Service was good

I was sold a bad part, once installed in the vehicle, it would barely drive. Differential was bad, as evidenced by the chunks that came out when I removed the fresh fluid. Emailed the seller through 2 platforms and never received a response. Worst salvage yard I have ever dealt with. I drove a 4 hour round trip for nothing and wasted money. Horrible experience.

I couldn't be happier with not only the part but with the customer service. It's a pleasure to interact with people who enjoy their job and that showed from the online/email contact to the counter person and finally with the guys looking for my part and loading it in my truck.Take good care of your people and they will take good care of your business.

I was overcharged in shipping ….. A Bessler staff member called me and explained I was overcharged and they would reimburse me …… in my opinion this is over and beyond taking care of their customers….. Thank you !! Will definitely use them in the future!!

Although we received the part and it was cracked Billy refunded us our money but is still on the lookout for the part we need. Will definitely continue to do business with a company that honors their commitments!!

Ordering process was super simple. However notification of order readiness is lacking. Had to follow up several times on day of promise date and leave without knowing if part had arrived at pick up location. Took 45 minutes for part to be retrieved a loaded. Got home to realize what was supposed to be a complete rear axle assembly was missing the parking brake shoes and hardware on one side. Axle also looked completely different than original however it was compatible.

I wish I would have asked more specifics about my purchase instead of going off the pictures. But overall great customer service, communication, and easy pick up! Drove over an hour from home would shop again if need be 🙂

I ordered a passenger side view mirror for my 2017 Honda Accord Sport from Bessler Auto Parts. I sent a message to Bessler asking questions about product and refund policies. Bessler responded quickly and answered all my questions. They communicated well and they were willing to help. When I informed them I found product for a cheaper price they reached out to me. Bessler allowed me to keep the product and gave me a full refund. I was informed by them I may need the part later and to keep it. I asked to make sure I wasn't hearing thi go when they told me to keep product and they would be refunding my money. Great customer service and I definitely will be using them again for any Auto parts needs.

Excellent service. I needed a 4.2 liter motor for my 2006 ford truck. Ordered it on their web site on a Sunday night, received a call from them the following day - that motor was not available (web site in process of being revised and updated). They helped me find another motor, and followed up with calls as to when ready, and then to verify I had received what I ordered. While I hope I never need their service again, you can be sure if I do I will shop at Besslers first.

I was able to get the front fender I needed shipped to Besslers Massillon location for local pickup. The fender was as advertised. I'm happy with the whole experience.

I ordered a rear axle on line from them. Never got it. I called several times with no reply. Adam from Besslers reached out me to explain the unfortunate series of events that created this mess and did his best to make it right. I use Besslers in Hebron a lot and never had an issue so I will consider this an anomaly.

Buy at your own RISK! I purchased a Korean built C/V trans. for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I provided him the vin for the vehicle. Seller substituted a Japan built trans. for my Korean built vehicle. I informed seller of mix up before install, but Corey assured me that the trans. was interchangeable. So we installed the trans and programmed the car but it would not move. Per Nissan dealer, they informed me the transmissions are NOT interchangeable. I installed a rebuilt Nissan trans. works great. Yes they issued refund for trans. but I am out $2000 for labor and programming for there substitution of first transmission. Not impressed!!!

I ordered a truck door for pick-up in Massilon from the website with help from a Bessler employee using the wesite txt app. Bessler sent me a txt when the door arrived. When I went to pick up the door I found I had ordered the wrong side. The Bessler counter person said no problem we can refund the payment and order the correct door. After looking at the great condition of the first door I decided to keep it and thankfully the door side I originally wanted to purchase was on the property. Even though it was close to closing time they pulled the door from the warehouse. I left Bessler with 2 rear doors for a 2005 GMC 2500 extra-cab for a great price. I was very happy with the attitude and assistance of the parts counter and shipping dock personnel. I drove 2 hours to pick up the doors and would make the trip again to pick-up parts.

Very good company. They have almost everything. I bought a part online after speaking to someone there and verified that was the right part. Wrong part was sent, but they fixed the issue immediately. GREAT customer service.

I think they need to do a little better job on keeping close tabs on their inventory I drove two and a half hours one way to pick up a part that they was supposed to have ready for me and no one could find it I wasted a whole day day off of work and $50 in gas all for nothing. You would think they'd have Parts pulled and ready for somebody when they show up that way the customers transaction is fast and easy. That way if they couldn't find a part they could notify the customer before the customer waste their time getting there. It's just good customer service.
