Is blackcraftcult.com Legit?

They offered a promo to get a mug if you bought a certain amount of merchandise. However they wouldn't allow you to add the free shipping code if you got the mug because they won't let customers have two promos in their carts. This is with enough merchandise to get free shipping beyond the mug cost. rather than doing anything they just shrug their shoulders. Once order is placed, they don't give you a processing time, so you just wait and wait. When you reach out to customer service they just send you a form letter of their processing times. Then when you wait some more, beyond the time quoted, and reach out again it's "oh sorry we're just behind! And I have no idea where your package is at in the queue!" Absolutely horrendous service from both the company itself and its customer service team. I'm so done with this.

Ordered a T-shirt, was worried about shipping as i'm in the UK. However the shirt arrived much quicker than I expected (a week and a half), and shipping price was reasonable. Shirt is great quality, size is perfect and the design is so cool. Will be ordering again.

Very disappointed in this store. Long term customer and my recent purchase was delivered to the wrong community box number accidentally and was never recovered. They will not offer any replacement or refund as its against their policy and it shows as "delivered". So much for working with the customer and trying to solve issues that come up. Very sad, Im out $250 now and will not be going back to their store. Completely avoidable and unnecessary.

I’m really surprised with seeing the negative reviews as my experience with BCC was fantastic. The customer service team was so lovely and helpful at giving advice on sizing and amending my order. Items were shipped and delivered fast and I live outside the US so expected it to take way longer. All the items were really good quality and very soft materials. I have sensory issues so this is a huge deal for me. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

Have ordered a number of items from them including shirts, patches, and a hat. Never had any issues with shipping, ordering, or anything else. Everything I've gotten from them has been good quality and some of my oldest purchases are still holding up. Overall I'm happy with my purchases and happy with the service.

If I could give this company NO stars I would. Really wish I had read trust pilot reviews before making a £70 order with them. It’s been over a month and although the “tracking” (since realised it’s a fake site ) changes every couple of days , it never actually says anything of merit. Contacted customer support to get a snarky email that basically said just wait and stop being impatient!!! They couldn’t care less and refuse to refund me. Avoid at all costs

Used to have quality clothing and true sizes. My last 2 orders the shoes were MASSIVE in the size I usually wear, and the shirt came with a stretched out collar. Will not be buying from this store anymore and will tell all of my friends to do the same. So many better alt clothing brands out there with decent customer service.

I hate to see all these negative reviews for one of my favorite online stores! Everything I’ve gotten (probably 25 things over the last 3-ish years) have been perfect! Full disclosure- I almost always get a small in men’s clothing; I’ve gotten a long cardigan and a crop top in women’s sizing. I’ve never purchased shoes or bags, so no help there. I’m also bummed y’all had a terrible time with their shipping/customer service.

Misleading item details, shadily covered with “ordering a size down suggested”. Their size chart is wrong. The item arrived mislabelled with the wrong size. They refuse to accept there’s a “defect” as the item was “correctly delivered”. I’ve spent hundreds on their brand in recent years - it stops today.

I've been ordering products from BCC for forever & it's sad to see how many negative reviews they have!? I recently just purchased a black bats travel tumbler from them and I loveee it so much! I'm Canadian, but I've been all the way to their beautiful HQ in Anaheim and every employee was a sweetheart and incredibly helpful, so thank you! I'll always be a returning customer :) p.s: the new pets line is great & i'll buy stuff for my weenie some time soon.

They are saying 7-10 days shipping but its been two weeks and still nothing. They keep giving everyone the COVID run around saying shipping in 7-10 days but theres people that have orders from 30 days that are still waiting. Stop pushing advertisements and items for sale and fill packages! People spend 100's of dollars here. I understand staff is short because of the pandemic but deleting peoples comments and ignoring is wrong. Start giving tentative dates for shipping instead of a run around.

I have bough several items from Blackcraft over the last year and have been pleased with everything. The clothing is good quality and is lasting well, and the Mystery Boxes have always been exceptional value. International shipping can be pricey, but there are often codes available and everything has always been well packaged and has arrived promptly.

Bought one thing from the, and while I like it and despite the shipping beimg 3 days late and the decal on the pants are so much smaller than the store depicted,they need to actually discuss plus size sizing with actual plue sized people. A 20 in/cm waistline is NOT a 3XL. The pants I bought do actually fit, if a little snug on the waist, they look a d fit like an XL. Not a size supposedly tailored for larger bodies. If you're plus sized in any way just dont buy clothing from them, and I'd go as far to say whatever date they give you for a delivery, expect it to be 3 or more days late.

Awesome, awesome, awesome, love black craft cult clothing. I have made several purchases from here, and everything has been great. They have awesome sales, there shirts are fire, shipping is pretty fast. Shipping cost can be high, but if you buy over 25 dollars worth of merchandise, then you get free shipping. There are a few shirts I want, but they are always out of stock, please restock them, and I will buy more. Never had an issue, premium clothing, all an atheist could as for, thanks!

I really loved their joggers at first, but I order the same size and they vary A LOT. My newest pair is super small and it will cost me return shipping plus $17 to exchange them. Seriously pissed. I've gotten super big joggers too, but I figured unfortunately I'd probably grow into them, but these small ones aren't comfy. Joggers definitely need to be comfy. Last pair I'll buy. Really bad customer service return policy.

When I made my last order they didn’t pay the shipping fees correctly and the post office held my box until I went up to pay the extra postage needed. What company does that considering I paid the full amount for shipping that they offered on their website. This company ignores customers on social media and via emails. They’re rude, snarky and the quality of the items is subpar. They’ve been out of stock for months and months on items of potential interest and never address whether they’ll return or not. It seems to me they’re more interested in being edgy on social media, pushing shirts and their Salem location more than anything. Get it together or you’ll go the way of iron fist.

I ordered a pair of shoes I was waiting to be back in stock for like a year when they came in they didn’t fit. I squeezed into the right foot but the left foot was a such a fight to get on and when I walked around it felt like I was cutting off circulation to that foot! Customer service is garbage they're denying that they are defective and expect me to pay more to send them back they were $155 boots! Might not even accept the return because of a few pet hairs and because I tried them on like WHAT. Boycott black craft cult shop on killstar instead.

Never shopping with these guys again, I have given them many chances. Not only did they send me the wrong item before they rejected fixing an error on my order regardless of the item not being sent out yet, but they still sent me the wrong size even though I fixed it on the return slip. Extremely upset with this company.

They promoted a free item for orders over $75 and never delivered.As a business owner I understand how easy it is to make this right but their customer service REFUSED.I gave them easy ways to fix it and they didn’t care to bother.They even made snotty jokes.They lost a 5 year customer over a 30$ item. Absolutely embarrassing.No wonder their brand died in 2018

I was excited to buy some items and I saved for them because they're a bit pricey. Get to checkout and it says didn't take payment , bank account clearly says otherwise. So um you stole my money? Let's see if they reply otherwise I'm contacting the better business bureau and reporting them for fraud/theft
