I have recently received first class customer service from Chris at Bloom Boutique! Nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly and helpful and made my experience stress free. Highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase from them again.

I’ve ordered from Bloom Boutique so many times for gifts and it’s just perfect every single time! I emailed a query today and I got a response within the hour the same day. The best service and company, nowhere else I go for gifts and treats for myself! :)

I had ordered off Bloom boutique before for a gift for a birthday and thought the service and quality was great. So I went back to the company to get something ordered for my friends wedding day. But silly me realised I hadn't actually placed the order and when I got in contact everyone that I spoke to via email were really friendly and helpful. Customer service responds really quickly to queries. So thankfully I re-ordered (actually placed the order this time) and I know that when it arrives it will be beautiful

The variety and quality of jewellery offered is great this coupled with the price and customer service makes this company great for last minute gifts.

My order arrived promptly and was well presented. Unfortunately one of the contents was damaged, (hence 4 stars). However I contacted the seller and the matter was swiftly resolved and I soon received a replacement item. For customer service I would give 5 stars.

I received a personalised necklace with my kids initials as a present in July , and unfortunately it tarnished very quickly. I contacted them through Instagram and had a very quick response. Chris was very helpful and resolved the issue with sending out a replacement. Thanks again !

I purchased a family birthstone necklace, I’ve worn it 3 times and had it 8months and it’s completely tarnished, it looks like it’s rusting. Contacted them and they weren’t interested on refunding or replacing but advised me on what other jewellery I could purchase at 20% off atm. No thank you. Don’t waste your money, look pretty, but really don’t last.

My daughter filled in an incomplete address so my item was returned to sender. I contacted Bloom boutique, they were very helpful, I received my lovely necklace soon after and I love it! Great customer service experience. Thank you! 🤩

Ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings. The necklace has arrived broken, and the earrings are so small they can’t even be fastened when being worn. I usually use another retailer but decided to give bloom a try. Wish I hadn’t. Small, flimsy jewellery. Hope customer service sort this out. Won’t be a returning customer.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I contacted through instagram to explain my partner bought me a necklace, however the chain was too long. They were fast at responding and solved my problem by sending me a shorter chain and free postage label to return the old one :)

If I could give 0 I would, do NOT buy from this company. I purchased the necklace with birthstone and name circle with a little 13 for my daughter’s 13th birthday. It tarnished within a few months and 7 months on it is completely tarnished and looks cheap and awful. I honestly got in touch with customer service thinking they would be concerned by this but absolutely no concern and no offer of any resolving just it was to be expected with wear. Honestly if it can look this awful on a 13 year old girl who doesn’t wear creams or perfumes I would imagine it wouldn’t last more than a few weeks on an adult. Honestly awful products and customer care of 0. A necklace purchased for a keepsake 13 year birthday gift and I really wish I’d done to a better company with a product fit for purpose.

Lovely necklace which was greatly received as a gift. Delivery was quick and nice packaging.A small mistake with the gift card behind the necklace with wrong birth month but I got a response and replacement sent out the same day so they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! I have had previous orders which were perfect so know this was an unusual mistake but always nice to know the company is there to happily help if you need to get in touch.

Lovely range of personalised jewellery and some in sterling silver too.Easy to choose and decide on options, plus personalisation - photo upload worked really well.Delivery received in just a few days - would recommend and order from them again!

I received 2 personalised necklaces that were faulty however the company were very quick to help and allowed me to re-order plus order a different design. They were quick to respond to my emails and were very efficient. I dealt with Chris who was very friendly and helpful.
