I ordered a PS54 in the recent sale at Bluetti Officical on the diy.com website (B&Q). It was a good price, but shortly after the price was reduced further on the Bluetti website. I contacted Bluetti customer service to claim back the difference under their 30 day price promise. I dealt with Kris who contacted Bluetti at B&Q on my behalf with the relevant information. Thanks to that my refund was issued the same day. Can't really ask for better than that!

I was setting up BLUETTI EP500. That made me an administrator of BLUETTI EP500. Wendy helped to transfer administrator rights to another account. But it takes up to 4 days to receive an answer

Had some question about my new powerstation, they answered everything an helped to choose additional batteries correctly.

I bought a used Bluetti and was happy with it, so i ordered a new one. Waiting for the product, a strange way of letting me wait happens now. So i asked if there is any problem. The answer is: ""the item shipped out previously was returned due to strict logistics inspection. In this case, we need to wait until we receive the returned items before changing the logistics carrier to resend the items to you. Sorry that we can not promise when it will be resent and delivered. ""So the logistic carrier will decide when and if i get the product!!I never heard of this kind of reason although we had our own webshop. In a case like this, we would send a new product directly with an other logistic carrier, but not Bluetti. Very strange, i can also get my money back "soon"if i want. But now, yes i want my money back today, not "soon" this feels like internet fraud like i lost once 2500euro before. I am checking the contactadresses and the website but it seems ok, what can i do more?

My AC200MAX got a glitch in the firmware so I could not switch AC on/off from the touchscreen. I've sent an email to the support team and an updated firmware was pushed to my unit in a few days, which fixed all issues. It was fast and easy. The Support team was good with communication.

I've had a really pleasant experience with this company and with CX representatives. Ordered 2 power stations. Received 1 in a few days, but another one was not shipped. So I've contacted the support team, clarified everything with them and I was assured that they will take care of it ASAP. Furthermore, they emailed me that same day saying that the shipment was made and even tracked the order and even emailed me when it arrived asking if everything was delivered well, etc. Simply outstanding. Also, huge thanks to Bluetti for the Fathers day promo deal. Without realising it, I received gifts together with my power station.

I got clear answers to my quite complicated case about refurbishing existing solar power plant. I still need to get more info from the service providers who made the solar plant, but I see that the Bluetti Europe do really want to help and solve even complicated cases. Thanks!

BLUETTI, is the best brand I've found (I've looked a lot) about power stations and solar panels, for the public in Spanish.The entire website is translated into Spanish, and the Customer Service is friendly in Spanish, resolving all doubts by phone (+34 national call), and by email (Response in a few hours).The website is well structured, and allows downloads of product manuals, which allows you to get an idea of the true performance of the product and compare it with other stores of similar devices.I think I'll be buying a product here very soon.

Had an AC500 on which AC/DC couldn't be turned on/off anymore on the unit itself; only possible via the app. After contacting the German customer support, I got a quick reply that they would send me the ARM-update through the app. All works back to normal again. Even got a double check from Bluetti within 3 days after sending the ticket, to ask if my problem had been solved.Yes all solved, very satisfied with the support!

Very good customer-service. Cooperative, friendly and fast communication. Constructive troubleshooting, if there‘s any problem. Just four stars because to my mind there shouldn‘t be a guarantee-case one year after buying a product, which costs thousands of euros (ac200max in my case).

I had a fault with one of my B300s connection cables, P150D. After emailing customer service with my problem, Kris who responded, gave some advice on narrowing down the problem. Which I had already mainly did and to confirm it was the cable at fault. After a few emails, Kris was professional, courteous and helpful solving the problem and ordered a replacement. I've ordered an original cable for AC200max PV input and got an offer very quickly. After receiving of my payment they performed delivery very quick too (lower than one week). After trouble by receiving a wrong cable first they sent the right one within few days only. Thanks for your assistance!

Order SPF-EU-17832.Just a follow-up to my earlier review. They reacted with delay and promised a refund if I decided to cancel the shipment. I did that on 18 Jan and as usual, there was no reply despite my reminders. On 30 Jan they told me that they had sent the package. (!)Once again I confirmed the cancellation and requested a refund. No reaction. Bluetti EU continues to break its own promises and ignore the customer's requests.

Battery delivered quickly, when I had a problem support resolved it within 1 day, so I can't complain-1 star because prices sunk so quickly, feeling like a fool for buying last year when prices were up 25% - 50%, so I feel like I paid a lot too much. Products are fine though, and cheap right now, so I can recommend
