DO NOT buy from this website. You will not get your item(s). Everything looks fine after you buy your items you get a confirmation email even a email a few days later saying you’ll get a tracking number in a few days, but you will never receive your item, you’ll never receive a response to your email. Just stay away from this site. Save your money and time shop elsewhere. There are real black pods but this is not the real site.

I have to wait like 3 months until it arrived, but the quality of product and sound is excellent.If you can wait couple months to gets perfect product for cheap price, this is for you. 🤙🏿

I was going to buy a pair, i put in my card information and all that, i pressed "order" it said that it could not prosess the order, so i pressed the same button again, i checked with my bank to see if i didnt have enoug money but then i saw the purchase and it took the doble amount of the order, they dont answear my emails or nothing, payed like 2000 NOK, its have been 6 weeks ago since all this happend.blvcknoir please answear my mail ottniclar @ outlook . com

Why am I being scammed all the time disputing this order the website doesn’t even load anymore total scam

Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from...Maybe I just lucky because I received my Black Pods 2 roughly 3 weeks after I ordered them and it was over the Christmas period so that may have delayed the delivery. Not sure why others are not receiving theirs.I haven't used AirPods before so I can't compare them with the Black Pods, but the audio quality is great almost just as good as wired Ear Pods. Because you get the charging case with the Black Pods you are less likely to run out of battery completely which is great.One thing I wasn't told is that you have to a Customs charge via the Royal Mail, I payed £17.50... So about £58 altogether, considering the real AirPods are £160 this a bargain.Definitely recommend!

Same sh!t! Money got confiscated and there came no confirmation male or anything. Didn´t respond to my mail. Does anybody know if theres a way to get the money back if it was paid via credit card??? M*****f******

Two transactions were taken from my account. No automated email upon purchase and no automated email from the support team either. I am still awaiting a response from the support team. Costing me over €100, I wish I had of just purchased Apple AirPods. I would not recommend this company. Terrible service!

Ordered over 3 months ago, haven't received anything, not tracking number nor the pods... Funny thing they keep sending promotional mails constantly, but never reply mails or other media accounts... 1 word.. SCAM

Absolute Garbage. Won’t charge, with the provided cable or anything else. The case occasionally will flash red. No response from the company. What a waste of $60. Super bummed ☹️

This company is very much a scam. My two orders have not been received nor am I getting any information from them. I posted couple of comments on UNBOX THERAPY youtube page but no action from him either. Both seem to have scammed many innocent followers who trusted Lew Later and BLVKNOIR and got lot of money. I did not know one can earn money like this besides being a Youtuber.

I used almost all my birthday money on these they were supposed to be in 3 to 5 work days. THAT WAS A FRICKING WASTE OF MONEY

i bought several sets and i received all sets however one of the sets one of the ear pieces wont work and i can not get anyone to email me on how to get it replaced.Anyone have a single left they want to sell?

Order placed on the 28th OctoberDispatch email received on the 25th NovemberTrouble with the tracking code, found the link was wrong and should be using the logistics.dhl link (can't post full URL)It's currently in Heathrow so hopefully receive soon.Will update my review when they have been received and tested.Just got them from Royal Mail sorting office even though it saysd delivery was via DHL. ive been waiting SEVEN MONTHS and when i send an email they always respond with "SoRrY WeRe OuT oF StOcK"

I got my black pods about a week after ordering (so not bad unlike everyone else apparently).Pairing didn't work as expected (pressing button on case did nothing). I paired manually through iOS bluetooth settings, which was ok.The reason for my 2 stars is the tap controls don't work. They might trigger if I tap around 150 times, so not completely broken, just incredibly unreliable. Siri works ok but is pretty wonky and unreliable as well, though better than tap.I'll probably get a refund and just pay for some full price airpods (or maybe airpod pro).

They talk about 30 day return policy but have no address nor any process identified on how to get a return/refund. When you do send them an email at "support @ blackpod.us", there's no response. Stay away from buying this terrible product and save yourself all the grief afterwards. Do not buy in this store. I made a purchase based on the "Unbox Therapy" video, and this is a scam.If you want to buy try with paypal because it can still be refunded.I made the purchase more than 4 months ago and they are always saying that the order is on its way.
