7 orders so far, both small items and bike parts. Every time I got good information on the progress of the order to a fast dispatch. Delivery in a different country was fast and tracked.

Il cliente come da normativa Europea per le garanzie non deve avere nessun costo. Servizio di post vendita non conforme allo standar europeo.Received 4 tires 2 perfect and 2 deformed. For the deformed ones I should send the product at my expense that they must verify when they were sent a video of the obvious and non-disputable defect. The customer as per European regulations for guarantees must not have any cost. After-sales service not compliant with the European standard

I needed to order a quality and resistant lock for my E-Bike, the Hiplok D1000, and I needed it ASAP. Fortunately, Bike-Discount had it in stock, so I placed an order on Wednesday. The order experience was fast, convenient and everything was clearly stated (the delivery time, delivery countries, cost, etc...) They even managed to dispatch the order on the same day, and only two days later on Friday, I already received my lock, in less than 48 hours. The lock was packaged well in a box with eco-friendly void-filling. So the experience really was flawless. Definitely can recommend.

I've used this website to buy from the Netherlands five times, different types of products. Every time, I've found their prices to be better than other stores, and the most I've had to wait for a big order was about 4 business days. I've found DHL to be a little quicker than DPD when ordering from them.Just keep in mind some products might come without a box when heavily discounted if you care about that. In my case, it was a VERY cheap crankset. It came in new, perfect condition, without a box.Packaging was always top-notch. 100% recommended.

I made 3 orders over the last couple of months and in my experience the customer service is great.Response to email can take a few days but is ok.Also very fast refund on returned items.Prices are good and shipping fast (to Belgium)I think most bad reviews have to do with brexit or covid not really something bike discount can fix.It's the same thing for me buying stuff in uk I get F*cked by import tax.Will order again in the Future.

i have received all the items correct although it takes time to arrive in my local postal office in the Philippines. I was thinking that DHL will deliver it to my doors,but overall i was very satisfied with the shop. Planing to order more items from them to be shipped across the globe.

They sent super fast, 4 working days, and as requested to France. I can’t speak for other countries, they seem to have a lot of issues there which made me doubt, but it went stellar. And the products were oh so good, I wasnt expecting gereric tools be this quality, better than decathlon and cheaper, if only they had free delivery above 100 euros...

Postage was about 20days from Germany to Sydney Australia. Was bit anxious as it was my 1st time ordering from this online store overseas.Bought x2 MTB flat shoes that I could not find anywhere in Australia.They got the order right and though I would have like a faster delivery to Sydney Australia, it did get to me within 20days and their email customer service was fine.

Bought a seatpost, SP12/SP17 NCX 400mm but it got bend. I returned it and even when the policy said “when damage has occurred by force it falls outside warranty”, they still send me a new seatpost without any issue. (I was with 92kg also below the 95-120kg range, so it was still not my fault, but still good service)

I ordered a set of protectors which came mismatched (the right one was a size large and the left one a size medium?). I contacted customer service and they sent me the right protector in size medium (which was what I had ordered) quickly and free of charge. Truly a great experience, I recommend this website!
