Peace of Mind is a beautiful house and an excellent match for my family’s needs. We had three couples and everyone had a bedroom with an attached bathroom, which made getting ready for graduation at App State so much easier.

Wow! This place is amazing. As soon as we walked in, our eyes went straight to the stunning mountain view in the distance. Later on, as the sun set, we just sat there mezmerized for 45 minutes by the beautiful pink, red and orange streaks across the sky. The decor and furnishings are top notch too. You can tell the owners put a lot into making this a great guest experience. I can’t believe this beautiful home is for sale ! To the future owner, I promise to come back if you let me!

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the wonderful stay in this house. Our children had an incredible experience, immersed in the forest and listening to the sounds of nature. One of my daughters even commented: "Mom, it seems like the trees want to be silent", which really shows how important nature is to these teenagers.Making marshmallows with the children was unforgettable fun! The house was impeccably clean and well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you very much for the comfort and care you provided us. See you next time!

We stayed a cabin in December 2024 named, Happy Trees Cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it. I have never stayed in a cabin so clean. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals do an amazing job with their cabins. We will definitely be using this company for our future rentals!

We celebrated 47 years marriage !! We’d do it all over again!( Particularly the‘Yearling’‘experience) not always the 47 years!! lol!! The ‘ Yearling’ is the complete experience!! We used the WiFi occasionally the cable none at all but spent 4 days soaking up the hot tub and bubbling up the Jacuzzi!!! I had a cabin rental for the weekend Helene hit and they were very quick to communicate and really fast to help rebook me. I was more worried for the people than my rental, but they were top notch and professional despite such a terrible event. The rental was moved to a weekend in December and rebooking couldn’t have been easier. They had great communication. They provided good, specific directions to get to our cabin. Don’t trust google maps, definitely trust what blue ridge tells you for directions! Everything was in great condition, probably the cleanest and best condition property we’ve ever rented from any company! We were at Alpine Vista and loved it. Will rent with this company again!!!

When we arrived, the lights were on. This was great, but it was freezing inside the cabin. It literally took from 7pm-2:30am to warm up. The place was full of cob webs and didn't appear to have been dusted in quite sometime. I was in bed and trying to move closer to my wife. My foot went through the fitted sheet. We did call about sheet and were brought a new one that day.

This house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was plenty of room and comfort for our family of 15 and had room for more. The amenities in the house were perfect, although I do wish they had more games for kids, such as air hockey, foosball etc.. The view of the mountain range was stunning and a sight to wake up to. The only thing I didn't like was the drive up to the house. The mountain is pretty steep and GPS will NOT take you to your destination. Follow the directions sent in the email. If possible, arrive in the daytime. It was a pretty scary drive at night time.

Amenities and day to day consumable were provided for the start up of our 9 day stay. The unit is equipped with everything that you need to cook just about any meal you can think of. Bedding was really nice in all rooms. Beautiful view of golf course and hot tub is a nice touch. Will stay here if traveling this way again

This place was perfect! We had adults and kiddos and everyone enjoyed themselves. We loved being in the mountains and seeing all the wildlife. The cabin had everything we needed and the driveway was perfect for the kids to get in a little sledding! We would love to return!

The stay itself was as usual, amazing. The cleanliness of the cabin though was not as good as the past. The floors were sticky and a lot of dust and found misc things under and around beds and couches that were missed.

It's always a good experience renting from Blue Ridge. Their website is full of possibilities and communication is easy. I appreciate the return discounts and the chat option, for questions to be answered right away.I recommend Blue Ridge for renting a house in this area.

The house is lovely inside and out. It is very warm and cozy inside with beautiful furniture and accessories coupled with magnificent mountain views on the outside

From start to finish our experience was amazing. We rented a beautiful cabin for the Thanksgiving weekend and could have not been more pleased with the communication, ease of entry, and the cabin itself! We have rented from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals several times and their service is always top notch!

Loved our stay at White Oak. We go to the mountains every year at this time to get our Christmas tree. White Oak was very cozy and perfect for the 4 of us. Well equipped and clean!! Loved the live wreath on the door upon arrival and the Christmas tree with lights inside the great room by the gas logs. Will definitely stay again.

Blue Ridge Rentals provided us timely information on arrival, check-in, and departure at New River Overlook. The house was clean, and everything was in its place. No complaints whatsoever. We commend the staff for the time and effort they made to find us a replacement house for our Thanksgiving vacation on short notice. Our original rental house had received hurricane damage and was not available. Blue Ridge came to the rescue, we booked the New River Overlook house, and we experienced a wonderful week in Ashe County.

Ťhe house was very nice and had great space for four adults and one teenager. The location cant be beat as it is close to Sugar mountain, Grandfather mountain and Boone. There is a small waterfall next to the house that was a great spot for our holiday picture. And the house was well stocked with the utensils and things we needed to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were super comfy!BRMR staff were very quick to respond when we had a couple small issues during our stay. Overall, great experience and we will definitely rent with BRMR again.

Our family had a great time. We had plenty of room to spread out. We made two calls to maintenance....one which didn't get any response and one that the guy came out that evening due to a leak in the dishwasher. The house is awesome but you can tell it has been well used over the years. Light bulbs not working, sinks not holding water, broken blinds, and drawers in the kitchen that were hard to pull out.The views off the deck were spectacular!Nancy and David Wallace

The cabin was just as advertised except the views were better than expected. Everything was in good shape and very comfortable. The communication prior to arrival was very good and helpful. A 4WD vehicle is definitely needed for this drive as strongly recommended. Checkout procedures were clear and easy. I would stay here again.
