Is blowhammer.com Legit?

They ended up Sending me a refund and reaching out several times. They were checking on me and made sure I got my money back

Washed the T-Shirt once when it arrived before I wore it to an outing. The next time I washed it the print already started scraping off massively. Won’t buy again. Quality is miserable.

Easy to order, good communication on delivery. Arrived on time and great quality product. It made a great present!

I had to do an international size exchange, I found the process particularly difficult and costly (please consider shipping labels for future customers). Turns out my postal courier didn't correctly charge me for taxes / duties (not sure why this is even a thing) - but the company sorted this out and wore the cost of it. TLDR - make sure you get the right size haha but 5 stars to customer service for being quick with the resolution.

I had some questions about my order and customer service was amazing! First time I connected withing minutes and another time I had to wait for reply few hours but it was all sorted immediately. 10/10 for products and 10/10 for customer support. Keep up great work

Style of some clothes is really cool. The material is decent. You get similar materials from retailers such as H&M, NewYorker etc., but not the nice prints. It is almost impossible to return clothes that you do not want, as the return address does not match the information that DHL, GLS or Hermes (Germany) require, so be prepared! EDIT: Support reached out to me, helped me with the refund and provided a label for shipping. Overall a really good support and very helpful.

I am super glad I found this company, i had a hoodie years ago and I didn't know it is such a cool brand with so many collections. Quality is decent for the price and sizes matched well.I ordered Large just to be on the safe side and they were too large so I sent them back and got a full refund.Please bare in mind that because of Brexit from UK you need to pay shipping and duties otherwise it will stuck in customes. Still was not too much And I got refund immediately.

I like the merchandise, quality and style of your clothing!I only wish they would give us an option for expedited delivery even for extra cost … that would be great !

Ordered 2 tracksuits 16th December & still haven't arrived.Bought for a birthday in January so still time.Only received 1 email update from the company about my order to say it has been shipped.The day after receiving the email update I received another email asking me to review my purchase, thought I'd wait for it to arrive as the delivery date was 2nd January & it's still in transit according to the tracking number.

Sizes are a bit small (for bomber jackets at least). In addition, I misread the size chart and ordered smaller that usual. Nonetheless, the support team understood it and was quick to answer and provide meaningful help. 10/10 on that front.Regarding the clothing style... To each his/her own but I find it extremely cool :)

Item still not received. Have tried to follow tracking but unable to. Please contact via email as this is a Christmas present and is needed urgently.EDIT: After contacting the company, they contacted me and parcel eventually arrived on 15/12/2024. Tracking was quite erroneous but the company was helpful.

Quality of product is amazing and colour of product is proper orange as picture state. Delivery took a 10 working days as it state. I've placed another order hopefully successfull as first one.

I've been a customer of blowhammer for years now and have a good collection of tshirts and a couple of Jumpers. The designs are incredible and well printed. However the material used appears to have taken a hit on the quality. The material is very thin with a black printed t-shirt being virtually see through. Please return to the item quality from 2020 blowhammer. My old tshirts from you guys are way better than what I've recently received.

I have made an order for my partner for Christmas on the 10th of December! After messaging this company many times throughout December, each time was given a different resolution and here we are on the 5th of January and I still haven't received my order and it hasn't even been fulfilled. The last offer was they would ship my order by the 3rd of January, nearly a whole month later! Here we are on the 5th of January and the order is still unfilled and im still nearly £100 down with no items! Edited on Jan 10th! Blowhammer has delivered and the items are very good quality, excellent print and style and my partner loves them. They put in a free item for all the hassle and I really appreciate the thought of this ❤️

Terrible customer service, never replied to emails. Item was meant to be delivered within 10 working days, took over a month with no explanation! And had to pay nearly £8 for delivery.When the item did eventually arrive the material is horrible, very cheap! That horrible shiny fabric, not sweater/hoody fabric at all! Now having to spend another £13 to return it! Don't go near this company!Edit: after posting this review I received a full refund including postage/return fee. They explained why they use the shiny material (better for printing) and sent me a free tshirt. The customer service was much better.

I made an extremely trivial error, and Blowhammer rectified it with absolutely no obligation to do so costing them in the process. They really love their customers. Their response time to my inquiries was extremely fast, too. Multiple back-and-forth emails in a couple of hours at worst.

I've always liked the designs and finally put down my first order.Really statisfied with customer service, at first I made a mistake with the size and after contacting them they where able to solved this and I got a response soon after.The products themself look as amazing as they do on the website.

I have ordered from Blowhammer in the past, and again recently. Both times there were some problems with availability or dispatch, but both times things got sorted out to my satisfaction in a day. On my most recent order the problem got solved in 20 minutes!I got sweatshirts and shirts for years and the colours still look great!

Their customer service team is phenomenal, they’re very helpful and understanding, they get back to you quickly with any issues regarding orders or queries about purchases.
