There’s a website called betcity.net and betcityru.com that is scamming people using the Betcity name, I mistook it for this betcity platform, they essentially let you deposit and than block your account and steal your money you can read all the reviews here on trustpilot just search “betcity.net” and you’ll see all the victims. So this isn’t a review but a warning for people to not confuse the other website with this one

I registered the website 3 weeks ago and requested to change the bank information last weekend. Afterwards, the website exclude my account from any promotion without any reason and explanation. It's not the first time they treating players like this. They use the promotions to attract people to open accounts and get addictions, but suddenly exclude any promotion. It's really a shame.

activated a promo/bonus (bet 50 get 20). had to bet 50 euro and should get a free bet of 20 euro. i paced the 50 euro bet but did not receive the 20 euro free bet. i contacted the customer support and they said that in order to get the free bet i can not activate the odds boost when placing the 50euro bet (which i did not see in the terms of the promo when i read them). mentioned this to customer and told them the only reason i placed the 50 euro bet is because of the free bet, but they did not care and could not do anything for me.worst betting site, not user friendly in terms of layout and possibilities, and the bad customer service only makes it worse.

This is the worst casino in the Netherlands in my opinion. I deposited €40 and I only played with €10. I won the €10 bet so I had €50. According to customer service, I would miss the promotion, as the transaction would be approved after the promotion ended. I asked for a refund of the transaction, but this could not be done, as you'll need use all your money in casino games before you can cash out again. Since then. multiple of my friends signed up with my referral link, every time a friend did this, I received 50 euros. Since then, they are not responding to my emails and I have still received no bonus for signing up three people with their platform. I am writing this review because I want to notify other people about my experience, I don't think BetCity is a trustworthy platform and I would not recommend playing with them as they might keep your money. BetCity, please get in contact with me and solve this issue, I still hope that we can work something out.
