Is bicicletta.cc Legit?

Im grateful to Bici for helping me get back on the road and trails after 5 years off a bike. They gave me the advice I needed and helped to fit my new gravel bike perfectly. Really happy with this excellent shop and the kindness and enthusiasm extended to me.

Worst online experience I can recall.I ordered multiple items. Neither of the items I received was what I ordered.Have been trying for weeks to get a refund ticket.Absolutely hopeless. Despite multiple emails, calls, voicemail messages (since no live person answers and there is no call back or wait on hold option available) I am still waiting to hear from someone. Brutal communication/customer service. I would avoid these guys at all costs. PS not to be confused with Bicicletta Toronto who are awesome!

Bici is an excellent company with great people. I purchased my beautiful Cervélo S5 from them, which was shipped from Vancouver to me in Ottawa. They took excellent care in packing it, and the bike arrived in tip-top form very quickly. Their customer service from when I purchased it to when it arrived at my door was fantastic and frankly refreshing in a time when quality service often seems to be overlooked. Buying a bike can be very stressful, especially online, I didn’t feel that at all buying from Bici.

I have always used my LBS to buy new bikes, but given the current shortages I had to expand my horizon. Initially I was skeptical that buying a bike online would be as good an experience as buying in store, but Josh at Bicicletta completely blew me away. The price was great, any questions I had were quickly answered, and the bike arrived as advertised. I would highly encourage you to consider Josh and the Bicicletta.cc team for your next bike purchase!

In this pandemic age where there seems to be a shortage of anything and everything bike related, Bicicletta has been very reliable and easy to order from (I live in Alberta). Products are always shipped quickly and have never had issues with quality. They will definitely continue to be a bike shop that I will order from, even when and if this pandemic ends.

What a fabulous experience. I was skeptical at first having no actual store to go to and shop for a bike. From the initial phone consultation with Josh to picking up the bike at the store in Vancouver, it was a great experience. I'm excited about my new BMC Road Machine 2. It's a beautiful bike. My Cannondale Synapse arrived in the box, I installed the handle bars, seat and front wheel (tires were at proper pressure) then went out for a ride. Everything works and the bikes rides very nicely. I can recommend Bicicletta and the Synapse which rolls down the road very smoothly.

I have always had great customer service. Prices are good especially on sales items. The answer questions quickly. They ship fast as well. They have a great selection. Would not hesitate to recommend Bicicletta.

Josh was an excellent on line sales rep. Even though there was a serious problem with my bike purchase, between himself and the manager, they went above and beyond to get me a Cervelo that was “ sold out” and honoured the original price on a newer product. When it showed up at Bicicletta, the prep staff got turned around and shipped out the door the same day. Wonderful service. You can’t go wrong dealing with them! Thank you.

I ordered and received exactly what I wanted and received it in a timely manner, well packaged Unfortunately in my part I ordered the wrong size in the Assos jacket and am now waiting for the return authorizationIt is too bad that they do not have any stock in the 2XL sizeI look forward to ordering from them in the future

Canada's Premium Bicycle Store that will screw you over. I would definitely not recommend this store especially if you're buying a bike online. I was told that a mechanic would look over the bike and make sure everything works properly, well that’s BS, Di2 firmware wasn’t done, gears needed adjustment nothing was done, not impressed with this store.

Very pleasant experience and the shipping was fast. I especially liked how the package tracking worked. They let me know the day it was out for delivery and then another message when I was next. Tracking package in real time was a nice touch. I would and will order again, top notch!

I looked through many sources and suppliers for the right gravel bike for my needs and budget. Found it at Bicicletta. They answered my questions quickly through online chat and I placed the order online. There was one small hiccup with inventory availability that the Bicicletta team solved within an hour. Bike got shipped as planned and arrived safely. First ride on it was today. Easy, peasy. I'm a fan of shopping local and support my local bike shop but when inventory isn't available for months to years it's good to know that there are great people like Bicicletta you can count on.

Service is great but there are faster business to ship like Dunbar Cycle. The one thing they are the best at compared to other Canadian bike store, is they have the largest inventory. Only complaint they use Canada Post which is hit or miss for shipping times, and they charge for shipping regardless of how much you spend. Overall extremely happy!!! I don’t give five stars as there is always room for improvement!!

Great place to shop for bike stuff. I am on the Sunshine Coast so selection of instock items can be sparce in most LBS so its great to have the awesome selection and shipping options from Bicicletta. Very happy and will continue to shop here...........waynebergman

I bought a new mountain bike from Bicicletta and have been nothing but impressed by their service before and after sales. It is located in BC and I am in Ontario and they took the time to help me out in every aspect. After a couple of months, I had a piece that broke and messaged them. Right away they responded to my message and have done everything they can to make the experience a valuable one. Shoutout to Cam Manson who has taken care of me. Service has been better then most local shops even though they are hours away by plane.
