They're completely apathetic and detached offering a coupon to shop with them again as the 'solution'. U cant get a hold of sellers on the site. How do U know what buying before getting? How can U find out if the phone uses blue tooth for S Pen or not? “Billed three times for 1 product”
I bought a chair online and they billed my credit card three times for it, busted my credit limit by the same time which ends up making me pay fees. They say its normal but its not. No other company ever does this. This is definitely an illegal practice. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. Service
“Charged twice for a freezer we did not receive”
Horrible experience and we hope they will solve the problem they created. We bought a freezer, it was cancelled, we received a confirmation we would get reimbursed within 5 days… instead we were charged a second time, we called, spent 2 hours being sent from one person to another and nothing …it's been 18 days and still no money insight. We have proof from our credit card records! We don't know what to do with over $1800 out of pocket….

Last year Insignia air fryers that threaten the safety of your family and mine, were recalled. I returned mine in the recall. This process started last March. In May after waiting seemingly endlessly for them to do something I finally sent my Air Fryer back via their prescribed UPS service. May 13,2022. To this day I have not received the refund or even decent communications from these inept people. January 2023. Taking the Air Fryer and keeping the money means that BestBuy.ca is little more than a thief. I had other things I wanted to buy from this company, and have bought many things from them in the past. I have stopped buying anything from them ever since March of 2022. Well done, BestBuy, well done. They've had my money for a laptop since Jan 4 2021. I still have no computer and it's Feb 8. Apparently, according to "tracking" my computer arrived in my city on Jan 6. Tried to escalate my request to a "case worker" and have heard nothing in 2 weeks. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. RUN, don't walk from buying from Best Buy Canada. They are the literal worst.

I ordered a product and paid for shipping and taxes with no indication that I would be hit with a massive customs bill. - Made an order for robot vacuum on Nov 25. I have ordered a new kobo sage ereader but i have received a used one. Its clear from the packaging and the product which looked and felt like used one. The seal has been opened before they sent me. They have some archaic system to approve credit cards; Maybe even an outside 3rd party, not sure... Anyway, payment fails without any notice (email or text). You only find out when product does not arrive. If you log into your account you see "In Progress", even though it is not. You have to call, find out what the problem is, fix it, then wait 24 hours to see if it really did fix the problem. My approval would not go through. I called them about 8 times, used a new card, updated details about 3 times. Order never did get approved, they were never able to fix it. Ended up placing the order on Bed Bath and Beyond (for a Dyson v10 vacuum) (with the same credit card, no problems). Totally frustrating. Will NEVER buy anything from that site again. This store is very convenient. Free shipping over $25, orders generally processed next business day. Price protection is nice as well. Ordered a camera and next week it went on sale for $20 cheaper. “False and Misleading Tactics”
I made some orders and due to delays was promised faster shipping. This never happened, and every call to customer service was another false promise. They seem to simply make it sound like they are doing their job, but really they are just ignoring the problem and making it someone else's mess to deal with. All my stuff came and it was fine. That's not the problem. I picked 5 things and only used Best Buy and no third parties (so they would send it all in 1 box) but they still charged my bank 5 separate interactions and now these $1 charges keep popping up and freaking me out when I have already gotten my stuff ages ago. My bank was really unhelpful and wants me to cancel my card. I am going to get a fine for going over in silly transactions because of them AGAIN. “Atrocious Service”
I made the enormous mistake of trying to give Best Buy my business. I can say with certainty that I will never order from them again. It took them 3 weeks to deliver a basic online order to me. Amazon would have delivered it to me in one day! Any other company would have certainly delivered it within a week. Best Buy is so uncompetitive it is absolutely embarrassing. And their customer service is a joke. They solve nothing and it takes forever just to reach them. What do you get for this inconvenience? Absolutely nothing. It's just pointless aggravation.
