Is bitbetwin.cc Legit?

Over 4 months now and my 4 withdrawals are still on hold. Representative Chloe just gives the exact same “generic” response. I’m accepting the fact that they are crooks. I hope they get fined and put out of business. Horrible site!!!!!

I’ve been getting the run around to receive my withdrawl’s for almost a month now. Every time I reach out they say the exact same thing the last representative told me. The representative are very defensive as well , if anything they should be emphasizing with us because they know what’s going. I’ve had over a $1000 in winnings and still haven’t received $1. When I first noticed the problem, I reached out to one of the representatives Chloe and she assured me the problem was fixed. I clearly told her I do not want to load anything if I still cannot be paid. I follow there Facebook page and it’s a lady on there waiting for $4000, like this is really crazy. I don’t understand why are they still accepting deposits or constantly sending advertisements to play knowing they aren’t paying anyone.

All the five star reviews about this company NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED! I HAVE PROOF of email conversations with them to back up MY STATEMENT. THEY ARE A FRAUD, as the previous person who did a review I believe her statement is true! Their referral promotions are FAKE! I was told by Floyd and Chloe that my friends referral bonus would be applied to my account "shortly" 3 days later nothing, so I try to live chat them and only to get blocked and told not to scam or threaten them and they blocked me! IM THE ONE BEING SCAMMED out of my referral bonus dummies!??? Also I opened a ticket only to have them tell me my referral never used my code when they registered which is a BIG FAT LIE because again 2 other representatives already acknowledged that I WAS ELIGIBLE now they want to say I'm not??? I have a ton of money on my game and even offered to take 20 percent of my total winnings and they still won't do s%!t. They lie constantly, they are all talk and no action. They won't reply to my dozens of emails to info at bitbetwin.cc and finance at bitbetwin.cc ive called their fake a$$ number 909-991-7666 registered to a 92 yr old deceased man named Richard Van Rosmalen, dozens of times left dozens of messages and Noone ever answers or calls back. They think they are above the law and allowed to go unchecked, scamming people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.  They operate in Baku, Azerbaijan and that place is nicknamed the City of Scammers. Wonder Why? Smh. I read how hundreds of people have not been paid on all the review sites. And yet they continue to operate freely making hundreds of thousands of dollars with noone giving anything. These people need to be shut down immediately by the FBI. People need to collaborate and contact IC3.gov. The more people who message the more interest they will have in putting them down. Everyone can also collaborate and contact the Cyber Group Anonymous and let them know about the injustice going on and the thousands of people they steal from I'm sure they will be very interested.  The only way to stop this illegal, unlicensed, crooked site is in numbers. They hold your money cause they know you will quit. They think noone will find them, they are completely cocky and have no concern for you or anyone else. This site is built on a foundation of greed. They pay their workers to sit at a desk and literally lie all day and deal with nothing but angry customers. Who would choose to work for a place like that. I have a suspicion that their contact support team are victims of human trafficking. Cause who in the world would willingly sit and lie to angry pissed odf customers all day long. They think we are stupid by the way they just freely lie to us everyday. I'm only one person but if you really want to stick them where it hurts. Research Anything you can about them. I love this site. The team in charge of This casino platform acknowledge what it is that keeps their customers satisfied to not only keep coming back but to spread the word and bring someone else to join. They are very prompt and organized when it comes to the quality of service and the simplicity to request and direct appropriately for concerns and needs

They deactivated my account, after I deposited my funds and said that I had another account, which confused me. The email that came up was one that I haven't used and deactivated myself because I was hacked almost 5years ago. I explained this to them, letting them know that I have no access to it. They processed to tell me that's where my funds were placed and I have to use that email, but after telling them multiple times I have no access to the email and it's deactivated. Then they asked to send in photos to verify my my identity, well from four different people I was asked to do this, minded you four times I sent in documents and this disaster has been on going now for 22 hours, and nothing has been resolved!!! As a paying customer, I've never felt so put aside, I was shuffled around like a deck of cards!! Very disappointed in their customer service and how long it's taken to resolve this matter, that should have only taken a brief time to square away. SAD SITUATION!!!!!

I been with this gaming platform for years and they do block you when they don't like what your saying in chat I have had it happen right now it's been a week my withdrawal is in review with and undetermined time Frame for this review the customer service people say they can't do anything they are just messengers no manager to talk to nothing this is not cool this company just does whatever they want to whomever no reason or concern for them being in trouble for treating people like this because there is none. Honestly there isn't a better way to regulate this from happening and there should be someone needs to stop companies taking peoples money and not providing the service they are suppose to and in a timely fashion not months later. This feels so hopeless when your a customer and get terrible service with no end to it and a company with no manager screwing you over. I thought in America we had protection from this type stuff but I see we don't. I am tired of being a victim to terrible ungoverned companies they shouldn't be available for people to deal with and have their money taking from for services they on some occasions they might offer if you are lucky. And the 5 stars are lies this company has the worst customer service people need to stop saying anything other than that they make you wait for hours for no help they are unreasonable and don't help you I was told they can't do anything but pass messages on so if your message is I need help your screwed. I hate dealing with them it's a headache everytime
