Is bicycleseats.com Legit?

Product specifications were as stated. The cushion fits a very large bike seat. The ordering process was easy and the delivery timely.

I ordered the seat on Nov 17 and received it Dec 10. After not hearing anything about a shipping update, I sent an email on the 27th to see if it had been shipped. I received a reply on Dec 2 saying that it had been out of stock but that it was back in stock and that it would be shipped out that day. It would have been nice to have a note on the website saying that it was out of stock so that I would know that it would take a little longer. Or a follow up email saying that it was out of stock. The seat is nice.

I ordered the seat one week ago and haven't heard ANYTHING since except this stupid email wanting me to rate my experience. If I could give no stars i would.

Easy online ordering process and a prompt reply to my emailed question regarding seat flange adapter. Delivery was quick and the shipment contained exactly what I ordered.

I tried this gel seat because I was starting to get a lot of discomfort in my tailbone area while riding my upright exercise bike. It does help although not completely relieving the discomfort. Also, I feel a bit like I am being pitched forward...I will try adjusting the seat...which worked okay with no extra pad. The pad is very well made and fits quite well on my Schwinn 170 although I would like to be able to tighten it just a bit more.

And great products. The best bicycle seat cover in its class (12”-13”). Exercise is fun once again. I start pre-surgical physical therapy next month and will not hesitate to tell everyone about your seats and covers.

Unfortunately the bike seat & adaptor did not work on my exercise bike but I don't consider this an issue with this seller. It's just the way my exercise bike is made. The company is responsive when I send emails with questions but it can take a day or 2 to get a response. Shipping was very fast though so I was pleased with that. Overall it appears that this seller has a great range of products and pricing is reasonable.

Being a Canadian customer, I understand it’s a small market, but your shipping via USPS took 10 days and I had to go to the local Canada Post outlet to pickup. It was also over 50 bucks to ship one seat and an adaptor, while I believe US shipping would have been free. Perhaps you should look into using UPS or Fed Ex as they ship to Canada and know the “drill”. Maybe they would be a cheaper option Product is fine

This company is great! I was in need of a specialty seat on an older Schwinn exercise bike for my husband who is handicapped. The operartions manager, Kellen, got involved and had an attachment made for this seat so it will fit the post of our bike. I did not get charged for the attachment. This is an honest good business and I would use them again! Gwen

My emailed question to BicycleSeats.com was answered promptly, and the resulting order arrived very quickly. The sheepskin seat cover we ordered is of a nice quality and fit our Electra Townie women's bike.

Frustrated with existing exercise bike seat not fitting my seat well. Tried a padded cover, better but not great. Chatted with sales & 2 bicycle seats suggested and kit UNI4 to covert exercise seat platform to work with any typical bike seat. Chose Sunlite 49465.Easy installation and seat is great. Quick delivery, too.

I wasn't sure what part I needed to adapt my Schwinn Airdyne. I sent a note to these folks who responded right away. It turned out I only needed an inexpensive seat-post adapter rather than ordering an expensive seat. It arrived within two days of my order and was easy to install just as they instructed. I also received an appreciative personal note although I only ordered a $9 part! Thank you.

The seat adapter I purchased said it was compatible with my stationary bike (LanOS Folding bike), and it seems to be working. Still, I was only able to fit in two screws to hold the adapter; the third screw was 2-3 inches too far away from the third hole, and the adapter was too small, but I made it work anyway. I suspect it may not last as long (or be safe?) with only 2 screws holding the adapter in.

Fantastic gel pad for large exercise bike seat. Used it today for the second time, as it arrived only yesterday, and makes the wide seat so much more comfortable for my “boney rear end”. Seriously, it was like night and day. I recently purchased an expensive Matrix upright exercise bike which is very nice but a bit uncomfortable. This gel pad was a game changer and does exactly what I needed. I am very pleased.

It arrived early and fit perfectly. I’m going to have to drill a hole all of the way through to put a shoulder bolt in it to keep the seat support, that is part of the bike itself, from falling down. For some reason, even though I make sure it catches, it seams to come loose and while I’m riding it falls down, with me on it?

After finding the BicycleSeats.com on-line, the specific 'saddle cover' for my large exercise bicycle seat was easy to find and easy to order. It arrived in a very reasonable time frame.I am pleased ... my bum is pleased!

It is the perfect fit. It fits snuggly, so no shifting and the gel padding is exactly where it beats to be. I had return two previous ones purchased on Amazon because they both had inaccurate description of the seat cover, particularly the size. The description of this seat cover is exactly what I needed.

Well, I ordered a week ago and have yet to hear anything regarding shipping. I emailed the company in the wee hours of this morning and as of yet over 12 hours later still haven’t gotten a reply. I can’t say that I’m overly impressed so far. I needed that bicycle seat about now so I guess I’ll have to find someone else to buy it from.
