"Which policy and i never choosed or ask for this subscription " and i tried to call them again over and over but i got nothing from them, so the summary is DON'T Trust them, DON'T believe them, DON'T never ever give them your credit card or debit card details, 100% will rubbering you and steal you for sure, completely THIEFS and SCAMMERS!

How can I unsubscribe from their website?
Do NOT use best-pdf.com. I agreed to a one time use, the service was not worth it, and i thought that was it until I found like all the others above that they started charging me monthly fees. I lodged a complaint with my credit card, asked them to reverse the charges (under investigation) and asked for them to cancel my credit card and reissue a new one.
Unclear subscription - fraud!!!!! I paid £0.5 for 1 Word file conversion, and they signed me up for a £29.90 subscription without of my permission. They didn't inform me about account creation or subscriptions as normal services do. After 48h they just withdraw £29.90. It is ok if I pay for good service, but the file conversion was awful( I asked them to return my money, but the replied "Thereafter we regret to inform you that we are unable to honour your refund request."

STAY AWAY from bestpdf.com, it's a total scam website. You are paying 50 cents thinking it is a single payment to convert a single document. Βelow the fields where you fill in the details of the card and the email they send to download your document, they write in tiny letters that you activate a basic subscription for 2 days, and then it is automatically renewed at a charge of 39.90 euros per month. Not only do they not tell you clearly with the intention of deceiving you, but they don't even send a reminder email at the last minute to let you know that you had activated a basic subscription that expires and will be renewed by charging you a monthly subscription for 39.90 euros. I canceled the subscription right after the first monthy charge when I realized what happened and sent a request for a refund, but the answear was "Since our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the website, we are unable to honor your refund request.".

It´s a continuing subscripton, they´ll continue to bill every month.
How does Best-PDF approach you? PART 1: The website did not say there would a charge, so I loaded and edited a 2-page PDF file expecting to do it for free. After the editing, they asked me to insert my card details so they could charge me 50p. I did as requested and I was sent an email (see screenshot #1 and #2 attached) with a link that redirected me to a personal account that was created for me, where I could download my edited PDF file. I downloaded it but the file was 0 byte and thus could not be opened. I tried this multiple times. I left a 1-star review on Trustpilot (see screenshot #3 attached). The company then asked for my details through Trustpilot: in an email from Tustpilot, I was told that my review would be removed if I didn't provide my name/email address/order number to the company (see screenshot #4 attached). I did as requested and my review stayed up - but nobody from the company wrote to me offering help (or a refund). PART 2: Today I was charged an additional £35,56 on my card by Best-PDF. I then found out I had a subscription with them. I emailed them asking for a refund as well as for the immediate cancellation of my subscription. They replied saying that the subscription charge was 'clearly stated' on their website and so they wouldn't refund me, but they would cancel any future charges (see screenshot #5 attached). I tried logging into my Best-PDF account and found it had been closed (see screenshot #6 attached), so I could not even take advantage of the subscription I had been charged for just a couple of hours earlier.

I have written a letter to them and my claim to gert my money back, but I don´t expect any answer from them, obviously.
Best PDF.com charged for a one time service 1,96 dollars and the they charged 40 dollars for a subscription I did not ask. They have the service but steal if you sign up.
