I only checked off 1star because there was not a zero. This company is a scam. I cancelled my order within minutes of making it and according to their policy I am able to receive a refund within 1-5 business days. They told me to order something else and this time they would have to charge me shipping even though the original order was free. They are outright lying. I put comments on their facebook about them scamming people so they blocked me. They just try to wear you down so you give up asking for your money back. They have committed fraud. And I’m sure they are not based in Canada. This is a foreign operation
I’ve been scammed. There is no return policy. Everything is “on sale” which means it’s a final sale. The company promised me that they would seek a solution but now they are ignoring me. My sandals are too wide for me so my toes slide out of them. I cannot walk in them. I sent them the pictures but I’m out of luck. Don’t buy from them!!!!!!

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and when I received them they all had a very disgusting smell like poop!!? I complained and they kept telling me that they are processing my complaint and it has been now 3 months!! I bought 2 pairs 2 months ago and both pairs fell apart. I sent pics to customer service and was sent 1 email back saying they were looking into it. Sizing is way off which for me makes it a defective product because I can’t wear it and they won’t refund my purchase saying it was on sale. I saw an ad for an orthopaedic shoe that sounded as though the shoes were ideal for problem feet. I e-mailed the company and asked about the shoes, whether they were for wide feet and if they had an arch support. They replied very quickly, saying yes, they are for wide feet and have an arch support. I ordered a pair. I received a confirmation e-mail with an order number. A few days later I received another e-mail from them with a tracking number for the parcel. But when I click on the tracking number a message from Canada Post says there is no item associated with that number. I have e-mailed the company twice since then but no reply at all. Since I placed the order I received 4 publicity e-mails from them within the 1st week, but nothing at all during the 2nd week.
I ordered a pair of ?boots from this online company that I thought looked like nice, leather easy slip-ons but attractive in a grey colour- at the time of ordering I only noticed one style- when they came, they were cheap, vinyl and ugly to say the least- not at all what they looked like in the ad- I promptly wrote back that I wanted to return them and was told that because they were 'on sale' I could not- I feel that they falsely advertised the look of the boots- looking at the ad for the boots, they had now included a blue colour showing what was sent to me, not leather and actually had a few different features- yes they sent me gray as ordered, but not the boots I had ordered or thought I was ordering- I have decided I will just donate them to a charity and hope that someone will at least be able to use them as slippers as they are certainly not good enough for the winter weather. I will not even look at this site in the future for any purchases. I do admit that I did not read the return policy but feel that I did not get the boots I actually ordered but a very cheap somewhat imitation of the same- do not trust this site!!!

I unfortunately in the same situation. Ordered boots and shoes and the Canada Post tracking number is invalid. Learned the hard way, hopefully this shoe company goes out of business.
I received the boots that I ordered 16 days after the order date. They specify shipping from Canada, so I don't understand why this long. The boots did not fit even though I ordered a half-size larger than what I normally get. In the ad, they look like leather or perhaps fake leather, but the boots that came were made from plastic and were poorly put together. They advertise a 60 day return policy, but when I actually read their return policy it states that they will no offer returns on discounted items. Everything they offer is "discounted" so I guess they never accept any returns. I am so frustrated and disappointed, as well as having "lost" $53.00.
