We are very happy with the items we have purchased, two items in person at festivals and one online. Packaging is excellent in branded black /gold foiled velvet pocket or sturdy branded box.

We chose Black Feather for the simplicity of the design. We love silver and wanted something to reflect our love of nature which would be a good choice for our 'togetherness' rings. The mountain rings fitted the bill perfectly. Oli's attention to detail with the design was just second to none, and the rings were packaged beautifully. Delivery was great and didn't take long either, seeing as though each peice is made to order. Fabulous products & service - I own several pieces from Black Feather Design now & am always delighted with the design & quality. Latest purchase of Mountains rings was a gift & the recipient was really happy. The rings are a beautiful design with an innovative “one size” fit that’s really well designed & finished. Website is really easy to shop from with great packaging & delivery. On previous purchases communication can occasionally be slow at busy periods which is perfectly acceptable for a small company so be patient as always get a response.

I ordered the dinosaur ring and the chain fidget ring and was happy with my purchase however the Dino ring did get refunded and wasn’t given an answer. I did look and they said sold out, I also contacted the help at the bottom of the page to see if I could get notified or preorder and they was really friendly and said I could get an email of when my product came back in stock if wanted. The fidget ring has arrived and I love it just waiting on the email so I can order the Dino ring!

Beautifully crafted Bloodstock ring which is now one of my favourite pieces of jewellery! Packaging and presentation were amazing and heightened the whole thing. Genuinely the most high-quality jewellery I've ever bought! These spinner rings especially, are the most beautiful and seamless designs out of all the ones I've tried. I wear them literally every day and shower with them too. After several months, they still look brand new and I get compliments all the time!

Purchased some mayan skull/sun earrings for she who must be obeyed for Christmas. Although quite small, the detail and quality is fantastic and she already has asked for more from Black Feather, brilliant all round, including the packaging.

I had to chase three times to get a response re a return. I sent the item back well over a month ago and still waiting for a refund. My email was ignored. People like these give small businesses a bad name.

I’ve had my eye on the skull drop earrings for some time so thought I’d treat myself with my Christmas cash. They arrived promptly in beautiful packaging and I fell in love with them. excellent customer service and communication from the seller prompt delivery and above all they sell absolutely beautiful pieces at a great price ive seen more than a few vastly inferior pieces priced much higher from other stores I am personally impressed and will likely purchase from them again in the future

Quality of the product was great. However, delivery took upwards of 10 days which was ashame. Overall 5 stars if delivery time is not an issue for the customer.
