Is blacklane.com Legit?

I booked several rides with Blacklane during a trip to the UK and Netherlands in April and May. Every ride was excellent. Clean, high-quality cars; excellent drivers; always on time. Good use of technology. Highly recommended.

Pascale was an excellent driver. He was friendly and showed me around the city while on our way to the airport. I appreciated his kindness.

Great service provided by Blacklane in conjunction with Silversea cruises.very professional. The larger vehicles can be a bit tricky getting into if you have mobility difficulties -we got a folding step stool to take with us when we travel and this is very helpful

Booked a car to pick me up from airport (midnight arrival). When I landed and checked my phone, the booking was cancelled. With no message, notification, email. Nothing. Exactly what you are looking forward to when you land in an airport late at night. The booking in the app said CONFIRMED and that the driver was keeping an eye on the flight. Booked an Uber Exec after baggage pickup. Was there in five minites AND cheaper than Blacklane.

My wife and I found an exceptional driver in Mr Tahir Khan, who negotiated the choked streets of London, on route to London Airport expertly. Mr Tahir is a very pleasant man. We very much enjoyed his company as well as his skill. The journey was a great pleasure. We can say the same for the driver who collected from London Airport some weeks earlier.

Was cancelled on at the last minute and we are at remote site which was difficult to arrange another ride

Do not use this company. We had our Italian port transfer booked for months and they have just cancelled with two weeks to go leaving us with a big problem. We would never use them again .

DO NOT USE BLACKLANE! 2 executive cars were booked almost 3 months prior, for the 2 day celebrations of my sons wedding in Florence. Despite confirming the (expensive!) vehicles the day prior to first pick up, we received a phone call 10 minutes before our due departure on 25/05/24 to say no cars were coming. The following morning 26/05/24 Blacklane rang to say they could not transport us back from the wedding itself at the Villa Corsini e Mezzemonte. Outrageously poor customer service, they took our money and left us stranded abroad, ruining a family wedding. No follow up from the company either! Disgraceful! If 0 stars was an option……

DO NOT USE. Unreliable. Booked 3 weeks in advance for a trip from Rotterdam to Amsterdam Schiphol. No one showed. When I called, they said they’d sent an email (no text) one hour in advance of the pickup (at 6 am). They don’t have dedicated drivers so you can’t count on having one show up for you. Unprofessional and inexcusable. Will never use again.

Always dependable. Driver was very courteous and a safe driver. His English language ability was very good. Car was clean and comfortable.

Our flight into DTW was delayed, and further delay was involved with wheelchair service. Despite these delays, the Blacklane driver remained at his post, and was waiting for us when we arrived at the baggage claim exit location. We were delighted with this service!! The Blacklane driver then drove us home to our rural address with no concern for its remoteness. We have nothing but gratitude for our Blacklane driver!! He provided exemplary service!!

good communications prior the pick up's, all pick ups on time and invoices received in due time.

The car was canceled due to unavailabiltiy 10 min before the scheduled pick-up time. I understand things happen, but being notified with such short notice is unacceptable. My company always uses Blacklane for executive car travel, but we may need to consider other options moving forward.

My driver Samir was great! Friendly and professional and cared about my well-being. Very safe driver. He also provided water, mints, and charging cables for phones. Very thoughtful!

I tried to book an airport transfer in Rome, but your site didn't recognise the destination (even though I clicked it from a drop down choice). Tried different close-by addresses with no success. The online help couldn't solve it. I had to book an alternative company. An email address for help would be great!

we had three trips booked for our holidays in LAXfrom LA airport to San Pedro, from LAX to Buena Park and from Buena Park to LAX.The only one I found up to a premium standard and what we requested was the Buena Park to LAX. I was extremely disappointed with the other two. As we were not familiar with LAX, we had asked for a meet and greet from the drivers and did not receive this on both occassions. The drivers stuffed us around then on these two trips as they did not meet and greet and caused extra hassle sof having to ship and move to pickup points noting I only had wifi coverage and not cell coverage. On these two ovccasions we paid for a premium service and got less service than a basic Uber in futre we will not be using black lane I think as the odds of a good trip are lacking?

For my trip to the UK, I used Blacklane for several rides. This was my first time using a driver service, so I was a little nervous. Luckily, the whole process was very easy, and the service was reliable with friendly, knowledgeable drivers. I hope Blacklane will expand its service area so I can use them again for future trips in non-metropolitan areas. I do suggest providing more accurate travel-time estimates based on time of travel. (For example, several destinations from Tower Bridge in London were estimated to take one hour but actually took two during morning rush hour.) But overall, Blacklane helped make my dream trip a reality.
