Is bodygroove.com Legit?

i am still being charged one year later with no access to the program, Customer service says that i only paid for 2 months yet ive submitted statements showing that i am still being charged!! So frustrating to only have contact by email which they answer at their leisure!!

I signed up for a year. The site did not have any auto-renew language. I wanted to be sure it didn't happen so I emailed them to cancel my subscription. I did not receive a reply. On their website it says "no prorated refunds for cancelations".Sure enough three days later, I was notified by PayPal that they made a payment on my behalf. The company auto-renewed without my ever signing up for it. I contacted them at their help@ email address. No reply to any of my emails. I should have used American Express. They always correct dIsputes/mistakes in charges that I bring to their attention.If you like this exercise video, be sure to contact your cc company or PayPal to refuse payments. I tried going online to remove my payment info. You can't get there from here. No way to access it on their site.

I have tried to cancel my subscription to this App without success. I KEEP BEING REFERRED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT ANY RESULTS!!!!!

I started my adventure with the 5 USD monthly subscription, loved it! It is not a scam, you just need to use the app and not the website to manage your subscription, so don't shame Body Groove and name it what is not.Going back to Body Groove: it just makes me happy, I find they have numerous lessons and you watch what you want to do that day. You know the phrase: dance like nobody is watching? Well this is it, you just dance and free yourself from CHAINS laugh and sweat. Strongly recommend it.

All the folks who have written before me are completely accurate in all that calls themselves Company BodyGroove. They never truly cancel, they say after you cancel that account is "closed" in my case I went through a 3rd party re credit card. it will be cancelled but with amex it is not worth the effort to fight anything under $100 To be sure their website is confusing, you get one work out even though for a one year membership you are lead to believe you have many video choices to use when you pay for the year up front but first they try to upscale you , that is when you realize it is a RIP OFF I will wait until I get a refund otherwise I would check off... let BodyGroove know about this review.

I signed up 2 years ago and the system took my money October last year on auto-renewal. I cancelled the subscription and took the hit because I had forgotten about it. Again in October this year they took money from my account even though I had cancelled. It seems to be incredibly difficult to contact them. The email available on the website would not work. I am incredibly disappointed

After doing some trial videos, I bought a year's subscription for less than £50! The classes are joyful - I do the dance and yoga classes and they really lift my mood and make me feel better in body and mind afterwards, even when I only do 15 minutes. I like how she gives lots of alternatives with different levels of stretch or difficulty, and often says "move in a way that feels good to you with your arms / hips etc" Misty is a likeable class leader who explains things clearly. Thoroughly recommend, especially through lockdown!

I am loving this sooo much! I have only started one of the many video programs and I feel like a different person already. I was always so self conscious about dancing but the energy, the set up and the flexible structure of bodygroove is just so welcoming and easy to absorb, I am already finding my true physical expression! I would recommend it to anyone, you can even do it sitting down 🤩🎊

I signed up months ago and wrote to them sometime in January asking them to please send me my sign in details and have completely forgotten about it due to my busy schedule. Just going thru my finances yesterday and found out that they have been taking payment from my account since January! I looked at my e-mails if they bothered to answer my e-mail to them sometime in January but unfortunately couldn't find any. Tried to cancel thru the website but could not do it from there as I don't have any sighn in details. Can anybody from this company kindly contact me please as I want to cancel since I haven't been able to use your site. Not even once! And I want a refund of the payments you have been taking since you never answered my e-mail.

The product is super slow and doesn't get you physical benefits. They do this relaxing flow thingy that doesn't work muscles. I paid for the annual one as it was on sale then after 2 episodes was so unsatisfied I went to cancel and they told me I can't get a refund. Horrible! The free trial means you purchase thinking you will like it and when you use it twice they still refuse to refund you. SHAME ON THEM

Wonderful! I have enjoyed this program so much. It has been the best thing in my life to get moving again. It is exhilarating, never boring. I have fibro and sciatica but I am able to do this. So thankful I found it.

Subscribed using the $5 month promotion, and will not let me create an account. Sent emails and no resolution. Thinking it's a scam, luckily I went through PayPal so I was able to get an immediate refund. Don't fall for it, I'm so disappointed!

Got my account set up quickly and have been doing the workout of the day, three days per week. It's fun! The workouts are about 30 minutes, and I don't have to leave my house to exercise (so I have no excuse!). In addition to the workout of the day, there is a large library of many other programs for focusing on different things (light workouts, time of day, more intense). It's a great value, in my opinion. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to fit more movement into their days.

I access BodyGroove on iPad and it’s incredibly easy to navigate. I initially took out a free trial a couple of years ago, and couldn’t get over my own barrier of Me, so only used it twice. And cancelled. If you take the free trial through apple device subscription it’s really easy to cancel. But I missed the motivational talks and all the extras on top of the movement. So I recently took up the lifetime subscription, paid over 10 months, and now I own access to Body Groove for life. I had a billing issue due to my cards changing and me forgetting about that, but the staff I dealt with via email were so kind and very helpful. It’s a life changing program. But you have to show up to get the benefits. Just press play.

SCAM - avoid. In January 2023 I purchased a 1-year subscription which was on sale. It was NOT an automatically renewing annual subscription. In fact, Bodygroove sent me an email saying “are you sure you don’t want to upgrade to a renewing subscription”? The service is meh - mediocre dance workout videos and the site is hard to navigate. I used it only a handful of times before moving on to something better. In January 2024 my credit card was charged for another year. I disputed this with PayPal. In response, Bodygroove changed my subscription on their site to say it was an automatic annual renewal - without my knowledge or consent - and recalled their January 2023 email to me which proved their fraudulent actions. Paypal had asked me to provide them with the subscription agreement, but it was “no longer available” to view in my email. PayPal said they couldn’t do anything in the circumstances. Do not hand over your credit card info to these people!! I have cancelled with both PayPal and Bodygroove but will have to cancel my card as well to be sure the fraud stops.

I just love this online dance program. Misty emails us everyday with motivational fun dance sessions that anyone can do. She also gives us words of encouragement or just things to think about in our day. Plus, you are part of an online private group where everyone welcomes you snd gives ongoing support. Not to mention lots of dance videos to do! It feels so good to let my hair down and just move my body. I don’t have to dance like anyone else I just have to groove my way. I just love it here!

This place has the worst canelation process ever we have tried for 4 months to cancel and they have not stopped taking money from our account I called no one ever returns calls or anything

I purchased a membership for $14.00 a month. Now I am being told they do not have a monthly payment plan. For someone who wants to utilize this program as much as myself it was a huge let down as I cannot afford a lumpsum payment to become a member. I feel like they trapped me emotionally. Got me started for one month and then just dropped me on my head. GREED!

Thieves. Don’t let you into your account to unsubscribe. Terrible app, been trying to cancel for 2 years. Never use these people!!!!!!!!!!

They won’t admit I started a $5 a month with them even after I showed them bank statements of them taking my $$ Customer service just moved me around from one person to the next Lesson learned Body Groove gone downhill
