Is bestfaredeal.com Legit?

We had issue with the deal we found as seats were not available but the team really helped us out of the way especially Louise. I really appreciate their efforts and give my recommendation to book from their site without hesitation.

I saw some negative reviews but my experience with Claire at bestfaredeal.com has been nothing but great service. Communication via email and phone was appropriate. This is a legitimate agency and they provide the best deals possible. I seldom travel and I was looking for the best budget fare available and bestfaredeal.com did not disappoint. Thank you!

The fare was a good price. There was a phone number and a live person that answered when I called concerning not receiving my confirmation within the hour. All in all everything went as expected, I will use Best Fare Deal again.

I reserved Premium Economy but when I check in airport my seat was Economy standard. I paid too much.. it's fraud me.. best fare travel agency is fraud me and my wife. Very bad experience with best fare... bad bad bad

They are crooks. Even the toll free number is not free, i just got charge long distance on my phone bill. When i called my provider they said it is not toll free. DO NOT TRUST this site at all.

Do not ever book with this company Bestfaredeal. they are thieves. and they are real liars. I had booked a flight since November 1st so I called to collect my e-tickets, that's when they told me the prices had changed then they convinced us to book for another flight. which we did reluctantly because the trip was really important. And for the new flight we called back for our e-ticket and they told me the payment was not made and we wired them $6,500. they assured us that everything was fine and that we would receive our e-tickets in 3 hours. the day before our trip they called me back to say it was quiet and we had to travel in 2 days, yet I called them every day for a month and they assured me everything was fine. These people are a bunch of thieves. never book with this company again

Ren was a good service member. However the website needs to be updated faster to reflect price changes. Additionally the email confirmation needs to come faster, so we can verify the seatings.

This Company is a scam. Booked round trip flights and then said the airline was going to upgrade me because basic economy seats were unavailable even thought that’s what I selected. They said no, that I needed to pay $300 per person to upgrade. They argued with me and said I had to pay, no refunds or cancellations either. I checked directly with the airline and they said they had no records of me booked a flight. Scam Alert 🚨 More lies from the reply I received back. Too bad I can’t upload a photo of the email that they sent me confirming my booking.

Ron was the agent that assisted me to get my flight tickets. He addressed all my issues and always make sure that I had everything I needed before I traveled. He made sure I got the best prices and gave me great advice on traveling tips. I really couldn't have done this without him Because I had such an issue with booking. My flight since I had multiple city destinations. He was able to handle all of that with care And professionalism, I am really happy. I was able to work with Ron. I rate the service with one star due to its poor quality. Mr. David displays a lack of empathy towards customer concerns, responds slowly, and the cancellation process is excessively slow. Additionally, the associated fees are exorbitant. “SCAM”

I tried to buy a flight this morning, before I realized it was a scam. Fill out all the fields to make the purchase, with my phone number. But I did not make the purchase and hours later they called me from this number "*******817". They tried to sell me the same flight with which they wanted to scam me on the page.
