Is bitvavo.nl Legit?

I have a small amount of funds at Bitvavo. I have now tried to withdraw my funds to my Trust Wallet account. The funds are officially stuck somewhere in cyberspace, because they are no longer showing in Bitvavo and they have not arrived in my Trust Wallet. It has been more than 60 hours since my attempted withdrawal. I have contacted Bitvavo, through the Telegram app, "customer support" and they refuse to answer. I would assign them negative stars if it were possible but 1 star is a low as the rating system goes. As of right now...some 63 hours later, I have lost all of my funds and Bitvavo does nothing. Not even a response.

Good:- Support pretty good. Response within 4 hours. and clear instructions on what went wrong with the transaction and how to get part of my crypto transaction back.Bad:- No clear instruction why some transactions are not possible (partly my fault because i could have found it on their website if i would have dug deep enough).- No clear explanation on why and how Bitvavo was able to get part of my crypto transcation back but i still had to pay 50 euros for it.

Easy platform to get used to. Trading, withdrawing etc all works fast en perfect.MUCH LOWER FEES than all the big crypto platforms and nicer/easier experience.Customer team replied within hours and explained very well, friendly. Recommending Bitvavo

Very easy to purchase crypto, otherwise not many features and very high fees. Strict KYC control.

It’s registered with the DNB and their banking’s also done with a Dutch entity.It gives me confidence to deposit funds and trade in their platform.A simple app that does everything you need and would expect and nothing else.Even if other platforms have more coins to choose from, this has plenty and new ones are added often.Recommended.

I sent an X token from solana to my solana (bitvavo) adress. On Solscan I see my transaction and I can see my tokens are there in my bitvavo solana adress. Still by email I receive a general message saying it is not possible to return the tokens.. and when I answer I am not getting any reply for a long time.. still waiting. I have the rights on my tokens, and this can be returned, it depends if you guys want! Bitvavo is a registered company in the Netherlands and must therefore comply with Dutch law and regulations. I will not give up on this. This needs to be sorted outCall me on this number:0618663139

When you transfer money from bank account even main bank of NL, it takes way too long before it arrive to BITVAVO. Sometimes you miss the chance because of that. Why don't they do something on that????? They might say it's because of the bank but how in other platform you get it immediately???

Overall experience is good. When the market starts pumping or dumping they start having issues. Withdraws are processed very quickly ofting within 10 minutes of withdrawing. The crypto deposits are also done fairly quick. Great platform!

I contacted Bitvavo after I made a mistake sending my crypto to the wrong wallet address. I gave my wallet address just a name but forgot the real ledger name. After a few emails we could get the ledger name and the problem was solved. The Bitvavo response time was good.

Using Bitvavo since Binance got taken down in the Netherlands. Can only express that im happy with the platform so far. The buying and selling process is super easy and provides local payment gateway support (Ideal here in Holland). Would definitely recommend Bitvavo.

Bitvavo by far the easiest to use broker for crypto, fees are not as high as other platforms and has a nice staking system.I myself used the affiliate code 48E03DCAA7 when signing up to benefit from even lower fees the first few weeks. Definitely recommend Bitvavo to others

Very stable app, instant transfers to and from bank. I have been using Bitvavo since a couple of weeks. The app and the browser version has been working flawlessly until now. To my knowledge Bitvavo is also the service that has the lowest fees for trading cryptos. One thing that could be improved would be an indication of the amount of spread that I pay when buying and selling cryptos.

Made a mistake (sending staked Lido ETH to bitvavo). Bitvavo doesnt support the crypto, but Noah of customer support replied quickly on my cry for help, and Bitvavo was able to retrieve the tegoeden and send them back to my ledger account. Was done in 2 days. Very grateful!!
