Is blinkpayment.co.uk Legit?

Having Raph assist me with my queries has been a breath of fresh air. Super quick to respond, very transparent and understands his area of expertise to a very high level. It’s definitely made any query I’ve had a seamless experience!

My shop uses Blink payment and all I can say is they're great! The company and what it offers is excellent not only that but anytime I have had any queries or issues I've been able to phone and get through to someone very quickly which is a rare thing these days! The latest issue I had I got through to Oscar who spoke to me like a human and talked through my issue. I'm not technical and I wasn't made to feel that way on the call. Genuinely the best service I've had from a company.

So had 3 missing transaction in their feed that I queried over a week ago. their system has told our system that a payment has been taken but then money wasn't sent to us. There are transaction on the Elavon system. They then closed the issue because they have associated a random email account with our blink account which they emailed and got no response from.They have then re-opened the issue but I am still awaiting a response.This is all managed by the worst issue management system I have ever come across. The client has no visibility of the content of an issue. You don't even get a copy sent to you when they create the ticket.In response to the response:-A week later still no information about the problem. No response to the tickets on the system and no agents available to discuss the issue with. All I can do is open a new ticket about lack of response on the previous ticket.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars.I'm writing this as a web developer trying to implement their systems for a client - basically don't bother. The examples for code in their own documents don't work - if you contact support they ignore you. I've been waiting three weeks for a reply to a support request now and all further emails i've sent have been completely ignored. They quite clearly do not give a stuff about their customers. Appalling.
