Is beyondnine.co.uk Legit?

I have bought lots of items from Beyond Nine as I absolutely love the look and feel of them. They are so comfy, the styles are perfect and the customer service is always fast to respond. However, I have never had a pair of linen trousers last more than a year before I have to throw them away as they have worn through in the inner thighs. I’ve just developed a hole in my fourth pair of linen Mabels, after buying them just over a year ago which is the longest I’ve gotten out of a pair! I’ll probably buy more as I do love them, but I have fast fashion clothes that have lasted much much longer, so it does feel wasteful to have to keep replacing them so often (not to mention expensive!)

I have truly fallen in love with Beyond Nine designs. I own multiple pieces at this point. Sadly my linen Mabels wore out in the bum in less than a year. I emailed with Alice and she was so sweet and did a great job communicating with me. I will continue loving and purchasing!!

I unfortunately had an issue with my delivery . After emailing Alice at the beyond nine team . This was quickly resolved . She emailed me back very promptly and the problem was rectified on the same day . I have been recommended by many friends about this amazing sustainable brand and is very clear why . I will most definitely be purchasing again .

Edit: I must admit, I’ve had excellent customer service from Alice. I was sent a mislabelled item that was in fact a 2XL disguised as an M! Alice was really helpful and refunded all my postage costs and gave me a free postage code for a further item. Thank you.

Not very easy or straightforward returns policy - seemed to have an incorrect set up with the qr code which doesn’t work for Royal Mail pick ups. Plus sizing not great for those who are shorter.

I had a good experience making my purchases with beyond nine, customer service were supportive and responsive when I queried sizing and availability, I never waited that long to get a reply from an email. I would suggest a few improvements though, the return portal could be clearer (on desktop it was easier to navigate than on my phone) and I returned one pair of trousers and had to pay £4 but in the same order I had an exchange which you could return for free, but they both went back together so I didn’t really get a free exchange! I do like that you can browse for an exchange in the return portal but it did also show me choices that weren’t in stock at the time. The trousers I own are Daisy linen and jersey and they’re both really comfy and versatile but I do wish they pre-shrinked the clothes like Lucy & yak do, I’m 5 ft 6 so not in the tall realm but now I’ve washed both trousers once (at 30 and stretched them when damp) I think I should have considered shopping in the tall section of the website. They still look great but there’s more breeze by my ankles than on the first wear and it feels like more than the 3% the label warns you of!That being said I’m sure I’ll make more purchases in the future

I love the style and comfort of everything I've bought from Beyond Nine, and I love the sustainability and ethos of what they do.I've never been pregnant, and I never will be, but I have a number of health issues that cause chronic pain, pain sensitivity, and bloating. The looseness of BN's clothes, and the elasticated waists in the trousers, allow me to feel put together without compromising comfort.I do feel that the quality is a little questionable given the price of the garments. Every linen piece I've bought has flaws (nicks and pulls, patches of discolouration), and the stitching is a mess on some of the Esme tops - loose and overlapping. I also have a Cece dress where the pocket developed a hole after just one wear and one wash.I've never needed to return anything so I can't comment on the customer service or returns policy, but I am wary of that having read the other reviews on here.

Lovely trousers. There was an issue with Royal Mail but Alice at Beyond None was extremely helpful in getting this resolved.

This is my second time ordering as I loved my first pair of trousers so much . Ordered my second pair but needed to return as the second pair was different style which turned out not to suit me ! Customer service was second to none - exchange sorted smoothly and received several updates . So nice to have such excellent customer service- Would recommend!

Really well made clothes made with high quality fabric. They went the extra mile to help me out with a very quick exchange with premium delivery, in time for it to arrive for my holiday! They really care about the people who wear their clothes. 😊

I ordered a top and trousers in the jersey material and loved both. The trousers were a little bi so requested an exchange. I didn’t get confirmation on the shipping so emailed Beyond Nine and they were fantastic. Speedy responses and issue resolved in no time. I’m sorry others had a negative experience but I am really pleased with the quality of the clothing and the service I received so thank you.

The quality of these clothes is terrible and the custoner service is even worse. Shoddy seams and thin material that tears and frays after just a few washes. I emailed over a month ago and had no response and have now returned both items by tracked delivery (which I had to pay for). I can see from the tracking that the return is received but have had zero acknowledgement and certainly no refund. Save yourself time and money by avoiding this company altogether.

Beyond Nine are one of my absolute favourite companies. Not only are their items gorgeous, you can see they’re beautifully designed with attention to detail. Also their Customer Service is again, one of the best experiences I have had (& they frequently go the extra mile to help). I can’t recommend the whole team & company enough ✨

Ordered from Ireland. 🇮🇪 Trousers don’t fit. Went to return the order and international orders are considered final- no returns. No where is this mentioned along the purchasing journey. Do not purchase from this company.

My wife’s finger was cut open and left bleeding by a sharp shard of metal sticking out of one of the poppers of her Margot jumpsuit from Beyond Nine. We contacted the company with photos, and got a sorry, and were told that a replacement had been sent out and that we should send the faulty one back. The following week, wondering what had happened to the alleged replacement, we were told that they don’t have any left and offered a refund or alternative colour or style. My wife has bought many times from Beyond Nine, raved about their products, and has probably influenced many other sales for them. But this is probably the last time, given their attitude to a case of actual bodily harm caused by shoddy quality control. Shame on you, Beyond Nine.

I feel lucky to have a number of beyond nine items, from jumpsuits to shorts and lots of linen trousers. The quality and cut of these items is always to the highest standard and as well as being environmentally conscious they also pay their workers fair wages. Couldn't love them more. Two babies and many body changes later they're still my favourite brand.

I bought a jumpsuit. I wore it twice, washed once, according to instruction. The material completely changed and stitching came undone. I reached out twice via email, 3 times via Instagram, and nobody replied to me. The jumpsuit was so expensive and I expected much more- I certainly didn’t expect the non existent customer service. So disappointing.

The garments are exceptionally well made and soft. Love the feel and shape. Trendy and comfortable. Will definitely buy more items.

Love the style and design but the quality doesn’t match unfortunately. The jogging bottoms “seat” terribly so they develop a really strange shape particularly at the knees. They are not at all tight on me and are a very oversized fit. Not what you would expect with a wide leg design and for the price point. The care instructions should have been a giveaway too… they advise spot cleaning rather than frequent washing!! Considering these clothes are designed and aimed at pregnancy and beyond this is not at all practical. They need to be laundered at 30 degrees otherwise they shrink. Also they need to be laundered to regain their original shape!!! Such a disappointment considering I purchased two coordinating sets plus extra trousers and top….

I bought the Mabels in the stripes. The fabric was coarse and uncomfortable and they just didn't suit me (they use mostly similar shaped models - my fault for not noticing prior to ordering). On top of this, return postage is not covered and really expensive which in itself would make me consider ordering again.I wrote a similar review on the website and they didn't publish it, which seems dishonest. If you check, the lowest starred rating I could find was 3 stars. I actually have a second hand paid in a different fabric from Vinted and although I wanted to support a small business I won't be doing so again.
