Quick and easy ordering and receiving. I am very pleased with everything that I Ordered so far keep up the good work.

I was disappointed in the nativity I received…there was obvious glue runs and it has the appearance of being hastily put together or someone didn’t take much care doing it. And also the bell is bent and makes no sound. Its overall appearance is not impressive at all. I was expecting much more for the price. The rosary was nice but I’m just sad to say that the products weren’t what I expected and I won’t buy from them again because I can get much better quality from other businesses and continue to support Israel 🇮🇱.

My beautiful music box/nativity shipped quickly and was carefully packaged. It arrived within a few days of ordering and is so unique and special! Although this was for me, it makes a great gift that will become an heirloom and special yearly tradition.

My experience with Bethlehem Box is fabulous. My first order arrived in a timely manor in perfect condition. My order was prettier than on the website. I love it so much I placed a second order as Christmas gifts. I carry my pocket cross in my purse as a constant reminder of my faith and God’s love.

The nativity scene is very beautiful made out of olive wood. It arrived before the time it was supposed to arrive. The customer care person was very pleasant when I called and asked that another item be added to my order. There was no complaints from her. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Communication about the status of my order every step of the way was nice. The beautiful crosses were given to my family members on Christmas and of course I kept one for myself.

Ordered Bethlehem crosses and they are beautifully crafted as pictured. Good tracking info,and response to questions. Arrived on time. To be gifted to a blind friend and a stroke victim who led our tour to Israel.

Beautiful craftsmanship and in person is more beautiful then online. I'm very pleased to have found them on Facebook. I feel even better having the pieces come from the Holyland in Jerusalem. Also shipping is quick and customer service as well. I had a double order that I didn't purchase and I emailed them explained the situation and no questions asked they refunded me and canceled other order. Money was instantly back in my account. Customer service was great. I was kept up to date about the purchase and the delivery.The crosses are amazing, beautiful wood.I just thought they would be a little smaller so they fit in the palm of the hand.I purchased several to give as gifts.

I ordered a rosary box which was available online when I placed my order. I was sent the other box, which I don't want. Looking online the one I wanted is sold out.
