My husband made a purchase in April 2022. He received an email about delay due to issues occurring in UKraine and they said they would check on his item and put a rush on it. Well it it is July 4,2022 and after at least 5 to 6 emails with bull crap about how sorry they are and they finally sent him a link for refund policy. Beyondtheinfinity is a scam. They do not provide the products ordered and do not respond to emails sent through their customer support portal. One customer service phone number is no longer monitored and another number says leave a message. Thirty calls during their business hours and not once a real person and never a response to my voice messages or delivery updates. In other words, there is no way to contact them or get a refund. The Better Business Bureau shows many scam complaints for this company.

Beyond the Infinity is a scam. Never received my item and they have not responded to my emails since, I have requested a refund
This business is a rip off. They offer great prices however you never get them. I have no idea why this site is allowed to operate. There needs to be some protection for consumers and credit card companies.
Scam. Plain and simple. The company (for my early Aug purchase) billed me as "Joyful Veneers" (a dentistry company), and then eventually swapped their billing codes to be more in line with the web site. They post items at low-ball prices, but you can expect never to get the item you think you purchased. When I woke up the next morning after my stupid bleary-eyed purchase, I immediately mailed them to cancel refund my purchase, and then sent this evidence to Amex to dispute the charge. You should do the same with your cc company. Since Aug, the company has 'moved' from Iowa, to California. Not sure why this lists Illinois, but maybe that was some prior address. The current address on their website is the address of a UPS Store. The site is always setup to 'home' to a shared business hoteling office space that will provide a business address, but they do not exist at that location. When I've told them what flags them as a scam site (bad billing, and useless phone numbers) they have 'corrected' the issues on their site, so either as a (very very bad) business they are active, or they maintain their game to keep looking like a non-scam site. Either way, don't waste your time/money here. You won't be happy.
