Is bigapplebuddy.com Legit?

on the home page it says your product will arrive un 2 days but ive been waiting for 3 and it hasn't come yet

My experience was bad. Ordered two new laptops (~US$ 3,500) which Big Apple Buddy were to purchase from Best Buy. I had already checked Best Buy directly to ensure stock availability. BAB take my money, and email me 5 days later basically saying one of the laptops is now out of stock, so they cancel the whole order and issue a refund. All round poor service. Wasted my time and my funds for almost three weeks by the time my credit card was refunded.

In New Zealand, high end chromebooks are not easily available. Hence I had to order directly from the US. I was concerned about purchasing from an overseas site given the cost of the product. However, BigAppleBuddy site was excellent with full explanation and provided a good price and clear price for shipping and taxes due in NZ for the Chrome book I purchased. The process was seamless. The email trail from purchase, receiving the product and follow up is excellent. I will purchase again in future. The Chrome book plus is superb

I received my package from Big Apple Buddy, it is good experience, I really recommended for unique items, definitely you will find them on the site.

My order arrived in good condition. Given this item is both highly price inflated and wont be available for many months in Thailand, this was well worth BAB's service charge.The item was arrived a little slower than expected, but this is not unusual for a brand new VR set 2 days after initial release in the US. Customer service was courteous, prompt, and helpful.

Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.

Super fast delivery & extra kind staff - they sent out the product on 5th Jan, received it already on 9th Jan (and there was a weekend in between!). They were also really making sure that everything was fine with my order by even doing aftersales service and writing an email to check up on us if we are satisfied with the service and the product! :-) Very nice, keep on doing business like this guys, you are a positive example for everyone out there. I bought a pair of Under Armour Charged Impulse 2 Women's trainers and they arrived promptly (even with covid shipping delays in Australia!) and packed securely. Great range of trainers and would shop at Big Apple Buddy again. Follow up email and tracking of delivery was great. Being an Australian customer, I would recommend buying from BAB if you don’t live in the US.

Needed Beats Fit Pro as a Christmas present. Could only get them from USA. Ordered Thursday and received an email confirming Monday delivery. I was sceptical this would happen - but it did! I was impressed and then to receive a personal email asking if everything was OK was even more impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Apple Buddy. Exceptional customer service in my view and will use again.

This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Great service that makes it easier and cheaper to obtain goods from the USA that are not typically available in the UK. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. The updates sent throughout the process were precise and timely. Great service overall and will definitely return.

Phillis, the founder kept in touch with me through the whole process when I had any queries. I ordered a pair of Beats Fit Pro which are not released in the UK till sometime in 2022 - ordered on a Friday and they arrived 10 days later via FEDEX. I cannot fault the service, and yes you do pay a slight premium due to import tax etc but come on, it's way cheaper than flying to the US right! I would definitely use them again and cannot recommend them enough. First time user of BAB and I received my Logitech MX Mini in US layout today.Very nice service at a decent price, effortless ordering system, frequent updates, really fast shipping, friendly customer service.I need some things from the US from time to time but it has always been a real pain to be able to get them here.I will no longer be searching for those things on eBay or Amazon anymore but will simply order straight from BAB in the future.Highly recommended!

I really recommend using Big Apple Buddy. I used their services to preorder the new lenovo legion go from America all the way to UAE. The international priority shipping was expensive but I can assure you that the package arrived within 3 days I was impressed by the fast delivery and how well the package was packed. And also their customer support is really helpful.

I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx.Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into.From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.

I placed order on 14th and got delivered at 25th.Beats Fit Pro, well, everything seems well, but be careful about the final price. I bought item for $199 (around £150 and my final price was around $340!I paid $199 for item+$30 service fee+$47 shipping fee with FedEx+$8 PayPal fee+$55 VAT UK Tax and fee.Total price $340 !!! Is not a cheap, be careful.I didn't say is Big Apple Buddy fault, but shopping on line with them from UK is bit expensive, bear in mind.Otherwise, buds is great, and I'm happy with them, but if I see final price before I make a order, I will probably not buying them.
