Is best.aliexpress.com Legit?

I started ordering from AliExpress last year and have made some of the best purchases ever. I'm amazed at the variety of things they sell. I've bought dresses, shoes, skin care, jewelry, household items, etc. and have not been disappointed one time. I had one problem with a Vendor who didn't have the item I ordered, but AliExpress jumped in and gave me an immediate refund. I receive most of my orders before the expected ship date and truly have no complaints about AliExpress. I would recommend them to shopaholics like me, or anyone else who wants to buy first class items and save a ton of money!

Great place for ne to find otherwise hard to find items for my various projects. Living in a southern African country, the choice of parts available locally is very limited. AliExpress offers me a convenient way to find and import parts I need. Shipping cost for smaller items are very competitive and parts usually arrive within 4-6 weeks.Because of this, I managed to repair/revive several objects otherwise doomed to end as scrap. I can only recommend looking to AliExpress as source for parts.

I don't think AliExpress gets enough credit for their hard work. After a year or two of being a frequent customer, I feel I have enough experience to review. I spend a few pounds, and a few days later my items arrive. The orders are always correct. In 100 orders only one went missing, on UK soil too Royal Mail. The sellers I've communicated with have always been friendly, accommodating to my needs and above all honest. I sincerely praise your honesty and hard working nature, AliExpress. I recommend AliExpress, above all other international sellers. They're the best.

Brilliant low-profile heatsink for NVME drive. Overall, I didn't expect such good craftsmanship and fit. Just holding it gives a solid impression - you can feel its weight. It is easy to install and cools the drive from both sides, unlike others that only cool from the top. It is fully metallic and screwed together. Previously, I had a heatsink that only cooled from the top and was held together with rubber bands, which stiffened, deteriorated, and broke after a few months of use. I bought two right away and do not regret it as it was money well spent. The drive's operating temperature dropped by about 15-16 degrees. It is really impressive. I highly recommend the purchase, it is far better than those held together with rubber bands.Regarding the seller, the shipping was express. It reached me in 5 days. Really awesome!

Aliexpress itself is not bad.But it does not do enough to stop the fake seller.So many fake product online, with blatant fraud, still there is no complain system. Aliexpress does not track and take down the fake seller on its platform.I purchased 1 TB SSD card, it turned out 64 GB microsd. There is no way to report, if it were amazon it would have taken customer's report seriously. But not Aliexpress! So here is inside joke, whenever one like call somthinig fake and ill-product, someone jokes with "did you get from AliExpress"? TLDR: make the report system and take it seriously.

They give you an estimated delivery date I waited a week after the date to request a refund and after that I got an email telling me I have to wait over a month more before I can actually receive a refund! They are just thieves.and the customer service on the app cannot answer any questions and refuse to help in any way shape or form not even quite sure why they have customer service! All I kept getting is I can't do that I can't do that I don't know I can't do that and I don't know.

AliExpress rips you off completely. I ordered almost £50 worth of clothes that were not delivered and have received no refund. I went through the correct process of contacting the post office and finding the mistake, they explained the packages were sent back to sender as the delivery address could not be located. Completely understandable as I live down a narrow country lane. What is not understandable is how AliExpress claimed my parcels had been delivered and therefore would not give me a refund. I will never shop here again and I advise none of you to waste your money here.

Extremely pleased with my purchase, I could not believe how quickly I received my order. It was only a matter of days from placing the order to receiving it.Ordering was simple and secure with no problems at all. In fact I have already ordered another item in a different colour.

I’ve purchased many things over the years. Beware. High risk. I’d never purchase any electronics again. Usually poor quality despite positive reviews. Reviews are not reliable because they cut off the ability to write reviews after 30 days, so they are usually written before the purchaser has used them. And you can’t communicate well with AliExpress customer service or the seller.

I can get items and products much cheaper than in my country and good quality as well, delivery takes less than 15 days and most of the times they comply with what they advertise.

I baught 2 Debra mixer with bluetooth 4 chanel system. I use them in ceremony receptions mostly in churches or outside fields to hook up microphones and my macbook air to streem the music up to 20-30 feet away from the unit. The quality is professionnal for 40$ cdn. That's good for me!

