“No support, and I have a brand new bike that I have to buy parts for.”

Everything is broken; frame is damaged, brakes hardly work, front rotor is to small for the caliber, kickstand is flimsy, missing parts, the banana seat slips on the frame even though i have tightened it to the point of stripping a bolt(scratched up my brand new paint), and the paint is more like a primer, and when I asked for help they sent me a email they never answered, and when I called they directed me to talk to a chat bot. I honestly think the people on youtube get different bikes than the costumer. Its either that or you have to join a bike club to get accurate information to have a reliable build. Honestly it feels like they tossed be a bunch of parts with no instructions and left me in the dark; in a attempt to extort more money out of me by forcing me to also pay their club members at the bike shop. Its like playing a video game where things keep breakin in order to keep you playing(spending). And for the record I didnt pay to play a game. Tip for consumers:Same your money buy a quality scooter. “Babe review”

I've been running the bbr stage 4 80cc engine now for about almost 3 years! And I've only ever had to replace the clutch camshaft once and only replaced the spark plug once and one new chain an one sprocket ever the whole time that is great but recently my bike doesn't run right now because it has no spark so I bought a new stater magneto from you guys hopefully that fixes it. I cannot express how bad the customer service is. You may think at first that they are actually helping you. Soon you will realize that they simply respond to emails and do t actually follow through. “The worst customer service”

This was a total rip off. The bike broke after 4 uses. Bikeberry refused to let us return it. We are in Hawaii, and there is no one to fix it. Customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time or money

After 3 bell rotors went out in less then ten miles each they said if it happened again I would have to send the rotor back to be checked no biggy really I said f-it and just bought the transmission kit from them and this is where I review starts... opening the box the troubles where not going to stop pulled out the motor mount looked like a 2 year old with a grinder had some fun a then the gas tank chipped and starting to rust pulled out the hand grips ( they were supposed to be chrome) black... totally disappointed...

“Chain snapped on first use and injured my four year old”

I bought two bikes for my daughters for Easter. They arrived and we assembled per the directions provided. One of my daughters got in the bike for the first time and the chain snapped causing her to fall and she was injured. I have contacted this company more than six times via email and phone with no response. I want to return both bikes but can't due to their lack of customer service. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this issue. Only order from here if you enjoy giving money in return for terrible customer service.

“WHAT A JOKE! NOT FUNNY!”

So 3 days ago I placed an order for a 26 inch 10 spoke mag rim set and a 22 tooth freewheel sprocket. First time ordering from bikeberry.com. I'm in urgent need to get my bike back on the road that I even paid $24 for shipping up to 5 days and bought shipping protection. I'm thinking I'll be getting my rims within 5 days. The order went through and I got thank you email and reciept. $222 and some change is what it cost me. The next day I get email stating that they need to verify my identity because my transaction was flagged by their fraud detection algorithm and they won't ship my order until i send pics of my id and cc. So I did. Here we are 3 days later and still no tracking number. Order not shipped. I called to request a refund for shipping fee because obviously I'm not going to get it in the time I paid for and was told no that shipping will kick in after I'm done being investigated. This is a joke but not funny! I will never order through bikeberry.com ever again. Products used:Still haven't shipped order to me.

“Missing parts, poor, unreadable print in manual and poor packaging”

We received our 24 inch boys bike today and put it together - to some extent. There were parts missing. I suspect it was due to the parts bag being open and the overall container having many gaps at top, sides and bottom. The bike will be fine once I visit the hardware store and buy some substitute nuts, spacers, washers and brackets for the reflectors. My issue was with a manual that didn't quite match up with the bike, an almost unreadable assembly manual and sloppy shipping integrity.

“Poor quality and poor customer service”

I purchased two bikes and received them well over two weeks ago. Both bikes were in disrepair after riding them for only a short distance. Don't try calling for assistance, they are not taking calls. After multiple emails including pictures and a video of the issues I have yet to receive a response. I finally took them both to the local bike repair shop and had both bikes fixed. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck on your purchase if you buy from bikeberry. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I find this company to be extremely frustrating to work with. One month after my bike was ordered I have received two notices that my bike is being shipped, but when I look at the shipment status it says that only the label was made for shipment. Nothing more. I called on several occasions to inquire about my order and they tell me that I will be receiving an email regarding my inquiry. The first couple of times I got a general email that was clearly copy/pasted. (evidently I am not the only one with Bikeberry issues. Clearly, they've created a vague email to distribute to every inquiry and complaint possible) and the other few times I called after that, I was promised an email and received nothing. I requested my money back at they are totally refusing. Do yourself a favor an order anywhere else other than here. “GigaByke 500 Swift arrived early and seems to be complete”

I understand that BikeBerry is probably just a wholesale house for Chinese mfg. The GigaByke 500 Swift met all my criteria (cheap, disk brakes, less than 40 lb, etc). I wanted to learn. I ordered it with the upsize 10.4 AH battery. I am aware that UPP batteries are not the highest quality. BikeBerry shipped quickly and FedEx delivered very fast. Actually just six days total from CA to East TN. The crate was in good shape when it arrived. It had been opened probably to switch out the upgraded battery. The assembly instructions were a bit sparse but I have had a lot experience with regular bikes. I have not had to deal with BikeBerry customer service. My opinion might be different in that situation. I am retired mechanical engineer. I have several bikes now. About 50 years ago I sold and assembled bikes at department store.
