Is bestpaintbynumbers.com Legit?

I have purchased and completed many custom paintings from Bestpaintbynumbers, the quality is excellent and I like being able to upgrade to 48 colors for a very realistic finished product.I just painted a good friend’s dog and absolutely made his day when I surprised him with this gift. Like so many other reviews I have yet to receive an order I placed June 9 2024. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have only received their standard email auto response. It's very disappointing because I have ordered and received several other items from them in a timely fashion.

Like others, I have yet to receive the product I ordered on July 6th (15 days ago). I received an email with an order number and a tracking tab. It indicates that my order is confirmed but has not changed since. I’ve also emailed the company. I received an auto reply that I would have a response within several days. I have received no response. I checked my spam folder (I’ve read their responses on here) and have no emails from the company. I plan to call using the number listed on their site tomorrow. Order #153114

The ordering process was sketchy for me at first. But I completed it. It was just me. Not the process. Lisa and Chris were very helpful. So that made the entire experience very good. They did a great job answering my questions and all.

Very Poor Customer Service. I ordered a painting on May 24th for a Fathers Day gift. It is July 16th and I received an order number but, haven't received a tracking number or the product. I have emailed them several times. Each time I receive a response saying that It may take up to 5 days for my concern to be addressed. After that they never respond again. Thus, I have several ticket numbers. Their phone isn't answered only a message stating to email them. This company is a scam. Be careful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

So bad!!!I emailed twice and no response !!!I ordered on July 4 today is the first of august!!!

Ordered the painting mid June. Still haven't received it. Checked tracking info. Just says it's been sent to another facility. It's made several stops in Illinois and even went to Chicago twice. I live in Idaho which was verified on the order. I've tried emailing the company a couple of times. No response. They don't have a phone number to contact. Very poor business practices. Won't order from them again, as I'm not sure if I've been scammed at this point.

I HIGHLY recommend using BestPaintByNumbers! My painting turned out absolutely perfect for my dad’s birthday/father’s day gift! BestPaintByNumbers is a perfect present for someone in your life that “doesn’t want anything” or already has everything😂 My dad teared up when he saw the painting and that’s not something he does so I know he loved it and thought it was special:) My only regret is that I wish I got a frame! Lisa from Customer Support was absolutely amazing and was incredibly helpful to make sure everything turned out just as I hoped! She was quick with response time and sent me previews to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you again Lisa! And thank you BestPaintByNumbers!

I've enjoyed painting 3 PBN's using the color pop option. 2 were dogs and 1 was a duck! All 3 turned out great and it was super fun to see how the photo translated into the color pop; loved them all. 2 were gifts and for people who absolutely LOVE them. I see some reviews complaining about shipping, but just plan ahead and you won't regret the product you receive. I find on regular paintings (not color pop), the detail really makes the difference in how the photo translates to PBN. Put on some good music, get in a comfortable spot and enjoy creating something totally fun.

Chris at paintbynumbers is great! I had trouble with my very first order and he fixed it in a timely, friendly fashion! I just ordered my second projects and got them in a very short time. I absolutely love doing these pictures of my grand babies!! I love crafting and painting and this is such a comforting addictive project for me!! You gotta get yours!!

I sent Bestpaintbynumbers a photo and they did an incredible job? The painting of the photo was exactly like the picture. I was so excited! And I also contacted them by phone to let them know that one of my paint pots had dried up. And they sent me 2 new pots of that color. Thank you Bestpaintbynumber. fast response to a change of address!

This was my very first personalized paint by number canvas! I am a painter, but I cannot paint faces. This I thought this was a way to be able to paint the faces of my loved ones. I chose, as my very first one, my son and his new wife kissing in front of the Eiffel Tower after their marriage in Paris. For my next personalized paint by number I will choose something maybe a little less detailed and I will take pictures of the canvas before I start. Some of the details are very small. It took me a little bit to get used to the acrylic paints, but it all came together and looks absolutely beautiful! I cannot wait to give it to them as a housewarming present.

Paint by numbers is an experience you either love it or hate it. Under a magnifying glass it looks like crap but when you take it away the finished touch is amazing. I have painted 6 dogs for friends since Xmas and the tears and joy that come is well worth all the effort.Sometimes I look at the painting as I progress and I wonder were they got the colours from, some paints are smooth others thick and the number and colour chart do not match which can be confusing. Other wise you do a good job .

I was so pleased with my purchase from Best Paint By Numbers. They were able to capture the photo of my dog so well that my painting actually looks real. The canvas was rolled so there were no folds to be ironed, the paint was fresh and the instructions very clear. I definitely do not have any artistic talent but this prpject made me feel like an artist. I just received another kit from them and am currently working on a painting of our other dog.

Using Best Paint By Numbers was so much fun! My painting turned out fantastic. It was perfect for my son's birthday. I've enjoyed it so much I have ordered two more kits. Since I painted a picture of Leika, my son's cat I have to paint pictures of all my kids animals. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a personalized Christmas gift, either to paint yourself or for the recipient to paint themselves.

Most paint by number venues are limited in what they offer. Best paint by numbers took a picture of something I really wanted to do as a paint by number project. More importantly, I enjoyed the project more bc I was eager to see if the finished product looked like the picture. It turned out AWESOME!!!!

Completely addicted! I’m onto my 3rd painting and am already thinking about what I’ll paint next! I actually paint with a smile on my face!This has been a very difficult 18 months, in and out of lockdown with Covid. Painting photos of happier times, where I was with family or on holidays has really been a wonderful escape. Thank you BestPaintByNumbers, you don’t know how much you’ve helped me through this pandemic.

I ordered a painting kit of a photo of my beloved dog. I put my old guy down last year and miss him terribly. The kit is very complete; everything I need to make a portrait of my old fellow. Delivery is prompt, the kit is orderly and complete, and I am very happy with my purchase. This is a wonderful way to enjoy a favorite photo, as well as have a creative experience.

“Scam!”

I purchased products which I never received. Emailed more than 10 times with generic responses that never answered my questions. I gave them ample opportunities to make it right. Finally I filed a dispute and realized they placed themselves on autopay for monthly payments. Do NOT buy from this company! They are truly scam artists! “Likely a scam”

I paid for their product in January in hopes it would arrive for valentines day. Its now March and I still haven't received anything. After they took my money, a couple weeks went by and I didn't see a shipping notification so I emailed to see what was up. They said they needed me to answer a question about my picture in the order. Odd they didn't ask until I asked why my shipment was delayed. Ever since then they keep saying the product is on the way but here we are more than two months later and nothing has arrived. Stay away. Tip for consumers:I would recommend using another company that has a better reputation. Products used:None