I am very unsatisfied with the service provided at XILITATA store. Twice they sent me coral beads ORANGE color instead of RED color. The first time they sent even wrong size. I do prefer to return all these beads back, but it will take long time and who could guarantee that XILITATA will send me RED color beads. Very upset, it is my first such bad experience. I was a bit skeptical at first given some of the terrible reviews but I thought it’s worth a try anyways. I’ve had a great experience with them. My order came in the time frame given. I was constantly updated throughout the process on the whereabouts of my parcel and the items I got were of great quality. I can’t fault them. Will be shopping again for sure :)

I have been a customer on AliExpress for many years now. I have no issue of this company AliExpress like Amazon, but there are dishonest sellers that does not follow AliExpress guidelines. Its these sellers that is giving AliExpress´s bad reputation which is unfair. AliExpress Customer service are trying very hard to resolve issues. Just be patient. If you live in Europe shipment takes time its from Asia. If you don´t mind 30 days waiting time like me, thats good, i have saved lots of money eversince I started shopping at AliExpress.

Seems to be an alarming scam at AliExpress.Problem with a money off voucher. CS insist I must buy AliExpress Neosurf codes to convert into vouchers.I refused several times so they refuse to help. All I want is my £5 money off voucher. I'm not worth it to the company. Beware of this very strange set up. Don't be scammed.

I have purchased some inexpensive items from AliExpress and received them. However, I ordered an item that was over $300 from their M Studio 001 store that appears to be a scam. The company shipped a much smaller box to a different name, gender, and address, but to my town (getting this info took weeks for me to sort out). They didn't give me a refund and when I requested one, and AliExpress also refused it as the product was "delivered," AliExpress never bother to confirm anything. They never called me so I could tell them of this scam (although I did write about this when I requested a refund). A truly horrible experience that took weeks and involved PayPal to resolve. I would never buy anything of value on this platform as they put more trust in the seller thieves who sent junk to a random address in my town to "prove" that they sent me the product. They have lost me as a customer.

These people has got only one concern, ...money ! Sad to say after complain, appeals etc they simply didn't solve my issue , not only but even if I asked a partial refund and followed all their "rules" they just wrote an email saying your request it's been rejected. AliExpress is my worst fear in online purchasing. I waited about 9 weeks to receive my items, nothing ever arrived. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. After I made the initial order, AliExpress kept bombing my inbox with offers and deals, but never a single update on my purchase. If not for PayPal, I probably would have lost the $2,300 that I paid AliExpress. I can't explain how they're still in business. Just stay away from AliExpress and save yourself the grief. I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund. Don't bother wasting your time ordering from AliExpress! The first problem I had was not being able to contact anyone, including the seller, until Feb 17. At that time I received a reply apologizing for delay and order would be processed ASAP. Today, Feb 22, I get a notification that my order was "closed" and refund issued. No explanation why they closed the order. My assumption is that these items are just props to get you to order so they can "borrow" your money for a few weeks! I ordered an item, it took forever to ship it, finally notified that it was "delivered", but I got no item. Great. Contacted customer support which was absolutely useless, their answer was "just wait another week". They finally came back with "file a dispute" except there is no option to dispute delivering to wrong location (and yes, my shipping address was 100% correct on the order). I recently purchased a T-shirt of average quality, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the design is decent and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. However, I noticed some stitching flaws and the material seems a bit thin and prone to stretching. While it's not the highest quality T-shirt I've owned, it's still wearable for casual occasions. Overall, I would describe it as an okay purchase, but I wouldn't expect it to last as long as higher quality alternatives.

Way too much risk. Sellers lie, packages don't arrive and getting them to stick to their "guarantees" is a nightmare. They don't use normal carriers. They have cheesy companies that use random people to deliver. They refuse to bring packages to indicated spots (even with large signs and arrows), and often leave them in vulnerable places to be stolen. So many of the listings completely misrepresent their products. I have used them for about 6 months and I'm done. I have been manufacturing goods for over 50 years and buying wholesale. I have never had SO much trouble. Packages never arrive, are missing products (one courier slashed open a package and took all of the gold items). Update: I can't believe the ridiculous message I received below from them. In the last 2 weeks I have spent over 100 hours and over 130 emails, requests and replies over two orders from the same seller that never arrived while doing EXACTLY what their reply tells me to do. The seller has never responded at all, but AE customer "service" has lied multiple times in emails. In the same email sent dozens of times they have claimed that my package was BOTH delivered and held at customs. I just received my Nightmare before Christmas iPhone13 case and I F*cking love it. It has better quality than I have ever seen. They say you get what you pay for, well I paid a little over $1 and got a IPhone case that is better than I've EVER bought before. It doesn't have the feel of cheaply made at all…. I love it! My hats off to Alliexpress for a very well made product.
