carefully everything had been fitted together for maximum safety and protection of my items.My only gripe was with the way the insurance system works, though I do not know if this is a company specific problem or how moving companies operate.

Really good experience.It's an unusual format for a removal, but if it "works" for you, I highly recommend.Communication has been good, dealing with the internal team in the UK has been great, same as for the delivery outsourced team in Italy. As long as you fully understand the service they provide (pallets will be delivered downstairs at your final destination, and no help will be provided to take things up), I highly recommend.In terms of costs, compared to other companies (which would also take your belongings up to your flat) it's half price or less.

Peter and Alvaro yesterday morning packed up all my stuff in no time despite me being disorganised and scatty. Both of them very friendly. I just have to wait now for my pallet to be delivered to Sardinia but I do trust the whole process. Highly recommend them.

The correct value for your money. Even though below a certain amount of shipped goods the rate is flat (and not necessarily cheap), the excellent customer service and effortless process make it worth every penny. Horrible in every way. Starting that I had to chase them to hire their service. I paid for them to pack everything to avoid damage issues, it was almost £200 for only 11 boxes and no furniture, mostly clothes. They basically handed me boxes and I had to put the stuff inside. Arriving in Italy, badly wrapped in a pallet, the clothing boxes half opened and they crushed my TV screen. After emailing them, they had the courage to offer me £20 saying that I should have paid for extra insurance. So I pay for them to packing and I also need to pay to make sure they don't break my stuff. On top of all that, a company located in England where the staff barely speaks English. Rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Service was great, from the first time we reached out to them the information was very clear and everyone was helpful and nice. They took care of all the customs documents, which saved us a massive headache. We moved a pallet from London to Bologna and it arrived in great conditions (nothing broken) within the timeframe provided (7-8 working days). Highly recommended!

Great experience, highly recommended.I had to ship my personal belongings from Oxford to Milan, and I had a very short time to do so, as I had to leave Oxford in a few days. Once I explained my situation, the staff was able to give me a high priority and they came to pick up my boxes in a couple of days. Both the administrative staff and the moving personnel were very punctual and helpful. My things arrived timely on a pallet, everything was well taken care of. It was also a great relief to be able to avoid worrying about separate boxes potentially being stopped at customs.I highly recommend this company for any Italian living in the UK who needs to move back home.
