Absolutely appalling customer service. Have not received my order cannot track it and numerous emails sent unanswered. Assuming that this is a Scam

If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. Broken promises about shipping and incorrect tracking numbers and logistics suppliers. Meant to be a Christmas present for daughter … wish I had read the reviews as well… one 5 star review amongst all other 1 star reviews… I don’t think so. Avoid at all costs

Ordered jewellery 3 weeks ago No tracking history. Emailed the company no reply. Shocking as I feel scammed and I'm usually very careful. You live and learn but beware and DON'T ORDER from this company!!!

I have just received goods from them when I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering it, yet they sent them anyway. Every excuse from them stating the goods had already been shipped which was LIES.The goods are cheap rubbish and nothing like the ones they advertise.I have sent over 15 emails to them and get nothing but excuse after excuse.There is no return address either.This is definitely a SCAM company so please do not order anything from them.Why are they stating they are a UK company when all correspondence is from CHINA?????????

I ordered a photo ring with my Grandchildren on from this company. It came with the photo printed on its side and looks stupid and can’t be worn. I complained immediately and was told that’s the only way they could fit it on!!! No one contacted me to say the photo wasn’t suitable they just printed it wrong and tough. They’ve offered me a 10% refund meaning I’ve paid 90% for something I can’t wear. NEVER order from this Company

Would give a zero if I could...ordered weeks ago nothing delivered. BUT ..they do keep emailing me with some great offers !! Don't use as obvious scam . Stupid me for not reading previous reviews. Shambles

Awful company!!! I cancelled my order less that 10hrs after ordering(should have checked reviews 1st!) They confirmed had received my email and then spent the next 4 days asking if I would reconsider cancelling and they would offer me an extra gift. Each time I confirmed I just want to cancel. 5TH DAY ... sorry we cannot cancel as we have now shipped your order!!! If you want to return it, it has to be shipped to our address in China which is very expensive and we will not cover the cost. TOTAL SCAM! Necklace arrived and looks sh*t ...avoid at all costs!

This company is an absolute con DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYI ordered a ring and after waiting weeks and weeks for it to arrive it came looking absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. I was expecting a ring with a love heart with 2 brightly coloured stones inside but instead I literally received a band of metal with a completely tiny not brightly coloured stone inside, company refusing to refund will never shop here again.

Do not order from here. I needed to cancel my order as someone had already bought me a similar one from somewhere else. The woman named " beverly" ( not convinced that is her real name) spent 3 days trying to convince me to not cancel my order. On the 3rd day when I said I want a refund she said she couldn't as my parcel had already been sent. Thr customer service is terrible.

The custom pet eye be necklace I received looks nothing like the uploaded photo. Customer service offered me a 2£ discount as a "resolution". Upped to 4£ when I complained but used manipulative language in both emails to try to get me to accept this. What a waste of time, money and energy. Ordered from a .co.uk site but product was shipped from China. In order to get a refund I would have to send the product back to China at my own expense which would cost as much as the refund.

scam been waiting a month for the necklace. never arrived. china company… had to claim off paypal. joke

Abit shocked with all the bad reviews. I didn't look before I brought my item.I can only say I had a good experience with this company personally.I really liked the look of the websites jewelery, so I picked a lovely cat eye necklace which is custom made. But there was an issue once I had the item delivered because of my housing being unsafe, I never got it. The parcels seemed to be stolen alot of the time sadly, so I wrote an email to say if I could get another one possibly, as I could send proof. They were so kind about it and offered even a discount to replace it, so I brought another with discount and finally it arrived today and I couldn't be happier with it! The actual material may not last years and years, but it's a beautiful necklace all the same. Thank you for a positive experience! :)

If I could give this company zero stars I would but there is no option to do this.I ordered what looked like a beautiful silver ring that had a pale blue, oval stone made of seaglass.Months later a ring arrived which was completely different to what I had orders. It was a ring with an irregular shape, with a cheap glittery, turquoise plasticky stone, that looked like it had come from a 10p machine outside a shop.I immediately contacted them via email - as this is the only way to contact them - and requested a refund.They replied to say they would refund 10% of the cost and that if I didn't like the ring I could give it to someone else!I replied that I wanted a full refund as it was not what I ordered.They stopped replying. I however, kept emailing.Eventually they replied to say how about a 20% refund as they'd checked and they had sent me the correct ring.This was despite me providing photographic evidence that it was indeed different.I will keep pursuing this but I don't hold out much hope in getting a refund as the company is obviously based in China despite having a business address in Cambridge.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If there was a zero option!! Ordered a mother/daughter bangle through social media advert (more fool me I suppose) and can’t even get a track on the purchase/contact anyone to check on order!!

I ordered a custom cat eye necklace tMy cats eyes were green they have sent me a blue eye so clearly not custom made. Wrote a review on there Facebook page was blocked within 2 seconds

I bought the mother daughter bracelet and it will only fit a very small child And does.l not say in the description soOpened it today

Scam AVOID AVOIDFirstly they are in CHINA NOT UKThe items they sell are cheap tat. A present for my wife fell apart after 5 days . Now you think they’re in UK so not a problem.WRONG they will give you all sorts of were a poor company with big overheads and they are selling at an almost loss. Then the percentage offers start . Keep the broken item and we will give you refund of 5%This will go back and fourth for weeks. So if you’re stupid enough to buy from them not using PayPal or credit card it’s most likely you will be out of pocket. Then comes the crunch they say no refund until you send back to them insured and tracked that’s going to cost you minimum £10.00 but could be Over £25.00 they then have the upper hand , I then researched the bracelet I payed £24.10 for and it was on Amazon for £2.20p next day delivery not waiting weeks from China.I ended up getting 50% back of what I paid AVOID at all costs read the Reviews they are Scammers of the highest order and NOT in the UK. The products are not precious metals it’s like sea side Tat.In fact when you email them it’s not a business address and you get different people to talk to .They must make a fortune ripping folk off.Avoid like the plague.
