Is bobleisure.com Legit?

I was a little skeptical about the website just because I never heard of the company before. They were the only site that had the color I wanted in my snowboarding boots. They were great on replying back to emails and providing great tracking information. I would definitely order from them again. Shipping was faster than I expected and package came in great condition.

I emailed Customer Service with a question, and received a very detailed reply within 24 hours. Easy to use the website. Product arrived in the United States and within 24 hours after I received the tracking number, amazing! Would use them again!

I live in the US. When I placed an order I didn't realize the item was to be shipped from Germany. Upon delivery I had an issue with the item and I started to worry whether the return/replacement process would be easy due to the international shipping. Surprisingly, I got super fast responses from the customer service, and the issue was resolved quickly. Definitely five star! I will not hesitate to buy from Bobleisure again.

Ordered new skis and bindings. Live in Utah, USA. Because of online scammers and fraud, I was very nervous and unsure about making this big an online purchase from a business in a foreign country. The reviews were good, so gave it a try and hoped for the best. Didn't really expect the order to be fulfilled in the promised 7-10 days. Especially over the holidays and the free shipping. I don't know how they do it, but they did everything they said online. Arrived in exactly 10 days. Apparently all the way from Germany to the United States and Park City, Utah. Everything arrived via Fed Ex as advertised, just as ordered and in good condition. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Bob Leisure

I placed an order on December 12th and when I had not heard anything by December 20th, I reached out to check on this status of the order. I was informed it was still processing and would ship in 1-2 business days which would bring us to Christmas Eve. The item I ordered was my husbands main Christmas gift, so I was a bit dismayed to say the least. In response to my message to the company, the CEO reached out by email, providing tracking information on December 23. I received my husbands package the next day, in time for Christmas!! The company went above and beyond to make their misstep right! Bravo Bobleisure! I will certainly order from you again!

Updated review - The CEO read my poor review and took the time to fix the problem! I now have my item, and it may be late, but the CEO compensated me for my troubles, thus the 5 star review. I would absolutely do business with them again. Every company has problems from time to time, but a great company makes things right in the end.Original review:They promise items that they can't deliver. Then you get the "It will just be a few more days" answer until they go completely silent. Had to dispute charge with credit card company to get charges reversed.

BobLeisure seems to b a scam company.Placed order using Apple Pay. Never received merchandise.Contacted them many times and got back Bot type of emails. Contacted Apple Pay and they took over and canceled my payment. Have never heard back.Not a safe company to order from.

I wasn’t sure bobleisure.com was legit, checked it out online and it seemed to be solid, so I bit for a pair of rainboots that elsewhere were a lot more expensive. Bobleisure took a few days, then let me know they were on their way, and promptly showed up as expected. They seem to be legit, and I’m thrilled. I would purchase from Bobleisure again.

I purchased a pair of CLEW bindings. The communication before and after my purchase with Bobleisure was exceptional. My questions regarding the product were answered within 24 hours. Once I made the purchase, I was given confirmation of my order and a tracking number. The product arrived as expected. I have since placed an order for three (3) more CLEW bindings for my sons. Bobleisure is a legitimate operation.

Received the item as advertised with genuine item from overseas very fast in perfect condition. The only item pay attention to returns since it is overseas. If you have no plan to return, highly recommended

Ordered a Rab down jacket for delivery to United States.
