Horrible experience. They constantly keep calling asking if we would like a business line of credit or a loan. We advised that we only wanted LOC monthly payments. They assured us we would be getting a line of credit with monthly payments. But when Underwriters pulled our credit and banks statement and said they only offer business hard money loans with daily and weekly payments of crazy amounts. Not worth our trouble. These are bad loans and terms that will keep u in debt. Horrible experience.
