My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I attempted to purchase BTC using my card, only to have the transaction abruptly halted. They demanded proof that the card used was actually mine. Seriously, what kind of shady operation is this?Even after I provided the necessary documentation proving the card was mine, they failed to give any timeframe for resolving the issue. My purchase took place on 12/06/24 at 14:36, and now it's 15/06/24 17:21. Despite this significant lapse of time, my situation remains unresolved. Their customer support is abysmal. Never had issues before this company. Recently sent money to their account wasn't meant for them. I asked kindly refund the money to my bank account they refuse to. I cooperate they asked me upload some my documents I couldn't send using the app nor verify true it. Shared documents of company my purchase was meant for then received naive massage in return stupid like, who sent me those documents. My response was Really. It was a smooth transaction, everything went as expected

I feel I need to write this review due to all the bad ones here. I just had my first purchase and yes the process was long, email back a SMS code and only accepting passport as ID, but I had all documents and received the amount of XMR as expected. Whole process under an hour. Maybe I just got lucky, I probably won't use again due to older reviews but everything worked well for me on this attempt

Soso. I bought cryptos with my credit card about 10 times or more from the 100 to 3000 euros, there was not a big problem. But the process was not that good. There were some delays of sending. Sometimes they never noticed before I get touch by email even something is going wrong. (ID verification) But finally, I got my cryptos well with low cost of credit card payment fee. I do not recommend here, but it is not a scam.

I highly do not recommend BitNovo if you do not have valid identification. I do not have valid ID as my passport expired and have not yet renewed it (due to Brexit and Covid). Regardless, they don't tell you this until AFTER you've paid, but they also won't cancel or refund you without valid ID apparently because of 'Fraud' or whatever, which is ironic because that in itself is fraudulant. So instead I highly recommend you just buy from somewhere else. Under no circumstances should you buy it from Bitnovo. Bitnovo sucks. ONE MILLION YEARS DUNGEON!Id point you in the right direction but they keep flagging my review as 'advertising', avoid them at all costs.

I live in France and I am a Bitnovo client. Few months ago I had an issue with a transfer of cryptocurrency. I contacted the Bitnovo SUPPORT and they immediately answered me. I waited for few weeks for them to solve my issue but in the end everything was done. I really recommend BITNOVO and its SUPPORT SERVICE. I could not have solved that situation without their help. READ CAREFULLY: I bought expensive vouchers and I received the crypto currency BUT bitnovo changed their redeem procedure!!! Now you must have their android or iphone app to redeem vouchers and for anything else AND THEY SAY THEY REQUIRE ID PROOF AND ID SELFIE, I didn't get such request but it is not sure when and if they actually ask for id!! Before you could simply redeem the vouchers on their website quick and easy also multiple vouchers, with this change of procedure it is more diffult and you can't be sure if they will ask for id proof and selfie. Not worth it anymore. BITNOVO RESTORE YOUR OLD REDEEM PROCEDURE!!!

ID you after purchase and charging your card, refuse to send you your Crypto due to 'problems' with your ID and then they just hang onto your cash saying they might refund you over the next month or so and even if you do get a refund they will deduct a 4% (min 10€) fee.

support worker called Martin i would rate him 0 out of 10 !! made me lose all my time from 8 am to 8 pm for a transaction that should be made in max 2 hours..But the worker called Louis was very fast and friendly. I rate him 10 out of 10. Be carefull who you choose in support please. Unsatisfied client doenst have the tendency to come back. And it would be shamefull to lose a client like me just for a guy that cannot do his job like Martin ...
