Is bloomwholesale.com Legit?

Company has been a great addition to my business and always ships early. I mainly purchase the assorted packs, they are good cheap door-busters and it’s attracted a weekly crowd of customers who like the $9.99 deals that’s I put out on the sidewalk. The customer service lady is also kind and I don’t have any issues when I need damages refunded.

Love using Bloom! I'm a S-3X boutique and love their selection and cost effective shipping. Customer service is always so helpful too. The availability of Shop Pay in 4 is key for my business. I would give 5 stars but I feel the selection as of late has been more discount focused and I'm missing out on the curated selection of styles they had a year ago. But I'll still purchase

I love this concept with the exception of me having to refund at least 4-6 customers due to fact item is out of stock. This not only looks bad for my business but it gives a customer a bad taste from ordering. There needs to be a way if the items out of stock that you completely remove it and it doesn’t give the customer the opportunity to purchase it. I spoke with customer service and they said someone else bought it at the exact same time, that highly likely, but I think that needs to be addressed

My first order with Bloom was lost. It was frustrating and I'll admit I was frantic with Bloom at first because this had never happened before. The girl at Bloom gave me a breakdown on all the things I could do to try and find my box. Eventually my neighbor had it in their possession so it all worked out. I appreciate Bloom's customer service and calmly helping me out. The merchandise was great and sold well too!

I love Bloom wholesale because of the low cost of shipping first of all so I can offer customers a better price in these trying economic times. I also love the selections and the fact that new items are supplied every week. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you for the great selections and prices.

They are Good for the most part. They do argue pretty bad about damages and flawed items. I also have an extremely hard time getting responses to emails when I reach out regarding missing items from my packages or damaged items. I’m usually happy with my items but when a wholesale company sends you damaged goods, the consumer expects a refund. Period. Or if there’s missing items that aren’t in the packages, the consumer also expects a refund for the missing items. Period. And to argue about it is a little disturbing. Otherwise, for the undamaged items I’ve received and all the items not missing, I’ve been pretty fairly happy.

Fast shipping. I did have some issue with an order when they were running a sale. I purchased my items and they cancelled it because they didn't mean to put the sale code on the website. That has been the only issue I have encountered with them.

I have buying assorted packs for a few years now and have always had a great experience. It's a nice way to try brands and styles at an affordable price.

I love this site! I purchase items at least every Saturday:) Great prices. Easy to work with. The selection has even gotten better recently.

Horrible!!! Never trust! They sent me clothes with MOLD. Literally falling apart with MOLD. I submitted a charge back because they took 3 weeks to respond to any email until they saw the chargeback. I was a brand new boutique when I bought from them; their clothing is all obviously very old and older styles, I found out later that they sell close outs! When I got my package it smelled horrible. The sweater style that was supposed to be solid was literally covered in mold!!! I sent several emails and called, left voicemails for weeks. They took their NUMBER off google and blocked me!!! Finally I filed a chargeback and they sent an email to me when they saw the chargeback asking for the style back- this was almost a month later- I was operating out of my home so obviously I threw out the clothing- they literally fought my chargeback and REFUSED to refund anything. I filed with the BBB and they accused ME of scamming them! I’m gonna be loud about this one- boutique owners BEWARE. I filled a second BBB complaint and am contacting Shopify tomorrow. I want a refund and won’t let this rest. Edit: they sent fraudulent pictures of random linen fabric to my bank instead of what they sent me! According to them, it’s normal for linen to have dusky grey speckles that smell musty. Disgusting, gross and ugly company with money hungry owners, sending old nasty clothes, targeting new boutique owners. Treating people as if they’re stupid and don’t know the difference between mold and linen… I’m a healthcare professional as well and have seen the damage mold can cause and have seen it on clothes many times! Trust me, I put my brand on the line- from Valtena Boutique, Cristina Q- never ever use these crooks
