I ordered a personalized queen comforter on 07/06/2024. I paid through paypal. Paypal confirmed payment. It's been over 2 weeks but BMG Gifts has not sent me an order confirmation let alone my order. I have tried emailing then repeatedly with absolutely no response so I'm afraid they ripped me off. And it wS not a cheap order it was nearly 78.00 I'm out. Horrible customer service/communications.

Purchased a custom wallet for my wife. The zipper stalls a quarter of the way and there’s smudges on the photos printed to the wallet. I contacted the company and their only willing to give me 15% of my money back for a product they should’ve inspected prior to being sent out. Website return policy states they will give FULL refunds if product is damaged or doesn’t arrive. So why are they trying to low ball me with 15% back? Not professional and very unsatisfied with this business.

Customers can select among animal breeds and colors and names of pets and people. Shipping takes a bit longer, because each product is made to order. Each item is of excellent quality, prices are low, and customer service is outstanding.

I got a beautiful cat bag made for my mom for Christmas. The designing process was fun and considering we did 6 different cats, there were many options to choose from. The bag was printed clearly and perfectly, I was blown away and couldn't wait to give the gift. It made mom cry, so that shows how special and personalized it can be. Would definitely recommend BM Gifts.

Shocking unethical company prey on people's emotions purchasing memorial gifts for lost loved ones .I never received my item was never offered any refund .no recompense at all .their items are not cheap. Its not the money its the anticipation of receiving the goods that are so special to people grieving

This is a scam!!I ordered mine back on 10/8 still nothing i get tracking updates but yet it seems to sit at a "facility" now going on 3 weeks and UPS is the one that is "suppose" to pick up. Now we all know UPS is not going to let a package sit that wrong unless the tracking system is all bogus!! In a world of "instant everything", we forget that custom pieces take longer. The quality of the product I ordered FAR exceeded my expectations & was well worth the wait. BM Gifts also responded in a timely manner to my questions regarding shipping. I WILL be ordering from them again.

Got a Personalized Cat Clutch snd matching Purse. They are absolutely beautiful. It serves as a memorial to my beautiful black cat lost the night before Mother's Day and my 2 other cats I have. It was fun to be able to design my own bag. I was so excited to be able to choose my design. I wasn't disapointed when i git them. The workmanship is really good. I thank BM Gifts for such a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend them.

The BBC tumbler was great.I ordered a purse for a friend. They left off her name, sent 2 the same.When I questioned them about the leather construction, their reply was in the description it states PU leather (fake leather) poly something leather.They did not address the duplication, they did not address leaving off the personalized name.The website is very hard to use.User friendly NOT AT ALL.I need to quite ordering on line!Their final remark was I got what I ordered case closed

I have 2 neighbors who have been my rock the past year during a traumatic medical period in my life. So, I bought each of them a designed wallet with their beloved dogs as a token of my appreciation. They absolutely loved their gift and have been showing it off to everyone they know.

I ordered the clutch purse and the tote bag before Christmas it came in on time and the quality was amazing . The did an absolutely amazing job the pictures look just like my two dogs. I have gotten so many compliments. I just ordered the handbag to match cant wait until it comes in. Most definitely will be ordering from them again.

Placed order 20 days before still I haven't received the product. I have follow up several time trough whatapp they didn't respond properly...

Great quality product, very soft material, with easy opening zip, washes up well .A Great gift for your loved ones,to show their love of pets or a great momento fo passed . Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the wait for the 6week delivery .

I`m giving them a 1 star & I shouldn`t even give them that. I ordered a purse on December 3,2022. Never got an email or anything but they damn sure got their money from my bank account. I emailed them & I have NOT received an email back in no response of a tracking number or ANYTHING. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this company. They don`t even have a phone number on their website & oh, DON`T TRY TO EMAIL THEM.

When placing my order it somehow was split onto 2. I called customer service to ask why I hadn’t received all of my order and they quickly responded with an answer and resent out the second part of my order. Some how part of my order went back to the warehouse.

Good product delivered in decent time for a personalized item. This company offers stock graphics but will work with special personalization if you send them a photo. I have 3 guitars and my name on a cap.Thinking about another with different instruments.
