Is bergfreunde.se Legit?

Promising 4-6 days of delivery. After 6 days the product was not sent. Drawing money directly when I order. When order is cancelled the money has not been refunded after 5 days!

Still no refund several weeks after returning my order of almost 1000EUR. I do not recommend, please beware.

I was a bit exceptical after seeing the reviews about the delivery here, but I have had an amazing experience. I ordered on a Friday, was shipped on Monday and delivered Friday. Everything was in perfect condition, the holds are the best quality I have and they have been keeping me informed of every stage of the process. I will order again from them and recommend everyone to do so.

So-so. Item was unsuitable and had to be returned. Postage cost took away a large chunk of the refund. Perhaps postage costs could be reduced with more efficient packaging to take up less space.This is a big disadvantage with on line shopping. I would prefer to shop from a UK supplier as they generally give a better description unfortunately we now get hit with hefty customs charges when buying from the UK because of the EU hopefully Sweden will leave the EU and then we will get hassle free shopping from UK suppliers again. Better illustrations and photos of products would help.

Nothing to complain about realy. The main issue I have regardless of internet store abroad is that it is impossible to know which postal service will be used in Sweden. We have 3 mayor postal services all, with different places to pick up the parcel, different delivery routines for home deliveries etc. Usually you dont even know if it will be a home delivery or a pick up. Would be nice to be able to chose these things

Got great customer help before buying rock climbing shoes. Over two calls I probably spoke for 45 minutes getting advice and run downs on different shoes. For Swedish buyers, be aware that if you return anything you pay for the shipping. I knew this before hand so didn't complain when I had to return shoes that didn't fit the way I wanted them to. Good prices and good sales support. The only minus is that the refund for the shoes I returned took at least 3 weeks to process and I am still waiting for the money. Should be much better.

Was a little afraid in the beginning to order because it was located in Germany but i live in Sweden, but i did and sadly one of the shoes i got, got a piece of metal torn off where the laces are located after only two times, i emailed a picture to bergfreunde and they where very helpful and actually sent me a new pair and let me keep the other one.That is really good customer service and that is how you keep customers for a long time. I will buy again without a doubt

Ordered a pair of shorts and made a direct payment. Did not receive an order confirmation or receipt for my purchase. Tried to contact customer support via telephone and mail without success. (Note! No e-mail in spam inbox)

I placed two orders during this month: one for a thermarest sleeping pad and one for a bunch of sea to summit drybags of different sizes. Both orders where perfectly packaged and the delivery was fast. Very good prices.I will buy here again! Highly recommended!

Ordered 2 crash pads from this website. Delivery time said 5-7 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks and there is no tracking number and no additional information on where my order is or when it could get here. Not the best experience. Still wondering if my product will get here or if I got scammed.

I will write in English so everyone understands. Beware that this company is NOT based in Sweden but in Germany. So when you order from Sweden it comes from Germany and the worst part is you cannot return the goods because they charge Euro 20.83 even when the mistake is theirs! Their customer service is rude and not service minded. There are company's like footways that offer farrrrrr better customer service. Very disappointed .

Theese were a disappointment for hiking , the seam between the legs was cutting into the skin very hard, So hard that it made it sore and wasnt able to walk or wear them at all in the end of our 10 day hiking.We solved it by adding a ladypad so we could continue the hike. Will never use theese again sadly because of this. tried them several times att home as well with the same result afterwards.

Customer support seems to be not existing. No information on order, impossible to get through via telefon. If mail you request a 2-4 days handling time...Order part with a delivery time of 5-7 days. Now more has passed and not a single indication what is ongoing.

Very good experience. I bought from them for the very first time, two Icebreaker T-Shirts, and although there has been a smaller problem with the delivery the issue was solved very fast by the customer service.And the T-shirts are great, just as I expected.

Do not buy from this website on a weekend if you like to cancel or change an order. If you make a mistake they will not stop the order or change it just charge you for sending it back when it arrives unopened. the sending of an email informing you of this charge with a smiley face is not appreciated.

Fast delivery, Fair price … but if you need to return your item it is No longer cheap:-(I bought a down jacket with no possibility to return it. Shipping from Sweden is almost sek 300 and if they do not accept the defect i have to pay another sek 300.The good price is only if you do not need to return it. So much better to buy in store or online locally. Support your local shop! Good service to a little higher price the AND with possibillity to return the item.

Bergfreunde sent me shoes that had a manufacturing fault. Bergfreunde accepted the return. I saw that DHL had delivered the return at Bergfreunde in the end of April, but it took over a month for Bergfreunde to verify my return. In total, it took 6 weeks to get this simple return solved completely from start to end.

No problem with anything except for the fact that the bag I ordered just didn't fit my purpose of use. I wanted to return it, but then I would have had to pay a third of the price just to have it sent back to Germany and the store. I'll think twice next time before ordering, and just order things that I have seen in a irl store.

The website is flawless and well stocked. Returns from Sweden are costly though, as I experienced, and so it makes more sense for me to buy from somewhere local if I'm unsure of sizes.
