I have bags under my eyes. After hearing a number of celebrity endorsements on the radio including Sean Hannity I decided to try the package of products. I have no doubt it can and has helped many people but unfortunately I saw no improvement. Many in my family have this condition so maybe creams cannot help me. I reached out to the company requesting a return label so I could return the products and use their money back guarantee since I was within 30 days of purchase. It took three attempts (first calling and talking to customer service and then two email attempts) before receiving an email return label. When it was received, the bar code was very blurry. I tried to improve and enhance it to print something better without success.I took it to UPS as instructed hoping they could still use it. They could use the address but were unable to scan the bar code which would have made it free to return. I had to pay to return the product. I emailed a copy of their return label and my receipt for shipping.Over a week later, no refund on returned productsNo reply on shipping issueI totally understand that even though their product didn’t help me, it can still be a great product.How you handle customers is what determines a great company.

I had heard about these skin care products and kept meaning to try them. I finally did. I must admit initially I was not seeing results and was skeptical as to whether I would. After using now as directed for a month, I do see improved results. One suggestion is to wait a few weeks to illicit a review so you have more accurate feedback on user’s results.

Selecting products to purchase was quite easy. I enjoy the products I recently purchased today. When I elected to redeem some Happy Points, the website kept sending me to the same screen which reflected an area to click on to redeem Happy Points. It was a little frustrating but appreciate the opportunity to redeem some Happy Points. ct

The Chamonix site was very easy to navigate on an Android phone. I appreciate the help of customer reviews to help me choose products. I would like to see product descriptions include guidance on why you would choose one product over another when they address the same concern.

Genucel was recommended by Ben Shapiro and I am glad I followed up on the suggestion. I am enjoying the bundle of skincare products. I have recently relocated to the central plains from Phoenix. I am an Internist and I have atopic dermatitis on my face particularly on nasal creases and eyebrows and has been using hydrocortisone intermittently. I am skeptical about using these “beauty products “. My brother who has the same condition told me about Chamonix products and I gave it a try since last year, I haven’t used topical steroids since then!

I am super busy and frequently get frustrated trying to purchase certain products online. Chamonix site is a breeze. Products categorized by type and clear pricing. What an enjoyable experience. PS. I love their products

Products were quite well-organized and displayed so that you could read about them and make a decision about your purchase.One thing I would suggest changing are the pop-up testimonial ads. They were quite distracting and often in the way of what I was trying to see or read.

I've been using chamonix skin care for over a year now and have seen really good results in the firmness on my eyelids. My eyelids were starting to become crepey when I put on eye shadow and the chamonix eyelid cream has firmed them back up. I love the whole line of skin care and use it twice a day. The customer service people are also very helpful and efficient.

The chat help online was very helpful. They provided the link to the products we were discussing. I also appreciated they were not trying to notch up sales, but provided information on what I needed without trying to upsale. Very much appreciated that!

Love the products , clear description of each item and easy ordering . Plus delivery is always in a timely fashion.The only negative is the item size could be larger so you don’t have to order so frequently .

I have found it impossible to reach customer service to return a product they keep shipping to me without it having been ever ordered! I challenge anyone to find a care provider on their website! Then once you find one, you have to send an email, which I did about a week ago, with no response!

Products are good, but the customer experience on your website is very poor. Tried to use the FEB23-1 code from the mailer, which didn't work and the code for customer appreciation FEB23-30 didn't work either. Also, I have ordered multiple times from Chamonix at significant cost and points earned always are ZERO.

The website has improved dramatically. I can click on items to view products and descriptions without them automatically being added to my cart. And I can remove items from my cart if I choose to.

I love Chamonix skin care. Just want to say that up front. I’ve had several concierge service calls lately and have asked each if they could help me refine my monthly shipment of products as I’m having difficulty using them all. Each time I’ve been told I need to contact customer service. My question is: why are you calling me as a concierge service when you can’t provide me with a customer service? As it stands your concierge service is no more than a telemarketing call which I don’t appreciate. Thanks for your time.
