Is betterkitchens.co.uk Legit?

Our kitchen journey started in the showroom with Mitch….lovely young man and very knowledgeable, we had our fitter already in place but needed a new kitchen….our choice Ultimo in Cashmere gloss hasn’t disappointed us excellent quality with a modern look. My only request was a ‘Larder’ and I ❤️❤️❤️ love it Thank you 🤩 We also had a great deal with a free Hot Tap in copper 👍 working great since day one. I a have to also mention the delivery…. Luckily I had 2 strong 💪🏻 young men present as delivery didn’t include placing the order into my property….. but I think this is available for a fee …..delivery was otherwise A1 Unfortunately we had one front cupboard unit damaged (which wasn’t picked up until fitted some time later) was promptly replaced FOC….Thank you to everyone at Better Kitchens for making our Kitchen Journey a great experience Donald & Elaine Schofield Sorry 😔 for the late review

What a caring company, I’ve had my Kitchen near to 3 years now and recently had a minor problem with a Wall Corner unit door hinge. One call to customer service to purchase the correct hinge and was told their hinges come with a lifetime guarantee so replacement was free of charge and postage. Well done Better Kitchens!!

Great company to deal with and smooth ordering process. Super prices and the kitchens are of very good quality, all assembled (unless for some unknown reason you select flat pack) and ready to fit. I ordered rimless high gloss Ultimo units and was extremely pleased with what I received. Don’t bother with the major kitchen suppliers as you pay far far more for much less. Even if you are not competent to install yourself it’s worth ordering with the help of your chosen tradesperson or someone who is to save ££.

Better Kitchens - aptly named. It's only when you have a Better Kitchen and then go, see and compare the other well known high street names that you realise that you actually do have a better kitchen!The quality is far superior from the doors and hinges to the carcasses.Ordering online is extremely easy and the online support is first class. From start to finish, the ordering, delivery and price was first class. Forget the rest and try the best!

Excellent quality kitchen for the price. Very helpful staff at all stages, design (special thanks to Neil & Julian), order...and after sales when the inevitable extras are needed! Slight hiccup with what appeared to be a new member of staff giving the wrong advice during an after sale query, but this was promptly sorted by Julian when we highlighted it to him. Would highly recommend.

After looking round some well known kitchen companies we thought we would look online as well. From the initial email through to delivery the Better Kitchens team were very helpful and quick to respond. Any issues / questions we had were dealt with swiftly and resolved even during the situation with COVID. The kitchen themselves are really good and solid, they come with all doors / draws on so a huge time saving. Definitely recommend and will be using them again in the new year to do the utility!

Quality build, best kitchen units so far, Solid backs, frame, we had the painted version, standard is first class, self close doors and everything matches colour wise. Better kitchens do go that extra mile, first class manufacturer.

Looking for a concrete colour of kitchen cabinets, came across Better kitchens. Absolutely stunning, fabulous finished with high end quality. Kitchen fitters opinion was on par with wrens, if not better, best quality of soft close hinges, laminated edged on front face of cabinets. Fully colour coordinated internally. Doors well built 18mm thick, the price was not beatable by any of popular kitchen supplier's. Better kitchens were able to supply a huge range of sizes that would satisfy any size of kitchen, amazing prices. Thank you Better kitchens,Iqbal Musaji.

Faulty items and poor after sales communication.Our order wasn't delivered correctly (some parts missing and some excess to the plan) as well as faulty items such as broken fittings and warped doors. Having to chase for updates on how the company will resolve this and still not clear what will be done.

Totally incompetent customer service. Dont deliver the full order and don't tell you that parts are missing. When you need to urgently contact customer service you are told to submit a support ticket, then you don't hear anything for two days. Our kitchen fitters had to make a replacement part at our expense and Better Kitchens refused to compensate us for it using a clause in their small print. I certainly wouldn't use them again!

Units are well built. But It took 3 deliveries to complete the order - initial delivery was missing a dummy drawer front and end panel. Second delivery included the wrong colour end panel, very inconvenient when I have to arrange for someone to be on site.The sink unit needs heavy modification to take a Grohe 1.5 bowl sink. Other appliances all fitted Ok.

We cannot recommend Better Kitchens highly enough. The service and after service we received was excellent. From start to finish we were kept informed and updated. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. We had a great customer service experience and are delighted with our new kitchen. The team couldn’t help enough, the planning and drawings were spot on. Delivery when expected even during Covid and all arrived in perfect condition. Yes I read the reviews first - some are bad, but most are good. We took the risk - and it worked! Couldn’t be happier.

This company are amazing. I had a leak in my small kitchen ceiling and only needed to replace some wall cupboards. Julian in customer service went above and beyond for such a small order. When I move house I would not hesitate to use this company for a full refit. What an absolute fabulous internet find.
