On February 25 2024 i received an email about booking confirmation for some beauty treatment on February 28 2024 (10:00 ) in Heidi Clinic Lund. That was a surprise for me, because i didn't make any bookings! I couldn't cancel this booking myself, because the rule was that i can cancel it only 96 hours before the appointment, otherwise i will need to cover full price of the treatment 5900 SEK! I contacted Bokadirekt support, however they couldn't cancel it either, they see that booking was made by Heidi Clinic and recommended me to reach out to Heidi Clinic myself. I reached out to Heidi Clinic and didn't get any response, so i had to go to that clinic and ask them to cancel the booking and answer questions why they are booking appointments for which i haven't asked for?! They denied that this booking was done by them, however said that i am not the first one with such problem. Bokadirekt is not safe! I am deleting my account.

So mad , I need it to cancel an appointment, because I got work called and I didn't got the cancelation number ,so I send email to the place so she could cancel on time for me , but she didn't do it and she is charging me services I couldn't get. Just because this app didn't send kode 😂😂🤣 got email from bokadirekt and said that I have to pay because of there mistake in not sending code on time and is not there fault ! Well I'm not paying be free to send me to inkasso. Can care less .I know what I do and rules u can't follow but I did.

I was customer with them for 3 years then I saw that the price was increased and I contacted the agent who started to explain why and also offered me to increase my membership where will be included cash register and payment terminal, and how nice and magic is that. Then I find fakturas for 1500 sek where nothing included in my membership and I have to pay 399 monthly to not “using” terminal, then I find small letter that I have to sell for 27000 sek monthly to not pay 399 fee. And they also bound me till 2025!!! Their sellers are absolute scams. It so sad that they don’t even value you was customer with them for many years 😡😡😡

Wanted to buy a "Friskvårdskortet", can't do it since they blocked it with Klarna's login and I can't use Klarna because I don't have a personal number and therefore bankID. No direct payment option is available. They simply won't take my money.UPD: I got a reply below that I can use SMS to pay. NO, I cannot, it is required to have a Klarna account and it is impossible to have it without a bank ID. Klarna simply cuts off people without personal numbers. But, please remember there are people who legally work in Sweden without personal numbers, we exist, and Klarna limits your revenues by cutting off people.

Their customer service is very poor. BokaDirekt don't answer on your claim. They are ignoring you when their system apparently didn't work properly. That makes a treat for you, even if you did right. Very unserious behaviour. Big Warning, don't use them for bookings, contact the place direct instead.

Unfortunately they will loose many customers because of their extremely high prices. There are other popular websites to get with very low price and with all you need. The new prices are not worth what they have to offer!

Ling (at least that is how he said he is called), no identity card on him... refused to remove lashes when I said that it is badly done, because it is too late and he is tired, instead recommended to come back tomorrow... so how on earth I am going to appear in the office tomorrow? I am devastated. I do not recommend to come even close to this place: Drottninggatan 36, Malmö...do not repeat my mistake, it will cost you a lot of money (I paid disregards I feel so bad) and a lot of wasted nerves...

Terrible service, they dont care that they page is confusing and showing you errors, later they just blame you. They dont even try to solve problems. Also the policy of fakturas is terrible!

My second experience with this salon is horrible. She usually does my lashes for an hour for the same price. Today, she did it for just 30minutes and there was barely any lashes for the same fee. Shr said i had not much lashes. I think she could have been honest with me from the start instead of being a scam artist, deceptive and giving me attitude. If there was ZERO stars with a minus, she deserves it.
