I bought the. Little Women vase as a present for my book loving 20 year old daughter. We both were very pleased when It arrived quick (considering we live in the Netherlands), beautifully packaged and in good condition. A lovely gift to give and recieve, thank you!

I ordered 2 vases after seeing them online. I have made many faux pas in the past. Last one was 4 kilner jars for £2. When they arrived and were perfect except for the size! Pepperpot size. Ready for my next faux pas my vases arrive. I am jumping for joy. Both are truly wonderful. Alice I bought for myself. The other is a surprise for my best friend so no description or photos as yet.Creative, useful and eyecatching. May have to purchase more!

One of the best customer service experiences I‘ve ever had. I ordered the Little Women book vase as a birthday gift for my daughter who LOVES the book. Ordered from Germany, I must add, so I knew it would take some time to be shipped. It happened to arrive when I wasn’t in town and had no chance to pick it up from the post office. When I got the information from the shipper that my order was being sent back to the original sender, I contacted Biblio Bloom in panic. A wonderful lady called Jennie took over, calmed me down and arranged for it to be send back to me before it left Germany. The book vase arrived only one day after my daughter’s birthday, I placed it on her desk, already decorated with flowers. When she got home from school she almost cried because of the surprise and because she loved the vase so much! It really looks exactly like on the photos of Biblio Bloom’s page and is such a special and original gift for any book lover.

I ordered two Pride and Prejudice ceramic book vases for my daughters for Christmas. They both came with chipped corners. I contacted Biblio Bloom and they were right on it. I sent them pictures of the damaged vases and boxes and they immediately made it right. They and their customer service are top tier. I would absolutely get more, this time for me!!!

I have been a reading addict since I was in 3rd grade, so when I saw these I immediately bought two of my favorites: Anne of Green Gables and little Women. I have received my vase and it is absolutely beautiful. I panicked when I had an email to say it had been delivered when I had not received it. I contacted this company immediately and received a swift reply on a Sunday. They were helpful and began to investigate, however it arrived the next day. I obviously told them straight away. I received a beautiful reply and the customer service is second to none. I really cannot recommend this company enough. As we all know you can tell how good people are by how they deal with queries. I have nothing but praise and thanks for their response.

This little book vase is an absolute star! It arrived quickly and extremely well packed. I chose the Pride & Prejudice version and it looks fabulous adorned with white roses. So pleased, that I will be ordering more as gifts. Well done Biblio Bloom

I would never buy from this company again. The product, a vase, was very poor quality. It was made from unpleasant acrylic material with a poorly created image on the front. It’s small and very cheap looking. It was bought as a gift but I wouldn’t insult any friend by giving it to them. I contacted the customer services department who refused to accept my views and refused to offer a refund. After quite a lengthy email exchange they finally agreed to a refund of 30%. I’ve wasted time and money on an inferior product which I wouldn’t ever display or give as a gift. My only recommendation would be never to purchase anything from this unprofessional and very second rate company.

Delivery excellent, and to relive memories of the first " grown up" book I read is just lovely ,never forgotten the 1st line , Little Women " Christmas won't be Christmas without any presents " I have bought Peter Pan for my Mum 95 in September, she and Dad used to read it to me ,I knew it word for word ,in chapter 13 when Tink is dying I used to get the whole family clapping and saying " I do believe in Fairies " Happy days ,wonderful memories "

Delivered without warning and left on the doorstep whilst I was away, rather than even putting in the carport to the side of the house. Neighbours have looked everywhere for it and no where to be seen, so obviously someone just took it - what a surprise just leaving on doorstep on street. Absolutely hopeless. Would not use if you actually want to receive your order.
