We received one kit for a metal raised garden bed that had defective paint. The company response was quite good and we now have a new, well made bed to replace the defective one. The only reason I gave it four starts instead of five is that we received a defective bed in the first place.

Product arrived timely. However, the colors of the two different sizes did not match. Also, the ends were designed differently which limits flexibility in how they are assembled. If both sizes used two pieces to make the end there would be a lot of options for being creative and better matching individual desires.

It’s nice and heavy filled with water, but the part where the umbrella goes has already started rusting because it fills with water when it rains. Even the screws have rust which is odd to not have a more weather resistant material for something that is for outdoor use. I’ve only had it set up outside for two weeks.

I purchased 2 above ground planters that had to be put together. I was sooo impressed with the way they fit together and by using wingnuts it was so much easier than a regular bolt and nut application. They came in several colors and I am completely pleased with my purchase!!!

The pillows arrived quickly. They were swished into packaging that was bursting at the seams. Fortunately, they were double boxed. The package was delivered to the front door in spite of multiple signs indicating that all deliveries are to be made up the driveway. Though they have been unpacked for 2 days, they have not expanded very much. They are flatter than the pillows I am currently using. At this point, I have not tried them.

I ordered outdoor lounge chairs. First, they are extremely well constructed, light weight, easy to fold and position. I ordered sage green and the color was exactly as pictured. They were shipped 2 chairs per box and one box arrived smashed. And one chair arm was smashed also! Customer Service? Incredible! Customer service is sending a replacement arm rest (one of the things I really like about this chair is that you can get replacement parts! Awesome!) and I should receive it this week. I wanted chairs for poolside that I could carry, set up, and take down and clean when needed without hiring extra chair help. Ordered a 10'x10" two-tiered umbrella. When it arrived I went to erect it and discovered that some parts were missing I emailed Best Choice products and explained why I was contacting them. I received an email from them the next day and they asked me to answer a few questions. I sent them back an email with the answers to their questions. The following day I received another email from them. They said they were very sorry for the missing parts however they have no spare parts but if I wanted they would send a complete new order to me and I was to keep the one missing parts. I think the beds are great quality except the cross braces seem flimsy. But they just support the structure from bowing so they should be sufficient. I will find out once they are filled. I ordered this umbrella for a party that I was having. When it arrived the lights did not function. I contacted CS and within four hours was given instructions on what to check. I ran through the checks but still no lights and I contacted them. Again, within a couple of hours I received a response apologizing for the difficulties and an offer was made to replace it at no cost to me and to do what I wanted with the defective one. Since my event was over, I had no need for another one and I had located and repaired the wiring three days later and now the lights worked. I explained to the rep that the issue was resolved and no longer required a refund or replacement that I would just keep it and find a use for it. They refunded the purchase price anyway with the explanation that because of the defect it did not work for my event! This is way beyond good or great customer service, it is OUTSTANDING! Making Home Depot look bad! Every bag was taped shut not sealed. Reused bubble wrap thrown in. Everything was going smooth until I got to the culprit that caused the original return. I purchased a shelving unit from Best Choice. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The shelf was easy to assemble. We did find a manufacturing defect in one of the metal side sections. One of the screws that holds the back crossbar in place would not stay in place. The opening for the screw was either stripped or not manufactured correctly, so the screw will not hold the back cross bar in place. I contacted the customer service department via email and sent them photos of the issue. They responded quickly. I had hoped to get a replacement part of the shelf unit or possibly have a work order for future repairs. Best Products customer service felt that the best way to take care of the issue was to ship a new shelf. That decision exceeded my expectations. The representatives I dealt with were professional and very easy to talk to. They communicated quickly and made me feel very comfortable.
