Great phone rapport and quick quote, managed to organise storage by the end of the week without issue. Long opening hours were very convenient and the facility was easy to access. Unit was spotless, would recommend to anyone.

Harry at blue bear has been brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, booking and vacating the storage unit was seamless and the site itself accessable and very secure. The units are clean and water tight and open from 6am until 8pm 7 days a week. The price for the unit was good, and they had a half price discount offered for the first two months. Couldn't have asked for a better service from Harry and the team at blue bear storage.

Only booked the unit so far, but they were very helpful swopping our first floor unit to a ground floor one. We hadn’t realised there was a first floor and would involve trying to get everything up a set of stairs . As we are in our 70’s and one of us with walking sticks this would have been a disaster waiting to happen . So far so good and their recognition of our situation much appreciated. Hoping everything else turns out equally as well .

Incredibly easy to get storage at a very competitive price. From initial phone enquiry to getting a contract and entrance code took about half an hour on line. The staff were very helpful when I called. The storage facility at Bury St Edmunds is easy to access and I noticed there are multiple cameras for peace of mind.

This storage facility has transformed our house move. All the smaller bits (lamps, ornaments, pictures etc) safely out of the way so we won’t be overwhelmed with boxes when we move in. Harry has been a huge help on the phone and the unit is clean, secure, condensation and damp free.

Very helpful people on the phone could not have asked for better. I rated this four star not five purely based on the fact that when we arrived our storage container was behind other units and not drive up to as we were under the impression as per the advertising. However it was sorted very quickly by a gentleman on the phone and we were given a drive up to unit. The unit was spotlessly clean and we are very happy with the arrangements
