betterhash.net Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives betterhash.net one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 90.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 90.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to betterhash.net's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning betterhash.net, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between betterhash.net and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of betterhash.net. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of betterhash.net, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. betterhash.net is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether betterhash.net has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether betterhash.net boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, betterhash.net.

They "archived" my account for being dormant (which is strange because my computer mines every day because their software loads on startup). So basically, they archive your account for being "dormant" yet still uses my computer to mine every day. Nice little scam.
Better hash I feel honestly is a scam. I mined cions up to 0.0015. that translates to R1600 in ZAR Currency what I see here is that through Thier fees I've lost R600 that is a good $31 lost in fees when they withdrawal fee is stated to be only $7. Betterhash I quit mining on your platform permanently
They seem legit. I was running with etherium.org (also a great site), but have now been running 3 machines under Better Hash off\on for 1 1/2 months now. There appears to be some issues with their auto switcher with the 30 series LHR nvidia cards - I had to turn off auto switching and force to ravencoin. It would be nice if they offered additional miner programs - albeit with royalty caveats & I'm hoping they'll work out the LHR issues, but overall I give them high marks.ps. My referral ID is 123010
BetterHash is a very good mining software. It was a little quirky at first with one of my rigs, but after some tweaking, it was working well. I found NH to be a bit more profitable and easier to use and chart, but BetterHash is definitely my backup if NiceHash has issues.
Great app, Have aleredy earned 40 dollars mining with it with my RX 5700 XT SAPPHIRE NITRO PLUS!!!!Mines directly to my trustwallet!Use my refferal code for a sweet commission: ref code 94846Happy mining ⛏️
Highly recommended! This Romanian company is more than great!Much, much better than Nicehash, because:- You can mine switching profit, if you want;- You can withdraw three different coins: XMR, ETC and ETH.Not only BTC!At Nicehash you have to wait to reach 50.000 BTC satoshi to withdraw in Coinbase. So, if you dont want BTC, you can have the other three. You can also mine with 4 GB GPUs - best for ETC.Also, the have a great support.I recommend it.Happy mining!
Best mining platform I've found. Very easy to use and reliable. Their support on Facebook is also fantastic. Highly recommended.
I use betterhash.net app for mining and it is legit. I use a 3070 card and its mining speed is almost 52 MH/s [ETH - Ethash (Phoenix)]. I am mining since March 1st this year. Till yesterday - May 15th (after 2 months and a half) I mined 0.006 bitcoins (after automatic exchanges of ETH). I used automatic BTC transfer (first after 0.001, second after 0.005 BTC) to my private infinity wallet and then directly to LDVBank.com wallet, when I found out that for each transfer I will pay around 10 euros. The fee for exchanging BTC to euros is 0 at LDVBank.com and for transfering to a Revolut euros account is 2 euros flat. So in total I pay fees of 0.0002 BTC flat and 2 euros for my mining plus energy cost which, in my case, is pretty low, around 0.15 euros/kW (around 20 euros/month, I guess, for 200 W/hour power consumption). Finally, after taxes, which are 10%, my monthly profit is a sum of 75 euros (today). My monthly mined BTC (after exchanging ETH) is around 0.003, so profit may vary depending of the BTC price. But I prefer to withdraw BTC from betterhash.com once to almost 2 months, when I have 0.005 BTC. You can choose to withdraw even more rarely, 0.01 or 0.1, to maximize your profit. Good luck to all!
This company have a limit of 0.0010 that has to be mined before you are allowed to collect so that is what I did for this test, i mined to this value. They have two options for withdrawal which is either auto of manual. I chose the auto withdrawal. I setup my binance crypto wallet to accept the btc coin transfer. The auto withdrawal went through, low and behold, the coin never appeared in my binance wallet. So the next step was to contact their customer service as there is no way of tracing the transaction on their site as it is extremely limited in functionality, does not even have its own wallet. Anyway, here is how it went.Me: My first withdrawal happened but nothing appears in my binance wallet. Can you check it please.Ane: Hello James,Thank you for choosing BetterHash. You haven't reached the minimum for a BTC withdrawal. Kind regards,Ane Mari TacheMe: The withdrawal has happened. I woukd appreciate it if you can look at my hole account instead of just my balance. See attached screenshot for date and time.Ane: Hello, James.I only looked into BTC withdrawal because you have BTC automatic withdrawal enabled. All your funds will be automatically converted to BTC and sent to your wallet when they reach your selected limit. The XMR coin has been exchanged into BTC since it has reached the minimum for the auto-exchange.Kind regards,Ane Mari TacheMe: That's the reason I contacted you., they have not reached my wallet. The transfer has a red arrow next to confirmed and should have a green arrow. See red arrow in screen shot.I never heard anything from Ane again. So my consensus is that this organization is not honest or legitimate as I did not receive anything from them after mining. The customer service dont actually seem to know what they are doing or are being purposely obtuse because they are aware of this is a scam site. Ane was clearly not wanting to help and did not understand what the issue was or did not even care for that matter. Needless to say my advice would be to stay clear and stick with nicehash.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Protect Your Online Browsing From Installing Malware

After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
