Is blickers.com Legit?

Always difficult buying outside so called high street stores so anyone thinking of buying here rest assured great prices and customer care. Upon purchase you will be updated with tracking information. Delivery took around a week and the sunglasses even came wrapped as a gift. Would buy again!!

Amazing! I ordered some Prada prescription glasses and they are perfect. Arrived in 19 days which is great considering they were fitted with my prescription. Very pleased and will definitely be ordering again!

After more than 1 month waiting period, it is only on the last day of the time frame given, that they tell me the glasses will take more time (1-2 months). This is completely unacceptable and I will update as to how much time it takes for them to actually issue me a full refund. Especially that these glasses had prescribed lenses and were really important for me. They did not even give a discount or a voucher, nothing for all the inconvenience caused.

I understand why they do not have a 5 star rating. I do not know who is behind the customer service team but they are really letting the company down.I've asked them to provide me warranty details for my sunglasses I purchased a few months ago and they are trying to withhold the warranty details even though I have warranty with my purchase and they have confirmed it. I have never experienced this with any company especially as it's to do with the manufacturer and nothing to do with them! It seems like they want to avoid claims being made...Will be contacting the ceo, Magda Salas Colàs if I do not get my query resolved. Sounds very dodgy to me and i am ready to escalate it if needs be to ensure they get dealt with accordingly!

If I could give zero stars I would - ordered and paid for glasses on 13/10. Fobbed off and fobbed off - glasses still haven’t arrived. Finally given up over one months on and awaiting refund. To add - ordered exactly same pair from Sunglasses Hut and they arrived in 2 days. I will never buy from this company again and I suggest no one else does!

The glasses with subscription lenses I ordered are fantastic. It took a bit longer time to deliver (about 20 days), but the result was worth it.

Placed an order for 2pairs of sunglasses. Initially I did not receive a confirmation email but after a quick email to customer service I was reassured. I was advised of the estimated delivery date, between 9-14.10.24 and they arrived yesterday. Very pleased with both pairs and very good price.Not sure why so many of the reviews are negative? My experience is very good

Never heard of Blickers before so was a bit skeptical before ordering but still decided to give them a try. I ordered some prada frames with no prescription the delivery timeframe wasn’t the best as I am currently in need of glasses urgently but I still decided to wait. After TWO weeks of waiting for my order had passed they had still not been sent. Blickers contacted me regarding the delay and told me that the manufacturer ran out of stock and is need to wait another SIX WEEKS. Due to this I requested a refund which they processed did process quickly! However the next day or not even 24 hours later they contacted me again to say a pair has just come into the warehouse and I can re order if I still want them. (A pair that I’m guessing was the one I ordered anyway). The glasses were more expensive than what I ordered them at, even with the “5%” discount they offered. Absolute waste of my time and had me without glasses for weeks because they are advertising items they do not have for sale!!! Wouldn’t bother ordering with them again.I have a receipt and order number BLK-2024-610712

The page is super user friendly, prices are good, my sunglasses arrived in the time expected and they are gorgeous.I even contacted customer support because I was nervous, and they replied super fast.

No contact phone number! No email responses! Full ignorance to clients. I ordered glasses in September tracking shows then delivered elsewhere I contacted them they made me wait till the 19th of November in the meantime evri have contacted me and confirmed evri didn’t deliver them to me and now blickers have said I’m not being refunded PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! It’s a scam and it’s ridiculous won’t refund me I’m in the middle of going further about it more proof you need I have the email from evri confriming the parcel was not delivered to me blickers are lying please don’t order from there you are wasting your money there useless there useless do no order

Ordered a pair of Tom Ford Buckley sunglasses (to be replaced with clear varifocal lenses) on Friday 12th July.They arrived on the 18th and are absolutely perfect. The order includes TF Outer box, carry case, polishing cloth, cleaning cloth and usual documentation.These are 100% genuine and I can’t rate Blickers highly enough. I saved £188 on the price quoted by my UK optician so I’m over the moon and will definitely be back.

Ridiculously long delivery.. almost 2months. Summer is over.! Should have been 2-4 weeks.!!! contacted customer service. Quick response, but was told that they could not do anything about it.. they withdrew the cash right away..! Made me feel that is was a scam.Persol sun glasses came today.! They were as expected.!!Saved approximately 40-45 percent compared to local retail prices.!

Before doing an order, I got pretty scared because all of the reviews I found. Until the end I was praying that I will not get a bottle of shampoo or anything which is not glasses, however after around 10 days of waiting I got my glasses in perfect condition :3I’m very glad online shops like that exist cause I was able to save myself around 100€ lmao ( irl shops in France are soooo over priced sometimes )

I ordered my Prada sunglasses and Blickers were the cheapest by far. I was sceptical at first as I had never ordered from them but I checked all reviews first. Wow! Excellent turnaround from order to delivery with good communication and the icing on the cake, the sunglasses are beautiful and arrived really well packaged from Spain.
