I have gotten two different reptiles from bhb(brian). A corn snake and a leopard gecko. Very happy with my orders. They shipped them both at seperate times a year a part from Michigan to Arkansas absolutely no issues. I plan on ordering a couple more geckos and a ball python soon. I am also thinking about getting a crested gecko for my adult daughter she's been wanting one and has had her ball python 3 yrs no issues. “Amazing customer service and beautiful snakes”

I bought a snake from BHB Reptiles a year ago and I've been thrilled with her. I live in Canada, and the shipping process was a bit more involved, but Beth talked me through the process every step of the way. She was so friendly, and when I had questions after question, as this was my first snake, she was so patient. She was incredible. The snake itself is healthy, beautiful and is great to handle. These guys are amazing. I purchased a few corns from them a while back, almost two years ago now. They are STILL thriving. Brian has such great customer service skills, offers amazing discounts, and really cares for the animals he sells. They all have proper caging that go above and beyond my standards. Its hard to trust people in this hobby, and hes one of the very few that I do repeat business with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about many animals and you just know hes not only in it for money. Hes in it because of his passion for animals. They pack their animals very well! Probably the best ive seen yet! I plan on purchasing more from them very soon!

“Terrible business/guy/service”

I ordered a pair of California kingsnakes from bhb reptile that was about 360 plus extra but when I got them in they were just laying still I didn't think nothing of it until a few days later they were sick and barely moving around so I called them up and they said it's my fault that it was the temperature or the bedding or enclosure size and that they do a proper health check of animals before sent out which is a bunch of bull$#*! they just try to make there company look good I will never order from bhb reptiles again if you do prepare for the worse and I ever seen Brian the owner in public I would beat his a$$ not for ripping me and other people off but because also how he treats his animals leaving them with mouth rot and mites and dirty tubs he's terrible snake breeder and doesn't deserve his company there are just so many small time breeders out doing him and that says a lot so bottom line don't order from this phony company hope this helps someone Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Honest & professional”

So at first i was a bit hesitant to try a new company, especially with not many reviews to look at outside of their website. I mean the reviews are positive, but i could only find like 1 or 2. Then again, the lack of reviews means while not many people care to write one, the company doesn't falsely boast their reviews, either. The only abundant source of info. I could find to decipher really about the company was their social media. I admit... i basically dissected their youtube channel lol. Not only did i watch many of the the videos, themselves, but i also did some digging into some of the comments, to see if i could find the reactions of actual customers. Through this, i learned alot more about the company, and the people who run it. Whereas otherwise, i'd be going into this near-blind. I hope this review helps others make a decision without having to do all those hours of extra digging i did. But in the end it was all worth the time to me because i found a second reptile company i can actually trust! HOW I FOUND BHB: in the past, i admit because it was safer to stick with a co. I trust instead of trying somethin new... i'd always just used snakesatsunset, but when ur looking for something real specific, sometimes their selection is not sufficient. I first found BHBreptiles while looking for a place that had a broader selection. And i was quite pleased with the selection i'd found. GENERAL REVIEW: my first purchase i was very happy with. I'd gotten a ball python & a milk snake. The ball python i was actually able to hand-select from a listing where u get the exact snake that's in the picture. The milk snake was just from a stock photo, so u didn't know the exact snake u were getting, but i think they picked me out a really nice one! My second purchase was just as positive. I would've bought the corn snake alongside the other two, but at the time they didn't have most of their 2021 corn snakes up yet and i'd stupidly assumed that they just didn't have many cornsnakes. Well... sure enough month... months later there are all these amazing corn snakes to choose from & i finally broke down & bought me another one. APPETITE OF ANIMALS: The cornsnake is brand new so can't say much about feeding etc yet on him but the other two i've had for a handful of months now... they always eat like champs! PRICE & HONESTY: their price i'd say, depending on what it is, is average - high side of average. But you get the promise of an honest company, who doesn't scam you. For ex, the corn i got was a normal HET. Many places would fake that, but with this place... i know i'm always going to get exactly what it says i will get. If you watch any of their youtube channels, which i'll get into later about... you can see this isn't a company that's in the buisness of purposefully producing many normals. Most their normals come from breeding projects for other, often rare, morphs. It's not like your typical "pet store" atmosphere where they're catering to people who just want pets... i truly believe this guy is literally obsessed with breeding the most insane snakes and then on the side, he sells the stuff he doesn't want to keep, or that he knows is really popular. CUSTOMER SERVICE & ANIMAL SAFETY: When they go to schedule your order, they are so concerned about the animal's well-being that actually have to speak to you personally on the phone to schedule (not email, txt, etc) or they will refuse to ship it. They don't have that much of a reception staffing, so sometimes i've noticed if you miss their call and try to call them back, sometimes you get lucky and get them but most of the time they don't pick up but they always call you back. The scheduling call itself is very informative. They go over what the snake is eating, when he/she last fed, pkg signature requirements, etc. i have had snakes for many years so for me it's more piece of mind than anything. But for someone who's never had a snake as a pet in their entire life, this information double-checks people are properly educated and they're also willing to take the time to sit there & explain stuff if u ever have a question about something, which is really nice.
