bestfaredeal.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives bestfaredeal.com a medium trust score on the platform: 57.6. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 57.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to bestfaredeal.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning bestfaredeal.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between bestfaredeal.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of bestfaredeal.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of bestfaredeal.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. bestfaredeal.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether bestfaredeal.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether bestfaredeal.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, bestfaredeal.com.

We had issue with the deal we found as seats were not available but the team really helped us out of the way especially Louise. I really appreciate their efforts and give my recommendation to book from their site without hesitation.
Louise did a great job in walking me step by step through booking my flight, I highly recommend trust pilot.
I saw some negative reviews but my experience with Claire at bestfaredeal.com has been nothing but great service. Communication via email and phone was appropriate. This is a legitimate agency and they provide the best deals possible. I seldom travel and I was looking for the best budget fare available and bestfaredeal.com did not disappoint. Thank you!
Louise was very nice ,very intelligent and full of passion.
The fare was a good price. There was a phone number and a live person that answered when I called concerning not receiving my confirmation within the hour. All in all everything went as expected, I will use Best Fare Deal again.
LOUISE, WAS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WITH OUT HER ASSISTANCE I WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST. SHE REALLY MADE MY TRAVELLING EASY. THANKS AGAIN.
I reserved Premium Economy but when I check in airport my seat was Economy standard. I paid too much.. it's fraud me.. best fare travel agency is fraud me and my wife. Very bad experience with best fare... bad bad bad
I had the pleasure of working with Steven at Best Fare Deal while booking flights for my relatives from Montreal to Cancun. He made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Steven quickly understood my needs, offered great flight options, and took care of all the details efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail made booking the trip a breeze. I’m grateful for his outstanding help and will definitely turn to him for future bookings!
They are crooks. Even the toll free number is not free, i just got charge long distance on my phone bill. When i called my provider they said it is not toll free. DO NOT TRUST this site at all.
Ren has been cordial, friendly and welcoming she handled me with extreme courtesy. I look forward to working together with her and your team to make my rescheduling process more efficient and satisfying. I recommend this service to me.
Do not ever book with this company Bestfaredeal. they are thieves. and they are real liars. I had booked a flight since November 1st so I called to collect my e-tickets, that's when they told me the prices had changed then they convinced us to book for another flight. which we did reluctantly because the trip was really important. And for the new flight we called back for our e-ticket and they told me the payment was not made and we wired them $6,500. they assured us that everything was fine and that we would receive our e-tickets in 3 hours. the day before our trip they called me back to say it was quiet and we had to travel in 2 days, yet I called them every day for a month and they assured me everything was fine. These people are a bunch of thieves. never book with this company again
Jessica did a fine job finding us a flight. She kept following up and always provided us with updates. She's an excellent, detail oriented worker and I highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Jessica. You our experience with BestFareDeals a pleasure.Charles and Elizabeth Brown
It was a nice experience and the Claire is a helpful and assist me well
I had the pleasure of interacting with Ren, an exceptional agent who truly made my experience with Beat Fare Deal memorable. From the moment we connected, she radiated warmth, kindness, and patience. She took the time to not only address all of my questions but also thoughtfully inquired about my flight booking experience, showing a genuine interest in making sure I had the best possible experience. Ren’s attentiveness and approachability made me feel valued as a customer. She is truly a gem—an agent whose dedication and empathy shine through in every interaction. I believe Ren deserves a raise for her outstanding service, and I sincerely hope the company considers bringing on more agents like her. Thank you, Ren, for making my experience so pleasant
Louise was greatly helpful from the booking to sending the e-ticket. Thanks !
Ren was a good service member. However the website needs to be updated faster to reflect price changes. Additionally the email confirmation needs to come faster, so we can verify the seatings.
This Company is a scam. Booked round trip flights and then said the airline was going to upgrade me because basic economy seats were unavailable even thought that’s what I selected. They said no, that I needed to pay $300 per person to upgrade. They argued with me and said I had to pay, no refunds or cancellations either. I checked directly with the airline and they said they had no records of me booked a flight. Scam Alert 🚨 More lies from the reply I received back. Too bad I can’t upload a photo of the email that they sent me confirming my booking.
Ron Williams was very helpful when I called with a problem, although the reservation didn't work out due to airline booking problems. Ron was able to help me get the situation resolved Thanks again Ron Sean
Ron was the agent that assisted me to get my flight tickets. He addressed all my issues and always make sure that I had everything I needed before I traveled. He made sure I got the best prices and gave me great advice on traveling tips. I really couldn't have done this without him Because I had such an issue with booking. My flight since I had multiple city destinations. He was able to handle all of that with care And professionalism, I am really happy. I was able to work with Ron. And I definitely will be calling him in the future.
Mike was attentive and exceptionally helpful at finding me the best possible flights for the best fare. The flights and fare blew away what Kayak or Expedia were offering to me. I will always use Bestfaredeal, and recommend them strongly. Especially if you can get Mike as your agent.

“Run away”

I rate the service with one star due to its poor quality. Mr. David displays a lack of empathy towards customer concerns, responds slowly, and the cancellation process is excessively slow. Additionally, the associated fees are exorbitant. As the saying goes in my household, "less expensive is often very expensive," and this perfectly describes the drawbacks of this site – I recommend avoiding it. Tip for consumers:Reviews

“SCAM”

I tried to buy a flight this morning, before I realized it was a scam. Fill out all the fields to make the purchase, with my phone number. But I did not make the purchase and hours later they called me from this number "*******817". They tried to sell me the same flight with which they wanted to scam me on the page.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Bait and switch!! That is what bestfaredeal.com is all about. They lock you in, call you the next day and raise the price! By then, you have already been charged and have no choice but to pay the $250 difference! My son tested positive for covid so we had to cancel the trip. Delta gave us every penny back, no fees or anything. Not bestfaredeals.com. They said they would issue us a complete credit. So we changed our dates and booked with our credit. Yep, you are right...they called us the next day and raised the price. We recorded conversations and have tons of emails to back it up!! Complete bait and switch scam!! Daniel completely lied to us. He went as far as to say that Delta wasn't giving us all our money back. We told him that we called Delta ourselves and have Delta on record too!! After the next bait and switch, we called Delta to use our credit with them and book directly. We are out $206.40 in bestfaredeals.com fees. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!!

    Total scam. Run AWAY!

Bestfaredeal.com is a fraud website. It is controlled by someone in India. I was scammed today. I was offered an airline ticket for $257. When I put my credit card information, they charged me $450. I called their customer service at 1-301-882-1363. They said that offer was contingent. I said contingent on what? I said, you did not tell me anything about the contingent offer. If you would have told me that, I would not have accepted your offer. I told them if they don't cancel my ticket and refund my money, I will make a police report for theft. Upon that, they cancelled my ticket. But I have to stop payment to my bank anyways. This is a total fraud website. Be careful.

  4. Vince

Thank goodness I was able to use an internet number with my credit card company! This company is a complete FRAUD so STAY AWAY. There is no toll free number. This phone number is registered to someone in India named Jessica Jr on the bill and when they pick up they always say “hello” Like you’re calling someone you know and speak so low you can barely hear them and they always tell you your tickets are coming in 2-3 hours like it’s a script. I’ll call my card company in the morning to completely block them.
