Is blackboughswim.com Legit?

Products don't disappoint, especially the bikinis! Though their quilted totes/pouches are definitely contenders! They also come up with the prettiest and unique designs almost always!! I always love seeing what Blackbough comes up with !

They ship from the Philippines, so upon import to Germany, I paid 70€ in customs fees, which is not their fault as I should have read the FAQs and did not do so, as I incorrectly assumed that their EU website would ship from within the EU. Read the fine print and FAQs! My “may flowers” print bikini didn’t look the same as online (pattern has odd grey stripes in the background in real life) and my basil green bikini arrived broken. Bikini material is nice but they are overpriced for what they are. Upon returning, you have to pay for shipping. On the plus side, they refunded me very quickly. Side note: they appear to filter comments heavily on Instagram and appear to have bought lots of followers (1 million followers but 1,700 likes and 18 comments on a post?). This is common but still feels disingenuous. Would not recommend!

Amazing quality!Ordered for the first time and I was surprised at how soft the fabric is compared to my other bikinis from more expensive stores. Really happy with my purchase!

Apart from the fact that the package arrived within a few days, I can't say anything good about the delivery. Nowhere does it say that you have to pay customs for the goods. When I accepted the goods, I was asked to pay €98 for customs for a purchase price of €208. Horrendous prices for an order, in my opinion. I'm very annoyed because I would have liked to have known about this beforehand. I think more emphasis should be placed on informing customers about the costs they will incur.

I love Blackbough! My sisters and I have ordered many times from them with no problems and we love all our bikinis from them. Such great quality, comfortable, and cute! My most recent order, I had to change the size on one of my items and they were quick to solve my problem.

I always have a great experience shopping here and their customer support team is a big part of that experience too! They reply fast and help me very well anytime I need to reach out (I shop a lot here, so it is often) I have always had a hard time with finding comfy, cute, and fun swimwear my whole life and I will never buy swim anywhere else but here again! I love matching with my boyfriend too and all the clothes and accessories they offer as well that match!! They have great points and coupon options too which encourages me to buy more cause they are really good rewards! Like 20% percent off coupons or free bags and swimwear! Not a lot of stores do that!

DO NOT BUY, unless you are American or know your size exactly. I ordered from blackboughswim thinking they are a fair company. The top of the bikini i ordered unfortunately didn't fit so I have to return the bikini. They only give back your money in store credit which is ridiculous and also very unusual for us Europeans. Then I find out you have to pay for the shipping cost YOURSELVES. In Europe this price varies between 9-12 euros's. You won't get this money back in store credit. It's absolutely ridiculous that a company that sells bikini's from 100 euros and more, does not pay for the returnlabels out of courtesy. Sick people, sick money tricks.

The customer service is excellent! One of the products in my order was the wrong product. After contacting them via email I received an answer the same day and a replacement was sent out free of charge the following day. The replacement arrived today, only 1 week after the original order arrived!

I made the silly mistake I’m sure many others do by purchasing an item that wasn’t in my country’s currency.The customer service was amazing! Fast and understanding reply’s from the customer support team. Which many shoppers don’t tend to get from large online retailers any more.My issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. I emailed about how shipping was longer than it was expected, and even though this really is not Blackbough’s fault, they still got into contact with DHL to try to expedite my package. I would give 6 stars if I could for how kind and easy to work with they are. Amazing and will buy here because of Ru and Nina.

I recently made a purchase from Blackbough Swim and I can honestly say my experience with the company was one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had. I live in place where it’s difficult to deliver mail and when there was a problem with the delivery their customer care team reach out to me and helped me to resolve the issue. They were very attentive and I was able to get my package without any other problems. Additionally, I was very happy with my purchase when I tried it on! Everything was just as pictured and honestly fit better than I expected. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely give this brand a try!

Just got my Basics Collection bikinis and I'm so in love with them! Aside from the high quality, I received my bikinis quickly and got a few gifts in the well designed package. So excited to buy more for my friends and family, easily a go-to premium Christmas present idea that'll make them happy :) Blackbough really does printed and plain swimwear so well, equally flattering which is really hard for me to find as a more petite person

My package never made it to me. I went three different times to go get it from its delivery location and it was never scanned into the system yet when I tried to get help from blackbough they just have told me to go back cause its there when its not offering no help or customer service at all. its been two months and they still havent helped me with this just had me in circles

Honestly amazing experience. The suit is adorable. Vibrant colors, adorable style, super soft fabric. But the customer service is also above and beyond. I had to return my bottoms for a size up and they helped me through the whole process while also helping me find the best deals and ways to go about things. I will definitely be ordering again.

I love this brand! First of all the swimwear is gorgeous and such good quality. Everything fits true to size and feels amazing on. Second, their customer service is incredible. I had an issue with the top of a swim set that I ordered and they were so sincere and quick to reply and resolve my issue. Placed an order and for some reason the shipping adress was changed in the process to some random WalMart store. There is no way we would have mistakenly used a Walmart address. Since they delivered to the WalMart, they refuse to refund our purchase. Hope they enjoy stealing our $35.

Always had a good experience with blackbough , been buying my bikinis from them since 2018. i saw one of the reviews here saying they were scammed. i've had multiple successful returns with them already since i wanted to try multiple styles. not sure what happened with the other person here who's claiming here she got scammed, but i would assume that initiating a chargeback against a company would discourage them from helping you from that point on.

I’ve ordered 2 bikinis from them so far and each one is amazing quality! Perfect fit, super soft material and the cutest designs. I recently was having a problem with my reviews glitching, not going through and not having received my points for them and they were amazing in responding and giving me my points for the reviews and answering any questions I had. I usually don’t write reviews for things but I felt compelled to write one based on how great the products and customer service is.

100% obsessed with BLACKBOUGH and their swimsuits! Most comfortable suits I’ve owned and very flattering too. Customer service was great when I was asking sizing questions as well. My only problem is they come out with so many pretty suits that my bank account can’t keep up 🤭

First off, the willow top is my absolute top favorite from blackbough. As a 36D it's one of the most supportive tops for me. Second of all, the colors of their prints are absolutely gorgeous. And the fabric is soo sturdy! If you're wondering if Blackbough are legit, they are one of the most consistent "IG" swimsuit brands I know who have been releasing amazing designs year by year.
